Needed a couch ASAP and this was the only place in York that had anything decent in stock and available for immediate delivery. Sales and delivery personnel were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely purchase from them again.

I bought a Sapphire cool gel hybrid mattress for a great price. Very comfortable, nice on the back. Friendly staff as well. My only complaint -- and its not really a complaint -- is I will have to buy newer sheets with deep pockets. Standard sheets slide right off of it. Not necessarily a BAD thing, as it us pretty darned comfy....

Alan and the other staff are absolutely wonderful! We had an issue with getting one of the wrong pieces (we built our own sectional to fit our space) and one of the pieces came broken from the manufacturer. All we had to do was contact Alan and let him know and he was happy to help us get our issues taken care of no questions asked! The price was fantastic and we are very happy with the quality! We bought a sapphire memory foam mattress under the salesman’s recommendation. The guy knows what he’s talking about. The mattress gives a great night’s sleep and got a great deal. Wish we had purchased sooner. Only problem is that I don’t want to get out of bed in the morning.

A few weeks ago our daughter informed my Wife and I about a furniture outlet to purchase a mattress the first thing that came to my mind hearing that it was an outlet store was the quality of the product may be inferior, how wrong I was not only was the product of high quality the service provided by Alan and his staff was superior. My wife and I have been looking for an adjustable bed for years but found our selves reluctant in paying nearly $11,000 for a bed, all that being said we ended up purchasing the Sapphire Silver Series adjustable bed not only do we love it we ended up saving a ton of money, most beds we looked at as mentioned cost much more with less features. The owner Alan and a employee their were very helpful in getting me a mattress that was not only amazingly comfortable, but in my budget aswell. Originally, I went to Sleeprite Mattress to purchase a twin mattress I saw for a great price in an ad on Facebook. When I got there, I was surprised to find they actually have a large selection of mattresses to choose from! Alan was super helpful in assisting me pick the perfect mattress for my daughter! I’m so glad I invested the extra money in a higher quality mattress and didn’t just settle for the one I initially thought I wanted. My daughter is very happy with her new comfy bed and is sleeping great on it! AND they also have furniture, so I’ll definitely be back!

Stay far away. Inquired about sofas. Thomas was completely unhelpful. Told me wouldnt give no price over the phone or internet. I HAD to come down to hear prices. If that isnt the biggest scam I have every heard. I recommend you go elsewhere. I purchased my sectional elsewhere. You do not want to support a buisness that cant be transparent with there customers. Trying to say you need to check stock due to covid is bull. Thomas told me he dont give out prices over the internet. Amazing here we are in the middle of a virus and you are forcing people to come down just to hear a price.
