Windows and More........, I was told they do gutters and work with slate roofs, and that’s a NO we got ours replaced and they are still not done correctly actually worst now, called owner sent videos of water still cascading over gutter and through a unsealed attached gutter that’s screwed to another one and is leaking. wouldn’t use this company for that, the guys seemed like they were contracted out, took several weeks to complete and communication all around was not pleasant or timely. We took a lost on this so have to pay for another company to come fix it.

While the pandemic caused material shortages and production delays, the project was completed promptly once Windows and More received our windows from the manufacturer. Gary and his crew performed a flawless installation and cleaned up after themselves. I unreservedly recommend Windows and More.

Merrill sat down and explained everything in detail that was to going to be done and kept his word. The price was 1/2 the cost of another quote given to me. The installers were very professional and easy to talk to with questions. Granted I only had one side of my house with siding added but it looks great and would have no problem recommending them to anybody looking for a good company to work with.

I am not the recipient of this contractors services, but my son was. I am writing these comments because it was me who selected this service and who paid for the job, which involved the removal of aluminum siding and installation of vinyl in its place. My issue with this contractor is not so much with the quality of the job, but rather the poor customer service or complete lack of it as the case was. Sometime after the job was completed my son had contacted Merrill and asked him to please take a look at an area that he felt was not fastened securely plus he wanted his crew to replace some aluminum trim around his rear entrance door jamb, which he agreed to pay for out of his own pocket. When my son told me that Merrill wasnt getting back to him I told him that I would follow up since I am retired and have the time help him out. I must have spoken to Merrill about three times that I can remember and each time he assured me that he would get in touch with my son to set up a time when his crew could get there and perform the work. The truth is that he never did and I now I believe he never had any intentions of following up on my request. Merrill could charm the pants off of a car salesman. My advice to anyone hiring this contractor is to hang on to your final payment until you have had a chance to thoroughly inspect ever aspect of the job, because it isnt likely that you will get them back once you have paid them in full.

*As of 2/10/2021 This dispute has been resolved to our satisfaction.OUR ROOF IS LEAKING LESS THEN A YEAR LATER! WHAT A BIG MISTAKE! We had a horrible experience with this company. Merrill, the owner, ordered us the wrong siding after telling us that we could let him know our color choice later that week. I messaged him our color choice and upset at us because he ordered the wrong siding and had to eat the cost. We should of terminated the contract when that happened but being a decent person I thought that I would give him the benefit of the doubt and continue with the project. Since Merrill lost money ordering the wrong siding he must of told his guys to hurry up and get the job done because he already lost money on the job. His guys cut corners and talked down to my wife and myself when we had questions for them. Merrill told us that the soffit and fascia would be included in the price of the siding and roof. Again I trusted his word and was lied too.He then told me that would be an additional $2,000+ or if I got two of my neighbors to get siding or a roof he would do it for free. What a joke.When they redid our roof and threw shingles all over our yard and nails were everywhere. They showed no regard for our property at all! They even hit our neighbors car when they were blindly throwing shingles off the roof. Our two neighbors also had the roofs redone and their contractors did not carelessly throw building materials all over their properties.Then last night 4/30/2020 right before we went to bed we found a water running down the wall of our bathroom. I went up on the roof in the pouring rain at 11:30pm and saw that they did a horrible job with the flashing around the chimney. I went in my attic and sure enough that is where the leak was coming from. My wife and I were up all night trying to fix the damage. The Windows and More will not return my phone calls and texts. I really do not know how these guys can sleep at night.Please pick any other company.

Great value and less than half of several other bids. We replaced sixteen windows and they are doing a great job of saving us money for the last several years.

I would give this company the highest review just based on the reasonable price, the quality of the products (2 windows and a French Door style patio door), and the efficient installation, but yesterday (80 degrees) I opened the windows for the first time -- February installation. My sofa sits in front of those windows, so its a bit awkward to open them. The old vinyl windows were tough and required no small amount of pushing. These windows went up quietly and smoothly and effortlessly. I love this product, this company, and everyone associated with it. You wont go wrong.

Had replacement windows installed in my mobile home and was amazed at the 2 gentlemen that did the installs...windows in mobile homes are very difficult to remove because they are glued, stapled and screwed in place. These 2 guys did 8 windows without one aggravation or flaw plus the windows are beautiful and very energy efficient. Cant wait to see the decrease i my fuel bill this winter....thank you for a great experience!!!

Had entry door and shutters replaced, looks good and decent prices. But it took about 6 months with a few rescheduling due to ordering the wrong stuff, job still not completed because storm door still needs installed. The storm door was rescheduled about 5 times now, they showed up once with the wrong parts, and the other times a no show. All in all if you don’t mind the run around go here.
