My repairman, Jerry and Clay, were courteous and professional. You could tell they enjoy their job. I am very pleased with the installation and instructions from the installers on how to use the windows.If I had anything at all negative to say, it would just be that I had to sweep my carpets when they were through. We are very happy with our decision to use Window World we have just started what will be a multi year project replacing our old windows and it appears it will be easy working with them. UPDATE-A small issue arose with one of our bedroom windows that was installed last November and the response of their service tech could not have been better.

I had windows installed in May and they were suppose to be thermal. Well its november and i can feel a draft coming from all my windows!! i will be calling about this!

We had a quote appointment the technician showed up early called and told us he was there and then left before we got there. He said he had a family emergency and he would call me with a quote.. never did. When he did he sent an email saying he couldn’t do the work. Complete waste of time.. I would not refer this company to anyone.

Happy with their prices and service. Shopped around for a replacement for a large picture window above an entryway door. The install would be tricky due to location and a brick facade, requiring experience.WWs prices were very reasonable, the window itself is solid quality, and the installation was very well done (they didnt even nick the drywall). Also completed quickly.You can pay more for even higher end, but Im not sure thatd be worth it. I wouldnt go lower end. Highly recommended WW and this branch in particular. Thanks Brian!

Window world was recommended to me from a coworker who I really trust. I generally know a good price for a window because in the past I worked for a window company. I was prepared for an annoying “one day close,” approach, but I wasn’t pressured at all by this rep. The price was right where I thought it should be: fair (you don’t want a cheaply made window!). It is true that an old cruddy window is probably costing you more than just buying a window that is a better insulator through savings in heating and cooling. There are some great windows out there that cost twice as much and you don’t need that much window in this climate! Pay that much for what: 30 mailers a year, a salesman making $150k a year because you overpaid and they pressured you? These are real numbers. Go Window World, the best all around deal: good install, good window, good rep, and a good price!

Our Window World purchasing experience with Randy and Tom was one of the best! From the appointment with Randy thru to the installation with Tom, things were as promised. I have used them at my home and on my daughters home. The service and quality have been excellent. On my daughters house they had to remove an existing round window and create framing for a new square one and it looks 100% better.

My wife & I recently decided to have new windows installed. We chose Window World based on my parents experience with their salesman, Randy Abenshon. Randy made it an easy process! Price was a also a big factor as WW was much more affordable than several other competitors. Windows (14 of them) arrived several weeks ahead of schedule & were installed over 2 days. The husband & wife team along with an assistant did a great job! Windows look fabulous! I would highly recommend WW and Randy Abenshon!

When Randy came out for the estimate he first listened to the two ideas my wife and I had for the project. Randy acknowledged our desire to retain the visual perspective we had of a large tree ridge that landscaped our view beyond the windows needing replaced.On Randys suggestion we actually chose to replace 15 triple-stacked picture windows (6x5 and 9x5 areas) with 5 double hung windows for two reasons: 1) WW double hung windows are more economical than the pictures and 2) we created air flow opportunity with the double-hungs in a large cathedral-ceiling room which had none prior. I would expect the air flow guidance from any window salesperson however, kudos to Randy for making the most economical recommendation to us!Lance and the other 2 guys on the install crew were great. Friendly, courteous and 100% clean. The install took about 5 hours.While I still do my diligence in getting 2-3 estimates for any contract work I can say with great confidence that Randy, Lance and Window World on Whiteford Rd will be our go-to crew for the few remaining windows we have left to replace!Thanks!

Our sales representative was awful to work with and made the whole process very lengthy and stressful. She stretched out our job from a proposed 6-8 weeks to a 13+ week ordeal because of her lack of knowledge about the product and lack of professionalism. The subcontracted installation team was fantastic and did an excellent job, even though they were not properly prepared or advised about our corner window unit by the sales representative. We were happy with the installation and the product, but the customer service was horrible and we would not recommend this franchise of Window World to anyone.

The window world I dealt with seemed like a good business to deal with. Matt Livingood came to the house, gave us a great price, and I believed him and in his company. Its now 8 months after installation, and I am still waiting for the errors to be fixed. First, some sashes were broken BEFORE THEY WERE UNLOADED FROM THE TRUCK!!!! And, there were locks that werent there, or broken, before installation!!! Because of the warrantee, I wasnt worried, then it took a couple months to get those replaced. But when the sashes came in but not the locks, and it took two months to get that taken care of, I became worried.When the crew (subcontractors again...different crew) came to fix the windows, they for got the locks that were missing. The sashes were fixed, but not the locks...So I called back, and Matt, the owner came to our house. Im sure its because he had a presentation in the area, but either way, he said it would be taken care of. Oh wait, we also had a poorly made window frame in our kitchen that needed attention, and Matt said it would all be taken care of. Well the new window came (different subcontractor again) and it didnt fit. He put the old window back in and its not square, or plumb, and caulked like a three year old did it!!!! It looks awefull! I called and threatened with an attorney, and I get a call that our window is done (amazing!), and theyre ready to install it. After all this time, and thousands later, I can tell you that I WILL NEVER, EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!! Matt Livingood is not a good business person, I wonder how happy he would be if he had to wait 8 MONTHS TO GET A LOCK PUT ON HIS WINDOW TO KEEP HIS FAMILY FEELING SAFE.
