One HAPPY Camper heres... really happy with my new set of tires.

This is a very good place to get work done/tires. The staff here is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I got a new set of tires from Firestone and they were about the standard price for a new set. Kind of expensive, but I dont mind paying a little extra to support the American blue collar worker, and the businesses they work for.

We were driving along I-80 when a tire went flat. The manager inspected the tire, tried to find a replacement, even calling other Firestone locations in the area. In the end, he wasn’t able to get us a replacement, but gave us suggestions of other retailers to try. We very much appreciated his kindness and extra efforts.

I switched from the Boardman location to here.I am happy with this switch even though it is a few miles out of the way. Thus far I am treated far better.My thanks to the staff.

Favorite place to get my van looked over and repaired.staff very courteous and polite. Yep, my vans go to place.

Traveling from Connecticut to Michigan, I arrived at Firestone with shot wheel bearings, a broken spindle and pieces of rotor lying in the parking lot. Chuck Mather found the parts (no easy task for a 1994 van), let my dog sit in the office with me and got me on the road by 3pm for $200 under the estimate. His kindness and efficiency kept the trip from becomming a disaster. When I told him he was my hero, another customer echoed my sentiments. I was worried about dealing with a chain, but he was great!

Originally came her because I bought a warranty Firestone recommended.Manager had his staff make up excuses why they will not replace your tire. I bought 8 tires and even bought the warranty, had many problems. If you have a foreign vehicle, don’t even bother coming to this location. They will ask you to show proof that you recently received a alignment before replacing your tires. Overall they are UNABLE to handle the work on Mercedes or BMW and other foreign cars without problem. Save your self the headache, go to a shop that right s willing to work for your business. From the start Sales people were very professional, with positive attitudes and friendly. They gave me two quotes for what i was looking for on my 2004 Ford Expedition. I set my appointment. They took my vehicle exactly at the time they said. Then the car would have been ready exactly at the time they said, but being the wheels hadnt been off in a long time, took a little extra effort on their part to get them off, we are talking 15 minutes...they apologized for the wait. However for me they were on time and I was on the road. The tires Primewell Valera, are performing exactly as I wanted! if you like a good product at a reasonable price and great service...this is your place!!

I normally dont leave negative reviews, but I made an exception for this Firestone location.I called ahead to see about making a same-day appointment for an oil change. I was told that they had nothing scheduled and to bring my car in at any time that day. The guy on the phone specifically said that I did not need an appointment. I went there less than 2 hours after calling, only to be told that they didnt know when they would get to my vehicle because they had so many others scheduled. They would not let me schedule an appointment over the phone, and they told me over the phone that there would be no wait. When speaking with the guy at the front counter, he was incredibly rude! He told me that it could be hours until they had time to do my oil change with no apology of any kind. He complained that he was there until 9pm the night before working on orders, so mine was not special. This was the same guy I talked to on the phone who said there was nothing scheduled and that I didnt need an appointment. I waited in a packed lobby (10+ people in a tiny space) for about 10 minutes before asking for my keys back (which the clerk gave back with a glare) and going to Valvoline instead.Dont waste your time here. I drove farther and spent a little more at a place that actually valued my business.

Great service! They got me in for a tire change even though they had no availability that day. Staff members were respectful and didn’t try to hassle me into buying something I couldn’t afford. Very affordable too!! Overall just a great experience!

Great price. Fit me in without an appointment. Got a two new front tires with a wheel alignment all with 1 1/2 hour. Plus the mechanic took a test drive. Love it

Was traveling out of state with brand new Firestone tires when I got a flat tire in Ohio stayed in a hotel waiting for this place to open. Once open I drove over and they would even answer the door or phone..... all while seeing the guy inside the building. Very sad that people operate like this, very rude when someone is desperate on a Sunday.

Firestone on Belmont Ave in Youngstown is absolutely the best. If you honest service, please bring your vehicle here. It may not always be a price that youre looking for, but they will find you the best deal, accompanied with the best quality and service. Ive been to several Firestones in the area, and this one is by far the best. Right now they are a little under staffed, you can tell by making appointments only, and the service may be scheduled at a little later of date, but it is worth it. Even though its a little under staffed, they will still give you the best everyday. If this store had a few more employees, I couldnt imagine the excellent service being extended with even more support. This could easily be one of the best Firestones in the country, ran with professionalism and expertise, with a little extra help, nobody would ever take their vehicles anywhere else. Word to corporate, get a little help, and increase your profits by 100%+. I have 2 business degrees, and have been in the professional world my whole adulthood. And this place is ran by a manager and staff as if it was a Business with great customer service, not a repair and/or oil change garage. They care, and it shows in their customer service and dedication to making sure your vehicle is running as perfect as possible.

New Years Day, was in town and got a flat tire, limped my way to the shop and they got me in less than a half hour, on New Years Day, with a short staff. They got me back up and running and even we’re able to squeeze in a oil change! The gentleman at the counter was professional and polite, and the technician was as well. Fast and Great service, couldn’t be more thankful. Thank you Guys!

Here in Youngstown on a youth trip. 15 Pass. Van had a flat tire. Called early in am and explained about getting the youth to the conference at 10am. They got the van in right away even though they were super busy! Excellent service!!! Highly recommended. Friendly staff!!!

Awesome place!!! Friendly people, good price, and open till 6 on Saturday! They got me out of a real pinch after two of my tires blew! Thank the Lord I was just down the road from this place when it happened.. I would give them 10 stars!!

Had an alignment done. I swear the steering wheel is in the same place as it was when I took the vehicle in and it still pulls to the right. Its like they didnt even bother to align it. Not the same experience I have with my usual Firestone. Counter person was polite and professional.

Firestone cant fix every problem! I called and asked them over the phone and they said yes, but when I left my car after several hours, they called and said they couldnt fix it. I wouldnt recommend them fixing sensor issues because they dont have the knowledge or experience to.

Customer service was extremely bad! I had an appointment and they serviced my car over an hour later than my appointment time with no explanation!! No one kept me informed of anything going on with my car! The associate didnt bother to go over anything at all with me when I was done! I will definitely not be going back to the Mt. Vernon, Ohio location for anything!!

If I could give less than one star I would. These guys are lazy. They had my car for two days. I told them I had a sound and I wanted my CV shaft replaced. They called me said the vehicle was ready for pick up. When I get there they hadnt installed the CV shaft all they did was take the tire off looked at my torn CV boot and said its my tire rubbing. For two days they sat and didnt touch my car didnt even order the CV shaft!!!!!

Came in today on a Sunday and was in and out in about 2 hours with new brakes, hub & bearing and new wheel bearing. Rob at the desk and the guys in the building are friendly and take the time to get the job done right the first time. They seem genuine and care about getting their customers back out on the road safely. Check this place out because they will go above and beyond to help you.

If you value your cars expensive factory or other polished aluminum or chrome rims, STAY AWAY!! They demolished all 4 wheels on my car. It looks like they took a grinder to them. Now you gotta wait for claims... what a hassle. Something no other installer has done to this cars rims!!! Posted 1-star because there is no 0 or minus.

Great Service- fast, friendly and helpful. Avoided Firestone because assumed the prices would be higher compared to Walmart and Sam’s club. Sam’s club broke my anti skid sensor off of my Volvo while putting 4 tires on. Bought tires for my husband’s Volvo 3/2018 and they ordered the wrong tires and they didn’t realize it until I had already been waiting for 3.5 hours for them to install the tires. They reordered the correct ones and I returned a week later for them to put them on and even with an appointment waited 5 hours. Tires only lasted for 5.5 months.Firestone is a true tire shop that can handle fixing misalignment and can recommend it . Don’t waste your time getting tires where the technicians cannot even tell you this... that is not a complete service and you wind up wasting money. Learned the hard way and getting new tires 5.5 months later and wasted $450.

Watch outWasted over $600 because of their expertise. Went in for alignment, I was told the camber was off too much to be fixed due to a damaged hub, which was true. Then he went on to explain (and draw diagrams) that my spacers were what destroyed my new tires. After getting rid of the spacers, getting new rims and tires and parts, and seeking others help, I found it was the very alignment/camber that was destroying my tires. They should have simply been able to say that from the start. I will never go back, or recommend them

Got stranded in the middle of an 11 hour drive and was able to limp my car to them. They got my car in right away and were super accommodating. Took care of everything in just a couple hours. Turned a potential disaster into an inconvenience.

This is my first time ever at a car place, I was skeptical because Im a young female who only knows about cars via Google. When I walked in 2 hours before my appointment the guy who waited on me, Chuck was absolutely phenomenal. He didnt treat me like a child and all of his explanation were easy to understand and he made sure everything was all right before they fixed everything. Yeah it was pretty pricey, but its a car better safe than sorry. If the manager sees this please make sure everyone who was working on Tuesday March 8th in the morning can read this and know Im grateful for everyone doing their job without any attitude! That was the best customer service i had in months. Thank you. 😁

I bought a life time alignment from Firestone in 2008 and Ive been getting free alignment service since. A good thing to have with all the pot holes here.

I had just came from the Firestone in Boardman, they had told me the Transfer Case on my Equinox wasnt looking too good (to put it lightly) and it was going to cost me about $4,000 with all the repairs That it was drivable but that they couldnt guarantee for how long. I had wanted to get a second opinion since I couldnt afford the $4k, After leaving the parking lot in Boardman right away my car sounded WAY worse than it did when I came in... I ended up breaking down about 15 miles from the shop (leaking fluid and burning). My Ins covered a tow within 10 miles to this Firestone on Belmont. When the car arrived here, and I told them that it was most likely the transfer case, the one Mechanic told me that it could possibly be covered under warranty! I was so elated at this prospect! No one at the Boardman Firestone told me that. In fact when I called later to tell them they said they would have looked when they started working on it... this was days after they told me it was going to cost be $4k and I had already moved the vehicle two places. I was so elated that this firestone was honest about what was going on and what could be covered by the manufacturer. I would have been in serious debt if it wasnt for them.
