My car got in fast and was out of the shop in a very short amount of time. I was having issues with my starter and he was able to diagnose the issue quickly. I never write any reviews but this is different. It was the best experience I had. He knows what he is talking about. On top of that, he SHOWS you what is wrong with your car. He pulls up the car and shows the damage. If you were always skeptical about the repairs that you were getting, I suggest you go to him. He will ascertain and make it perfectly clear even if you dont know anything about cars. I live 50 minuetes away from here but I will still drive all the way out here to get the repairs from now on. Its almost tragic that I have to move to another state soon.

I was extremely satisfied with Jims work, I needed the starter replaced on my Buick and in less than an hour after being towed there it was completed and ready to go! He diagnosed the issue quickly and got to work on it while I was with him, and we talked throughout the service. He charged a great price as well.Jim is probably the friendliest mechanic you will meet, and he is full of interesting stories as well! I totally recommend him and will be visiting him again when another issue comes up.

The owner of this shop is quite honest and will not scrutinize you, which sadly most mechanics do not apply in their work ethics because is allows them to make a quick buck. Getting my car repaired here was quite pleasant and fair. The price was very fair and reasonable. I would recommend my friends to this business if they asked for a recommendation.

Im very happy with Jims work! He is honest, fair, dependable, fast and open-minded. I say open-minded because my van had a problem that the fix made absolutely no sense whatsoever. Jim was willing to give it a try and it worked. He has now done work on both my car and my van and I recommend him to friends and coworkers whenever they need a mechanic.

I’m June the rack n pinion started leaking in my trailblazer. The owner was very thorough in explaining everything from the amount of time he would need the vehicle, to the cost, and even showed me on the computer where the part was located as well as why it took so long to replace. In addition to the rack n pinion, he replace front/rear brakes, and changed the oil. While he had my vehicle he checked all my lights were working appropriately, and any marker lights that were out were replaced. The owner even finished the total job a little earlier then originally expected. Since having everything repaired over two months ago there have been no further issues- no further leaks, and this week even returned to Automotive Diagnostic & Repair for my follow-up oil change. Once again the owner was very thorough, even repairing a wire that came loose which he notice when removing the oil filter. Definitely recommend Automotive Diagnostic & Repair- very honest and thorough as well as cost is very comparable! Too many times i’ve Felt like shops see a women walking in and they think she doesn’t know what the vehicle needs. Growing up with a mechanic for a father, and now having to handle all the vehicle issue he used for me on my own- never once did ifeel like the owner lied to me or was trying to have me spend more money then was needed.

Their are very few mechanics out there that are honest. Jim was straight up with me on what was wrong with my truck and got me back on the road within a reasonable amount of time. This is most definitely my go to automotive place.
