Super fair prices and fast service. I wish Id gone to them sooner. My exhaust system has been falling apart all year. I kept putting off fixing it until today when the front flex pipe finally came off and was dragging on the ground. I called Maintenance Man first and got a ballpark estimate of $300-$400. My son called Firestone and they said it would be around $1,000. I took it in to Maintenance Man that afternoon and they had it fixed for $102 and did it in under 45 minutes. Everyone working there is really nice too. Anyway, I couldnt recommend this repair shop more.

Justin is very knowledgeable and such a sweet guy! He fixed both of my Cadillac SRXs and was more than fair with the prices! Finally a place where women can go for great auto services and not get taken to the bank!

Let me start off by saying how unprofessional (TONY) the so called manager was!I spoke to him multiple times over the phone which is when he quoted me prices!I call again to confirm that Im coming in at 3:00 Tony then says great ok . Guess what I come in and he has no clue who I am! So i just bluntly ask can i be helped or not? He asked me what do I need? I told him the price I was quoted, he immediately said thats a $500 job lol. Mind you this is for brakes and rotors on a van. I said like no! I wasnt quoted that, he proceeded to say I never spoke to him. Then he claimed he would help me out and do it for a decent price. I again asked before I left so the job will at that price you quoted me give or take tax? He proceeded to say yes! I come back to get my car and of course my price went up 71$. Ok no i didnt plan on paying that much i was on a budget! Im 120 pound female this man got loud and all in my face when I told him thats not what he quoted me. I never once got nasty, I was more confused.I proceeded to say I dont have that much. He yelled and stated I bet you wont get your car back! I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSTED DOWN SHOP TO ANYONE! HE IS THE TYPICAL MECHANIC WHO UP CHARGES YOU JUST TO SEE HOW FAR YOU WILL GO.I walked out in tears thats how mad I was!
