If I could give zero stars I would!! Erica is the worst service rep to deal with there. She is rude and has no idea what she is talking about. I had rain guards ordered to be placed on when my oil change was done. She had them sent back. This was after the first set I ordered fell off pulling out of your parking lot after being put on. I have dealt with GM dealerships since 1996. Greenwood has to be THE worst. Honestly it might not be so bad if they got rid of Erica and her nasty attitude

Nothing wrong with your dealership... however General Motors products are failing. I have a 2019 Impala... it caost me $667 for an erosion repair. NO VEHICLE SHOULD HAVE AN EROSION ISSUE AFTER ONLY 2 YEARS. And because i have no extended and no manufacturers warranty it somehiw becomes my problem. I WILL NEVER BUY GENERAL MOTORS AGAIN IN THE FUTURE...THE PRODUCT IS FAILING.

I was charged for some parts that should have been covered under warranty. Upon calling it to their attention they refunded my money, no questions asked, but I would think that the service department clerk who checked me in should have known that a 2020 model year vehicle is automatically covered under warranty. Alls well that ends well I guess.

Very accomodating, was given a full-size silverado loaner, staff was very knowledgable and got my vehicle back next day.However, the problem returned only a day later, sooooooo, Im inconvenienced now with having to bring my truck back. Unsure if they repaired what truly needed repaired and why the problem came back so rapidly.

I recently purchased my second car, a ‘15 Malibu at Greenwood Chevrolet in Austintown.
