Westside Tire did a great job providing us with Tire options for my sons car. Their breadth of services and knowledge of what was needed to keep the car road worthy was very helpful. This was our first visit, but certainly not our last. We are very satisfied with the service we received.

Took my truck there for a front end alignment last week told me they couldnt do it cause I had play in a lower ball joint ( I had replaced all the ball joints last October) wanted to charge me over $400 to replace it. Took truck home and inspected it couldnt find anything wrong with it. Took the truck to Flynns Tire in Boardman they did the alignment and said there were no issues with the ball joints. Beware this place if they tell you they need to replace parts go and get a second opinion !!

Had to post this review everywhere never knew about Westside tire and service and Ive been living in Youngstown since 2012 and let me tell you I wish I knew about this company when I first decided to change tires on my cars they are so professional and the wait time just to change my tires isnt long at all it was exactly an hr plus I had 4 ppl ahead of me thats how fast they are to top it off they have this reward program that you can use towards oil changes or any of your service needs I havent been to one dealer that offers that service to help you save on pretty pricey services I definitely recommend anyone to go here for any of their car service needs because I will definitely be going there again thanks for the great customer service guys

Ive been buying tires from WestSide since the 1980s. Love them. I special ordered a set of General Tire Grabbers on Monday & Rich got them in and on my Jeep next day. Price suits me. General doesnt provide road hazard protection, but Westside does, so I have that too! I Recommend it!

This is by far the nicest automotive place I have been to. I bought all new tires about 6 months ago with tire protection. I have gotten a nail in my tire twice. Got me in same day both times and fixed it. No questions, fixed it with a smile on their face. Highly recommend

My winter tires were mounted within an hour. Service members were courteous. Fee was reasonable. Masks were required for entrance but not used by anyone I saw inside. Those with masks wore them to cover mouths only, leaving nostrils free. The one customer in the waiting room wore no mask when I first saw him, and when I returned from an errand a half hour later was again without it. I waited for another half hour outdoors.

Always courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. They’ve even told me when I didn’t need something done or done little things as a curtesy.

My daughter is at Youngstown and I am in Michigan, so I have to trust that a mechanic is being honest when I need reliable service. Unfortunately, the folks at Westside saw my absence as an opportunity to take advantage of the situation. They originally quoted me almost $1400 to replace the coolant reservoir, all hoses, the thermostat and thermostat housing (because that apparently NEEDS to be done if it overheats), and diagnose the A/C issues. When I asked him to dial it back a bit to match my budget, he reluctantly agreed to replace the reservoir and diagnose the A/C. My daughter left with her car later that day, and it was immediately leaking coolant from one of the heater hoses. One that should not have been touched. She kept me on Facetime when she returned to get the leak resolved, and the technician said well, your Dad told me not to replace your hoses. He tightened up the hose clamp a little and let her leave again with the hose still leaking. How hard would it have been to notice the one leak and call me back with a strong recommendation to replace the one hose? I feel like Westside was trying to teach me a lesson for wanting to do some of the work myself when my daughter returned home. Consequently, I did replace the leaking heater hose and the upper radiator hose myself, which cost a total of about $80. The rest of the hoses were fine. We wont be back.

I needed my AC fixed in my Town and Country van 2012. Called around and got tossed around. Rich and his crew, run a tight ship, very clean grounds and super customer service. They took me in and repaired a big job and left me with money in my pocket. Awesome group, awesome job, awesome price! Thanks guys! Tell your friends for real.
