This store is very sad and nothing like the one in redlion. The staff here seem miserable, theyre out of almost everything stock wise for dog food, the store is not organized, and the outside looks just...bad. the plants are all almost dead if not already dead and they dont have any tractors or anything eye appealing outside. This store definitely needs some help.

I dont know how or why, but we encounter the nastiest employees with the worst attitudes! My husband and I are very friendly, easy going people. Maybe we just go into the stores at the wrong times? Maybe because we wore masks and no one had a mask on? But at any rate, it brought us to Agway which was a HUGE blessing since I never knew the extent of their products. I really dont recommend TSC if youre shopping for livestock, home or garden. Were never met with friendly, helpful people. I dont have high standards for anyone in customer service because its honestly such a draining, hard job, but youre representing a brand and youve got to at least treat people with a little tiny bit of respect if you want to represent that brand well. Like dont stand around in groups of 5 and roll your eyes and talk down to customers when theyre looking for a product when your shelves are bare. The other day just solidified my decision to avoid TSC at all costs.

Horrible did online order went and picked up to get home and find out they only gave me half the order had to run the whole way back .. no apology or anything smh

We go to tractor supply quite frequently because they have a wide variety of merchandise. My husband has found some good deals there on advertised items he needed. Even today he got something in the sale bin that will be very useful in upcoming projects he has.

Too many people not wearing masks properly including the staff! On a positive note there is a great sanitizing station at the front of the store. Thank you.Okay...i tried again....so after being stuck in an automated attendant loop unable to reach a human, I called the Help Desk and spoke with Kyle in Customer Solutions....who is forwarding something to someone.Tried Tractor Supply again on 12.16.20 for snow supplies ...damn knuckle draggers still walking around with masks....and arguing they have a right to not wear a mask. Unfortunate and disapointing.

Apparently the York store closes at 8:00pm but, their holiday hours sign posted on the door and the website clearly states 9 pm. Store employees saw us standing at the door and bolted. Numerous calls resulted in a, what do you want response when finally answered. Maybe they had something better to do than sell me what I needed. Shop at your own discretion after 5 pm.

Excellent experience! I was looking for a tractor lift, found one which was reasonably priced. Douglas the cashier had a big personality and v8 helpful.

Good place to purchase pet food, particularly dog food. Reasonable prices and a large selection. Employees at store are helpful. If they carry the food you need and it is not in stock you can order it via their website and pick it up in store, sometimes with a discount on the price. Again, a good place for pet supplies. They also offer the usual farm related equipment as well. Cannot really comment on that due to not being in that field of employment.

They could have been a little bit more helpful but they were out of the product that I needed anyhow so they probably would have been more helpful had they had it

I love this place! Best deal on refilling propane tanks. I also found out they carry GRK screws. My brother (who works at Home Depot) was telling me about these. Their online app said they did not have them in the store...nor could they be delivered.... So on a whim I stopped by TSC and they had some! Win win!

A boy there name of Tyler was very rude and didn’t give me any customer support on what I needed and refused to help me in any way. The manager there was very helpful but Tyler was not I really hope they find someone new who treats the customers friendly

This is the first time I have been there and the help didnt know were anything was at. This place is not like that but this time it was bad.

Customer service A+!I purchased a utility cart and the tires were a little flat. They had no one at the time to pump them up. So they discounted the cart. When I got it home, the one tire had a rip in it. Went back in and they gave me a whole new tire at no charge with out any questions. Very friendly employees! Drove there to buy a tractor umbrella that I seen online. The website had listed as available in store. Got there and they couldnt find any! Was kinda upset... They helped rain check one to be shipped into the store. Very helpful staff!

I went here looking for hiking boots. I wasnt expecting to find what I was looking for, as I assumed that their inventory would be slim for hikers. They had a great assortment of heavy duty work and farm boots, western styles as well. I would not recommend trying to take one of their carts through that section of the store though. I felt like a fool, bumping into everything in sight with this dang thing. They had plenty of staff on hand- happy, nice people. Everyone said hi- and not a fake retail hi, but actual Hey, glad youre here! Hi. It was nice and made me feel welcome. Ive only been in there maybe three times and dont recall that from previous visits. If its a new company initiative or something, its working 100%. Lol. After realizing that hikers werent going to be an option, I decided to see what all they had. LOTS of animal feeds, and an impressively large section for house cats. I would have looked, but the aisles are a little on the smaller side, and I didnt want to interrupt the lady who was obviously looking for something. Lots of stuff that a manly man would be interested in. Assorted tires, hand and power tools, etc. I checked out the lawn care area- and was hoping for a bigger garden section- but that area was mostly turf focused. All in all- Id go there again to have a look around, but this store is probably best for their intended patrons- farmers, and DIY enthusiasts.

The folks here are always friendly and helpful. The store has a lot of stuff on the sales floor, and the aisles are always a bit tight.The reason I didnt give 5 stars is because I must always stop in when theyre mega busy, because I always get stuck waiting in line. There never seems to be enough staff on the clock to run more than one register. After waiting about 5 minutes for the lady in front of me to do a return that the register wasnt letting the associate do, another associate came up and opened a second register. Chances are that corporate or higher management doesnt allow them enough payroll, but Im just speculating.Overall, aside from the wait, everything was great.

I purchased 6 Red Ranger chicks in March of this year. They are egg layers, although some sellers sell the meat breed Red Rangers. Before I purchased, I read the sign for them and it said nothing about these being meat birds, it advised they are good free range, egg layer chickens. So I bought 6 of them. Right off the bat, one had issues with one of its leg. I thought it might be splay leg, and we treated her with vitamins and hobbling the leg, but she did not get better. We eventually handed her over to an activist and she gave it to an animal rescue, who ran a variety of tests and found the leg had been infected. She now has to have it amputated. Meanwhile, the other five chicks have grown. Now, their body mass is about 3 times the amount their legs can handle. They can barely move around and we are looking at having to butcher them. WE DID NOT WANT MEAT BIRDS TO BUTCHER, we wanted EGG LAYING chickens to add to our flock (which has 7 year old chickens in it!). I am EXTREMELY PISSED about this! Its RIDICULOUS. These poor birds are absolutely miserable! As far as Im concerned, they owe me 6 egg laying birds. They should be so lucky Im not making them come butcher them for me. TERRIBLE.

I went to visit their PetVet Clinic and get our dog microchipped, as well as her next round of vaccines. They were very friendly and efficient. The pricing was also reasonable. It was a far better experience than I had with VetCo and I would recommend them.

Cut and dry...u know what you want and its laid out for you. The cashier wasnt in the holiday spirit Im assuming and giving her the credit she couldnt possibly be that depressed year round.

1) Location: the establishment was easy to find, and convenient to a nearby highway ☆2) Products: the establishment has nearly everything youd need for its market niche ☆3) Appearance: while it isnt meant to be a fancy location with decorative wall treatments, I will say that the showroom floor is a little lacking. Ive been shopping there for over 15 years (since Delco Plaza days), and the appearance hasnt been improved upon very much.4) Customer service: the people are always friendly and dont mind helping you out if you have a question. They have good product knowledge, and often know right where things are, saving time and frustration ☆5) Pricing: I find their prices to be very reasonable, and the their discount area is neat to sift through ☆All in all, a continued plesant experience!- Lifelong York County resident

I almost gave this 5 stars but I remembered when I was looking for gopher trancolizers and they said I needed a subscription for those but none of my magazines come with that since the missus used to handle all of those affairs before she went on vacation with the lord but the gophers have been digging trenches in my yard like the first world war and we on a standoff for weeks and I cant use mustard gass and I cant hit the side of a broad with my cat-tracks.

Love there farmhouse decor. Also have all kinds of tools and work clothes.

Should be a selection for ZERO stars. Arrived 5:30 PM on a Friday. Wanted chicks so I checked the cage to be sure they had the breed I wanted, they succeeded there but it all went south there after. No staff nearby, so went to the registers where was told someone would be right there to help. After 20 mins of waiting, during which one oh-no-way-making-eye-contact employee passed by twice, I left. Sticking with Agway... they act like family members!

Today I was at the York, Pa Tractor Supply and was heading for the outside yard. As I came around a blind corner I was met with an employee named Carolyn who had just rammed several large bags of dog food into the door frame as she appeared to be struggling with the door and loaded dolly.Being a decent human being I reached for the handle of the double door as I asked, Would you like me to get the other door?She barked back at me and said What I would like is for you to get out of my wayI quickly stood to the side of the unopened door as my wife and 10 year old son looked on equally surprised by how rude she had been.Just then Carolyn proceeded to back up and ram her load of dog food bags no less then three more times into the door jam. Honestly She had to of damaged the bags.At this point in spite of her insistence not to accept any help I politely said aloud, perhaps Ill open this door for you after all.With both doors open Carolyn passed through with ease. The best part was she huffed and puffed as if she was annoyed that I helped. She walked away without even a simple thanks!I was about to leave when my wife suggested reporting her to the manager. At the register we were helped by a wonderful young lady who informed us to our horror that Carolyn was in charge!I will make the trip to Agway from now on that was an unacceptable customer interaction by every retail rule.Carolyn needs a new career purhaps in a basement cubicle Ill supply the red stapler!!! Goodbye tractor supply.

The front counter girl was strange. Talked about my dogs. She responded I wouldnt know, all my animals are dead had a strange stare .Told me where item may be never helped. I Found item in different area. Told her so she knew for the next customer and she replied to you need assistance????. Its harder and harder for companies to find good help. People want checks but dont want to work.
