I actually had a very good experience here. It was my first time ever being in the store as well as my first time ever purchasing hair bundles. I felt that they went out of their way to hell me find exactly what I was looking for and tried to assist me the best they could with the products they had available. I was unsure of what I wanted and they offered to hold my products until the next day so I could look elsewhere and then decide. I will go back to this store. They had a huge variety, they were open on time, and they were really nice. I’d give 5 stars, but I believe everyone has room for improvement.

I drive over a hour just to come to this store. I was spending $900 a month in here last summer it’s sick lol but I love this place so much! I buy from ONLY here and I highly recommend this place!

Place looks ok items stuffed into every nook and cranie. I purchased items that somehow didnt end up in my bag. It wasnt a pricy item just a large bottle of Pink oil moisturizer. Asia, the beautiful girl who works there was of much assistance! You rock girl!!! One thing I find with foreign beauty supply store owners is they are seldom of very much help. The woman who rang me up was an owner and clumsy enough to not bag one of my items. 🙊😬I only had 4! Outrageous! She was polite so it may have been an honest mistake well see on monday and Ill update my review. I still have the receipt. Also strrt view on google shows Save Alot not good for business. So to help everyone out I snapped a few pics! Love u too😁😉

Ive always have been coming here for all my beauty items.and i bought several wigs from them.they stock most of items that their customers need and want.if youre looking for anything paticular and youre looking around and dont see it.just ask one of the workers what you want and see can they put in a order of the item you requested.they would let you know can or not.they are very polite to anyone that shops there.unique beauty supply store at gypsy plaza is the one that i like best for all my beauty purchases.

I like there wig selection .and I think the male cashier is very helpful and nice.

This store is NEVER open on time. I usually like to go on Sunday morning. Supposed to open at 10. No one is ever there at that time. Usually its about 10:20 and the lady comes flying in the parking lot. Just change the hours already. Not good business.

The customer service here is not up to par with other beauty supply stores. They are over priced on all their products. They are rude to customers if they make a mistake on the price of an item. As a business all employees wether related or not should know the prices of the goods you are selling. Customers should feel welcomed and valued not feel like they are a bother when they are the ones keeping you in business.

Sales associate was very helpful. She took the time necessary to help me make the best selection for me. She was not pushy or try to upsell me.
