I went here looking for a few things that other nearby shops didnt have. The man had all the parts. Also, they were having trouble with the credit card machine so it was cash only at the time. I told him what I needed and by the time I came back he had everything there waiting for me. Excellent service! Ill be coming back for my Honda mower parts.

Excellent service. Recently replaced a cable on a Honda that others told me would be weeks to find the part Also replaced a wheel that wasn’t quite right, while they had the mower. Mower back in a week. Always pleasant and helpful.

It took four weeks to replace a cable and cable housing, Charged me $126.00 for about $20.00 worth in parts and labor. They have struck out with me. I will never take anything there for repair. You are much better off taking it to a small engine repair shop in someones garage. BEWARE!!

Great prices for their lawn mowers. Got a Honda self propelled lawn mower for $399.95 already assembled. Sales clerk gave details on the operations of the mower I was very confident with the use of mower because of thos. They also service what they sell, and they sell other great Honda products and parts.I recomend Markles highly.

Cant understand the low ratings here for Markle Mower. I have been using this shop for years. They not only sell great products, but I have found over the years they are always more than willing to help me out when I am trying to troubleshoot my own equipment at home. Strongly recommend Markle.

Had both speed, and blade clutch controls fail on my mower today. Called Markle, and they said to bring it over, and it should take about a week to get to be seen. Its the end of the season, so mowers are breaking down all over. I felt that was fair, so I went over. I saw Doug, who came out to help me take the mower out of my car. He looked at it, and asked of I had a few minutes. I said SURE. So Doug ran inside, brought out a few tools, He spots a problem with the cables, puts additional ties on them, and in 20 minutes or so, fixes the problems. No need to wait at all. I paid a very fair price, came home, and finished my lawn.KUDOS to Doug and Markle Mower !!!!!

The guy at the front spent about an hour helping to troubleshoot why my engine was abruptly shutting off. Even tested a solenoid for me. Bought a 3 dollar key and walked away with alot of insight on small motors. I was impressed. You just dont get that kind of service any longer.

They are only nice to you if you are buying something. I took a 3000 snow blower, that was bought from them, for repair and they basically refused to fix it because I had started the disassembly. They wouldnt even give me an estimate or say if it would be more or less than $1000. At the same time I also asked them to service a generator, also bought from them, and they didnt seem like they wanted to work on that either. And their labor rate is more than the garage I go to, $80.00 hr!!! They only seem to want to work on new equipment. Both of the guys there had THE worst attitude of any dealership I was ever at. So if u want to have good service and treated with respect, dont go there. I searched and found another Honda dealer, Bobs weld shop, that was happy to work on my stuff and treated me with respect. Since this incident I have asked around and most everyone I talk to doesnt have a good thing to say about Markel Mowers employees. While at Bobs weld shop I bought a Honda track snowblower and 2 smaller ones and the prices were less than Markle Mower.

They wont order parts for your Toro mower, unless they sell that particular model. I bet Hawns in Shiloh will.
