Bought a half decent car from them but less than a month afterwards the electronic power steering went out they offered to get the part and put it on a month later they don’t have the part and when I got my car back there was scratches all over it down to the metal. And after I made my first payment they called a week later saying my payment was passed due but I still had the receipt.oh and even though I called for a week straight they did not get my registration until the day my tags expired on a Saturday after the BMV closed. Easy to get a car from them but their service is horrible.

DON’T go here they said they’ll do a trade with us towed our vehicle to their lot promised they’d pay to have it towed back if things don’t work out. Came within 5 hours after we talked to them to get our van we go the next day and they find all sorts of things wrong with our van by the time they were done they said it was only worth 350 and wanted to stick us with an 05 with over 260,000 miles on it when ours is a 2014. REALLY??? Plus wanted another 1000 down on top of the van. And tried to stick us with 350 to 400 payments a month. I’m barely making it as it is how am I supposed to put another 400 on my bills. We told them no we can’t do it and for them to send the van back. Only for them to say that’ll cost you $75 and we’ll pay the rest. Well we went home and waited and two days later still no van. Can’t get hold of them on the phone for the longest time. Till finally we talked to them and they say oh the tow truck guy won’t do it for that he needs at least 125 so we paid them another 50 well 45 because that’s literally all the money we had and that was 5 days ago. We still don’t have our van. Two days after that they said oh the tow truck broke down. I called today they it’s fixed you’ll have your van back before 8 tonight. Well it’s after 12 and I still don’t see no van. So don’t go through them they’re crooked and only out for themselves. I have three baby’s I can’t afford to be without a vehicle. If I could give them no stars I would they don’t deserve one.

The same day I bought a vehicle from Six brothersI went to the gas station to fill the gas tank up & allThe gas came from underneath the car out of the gas lines on to the ground.The owner told meI damaged the fuel pump By fill the gas tankup to the max so I took the vehicle to a dealershipTo get diagnosed & found out car was in a rear end accident But wasn’t reported. The owner told meCar had clean title & car fax previous to me purchasing the vehicle.

I bought a Toyota 2003 (Sequoia LX) from Six Brothers 8 years ago and I LOVE my Truck! They are all so nice, I look forward to purchasing another vehicle from them again.

These guys over price their cars, wont give you a deal or work with you. I wouldnt recommend these crooks to anyone.

Terrible place, VERY MISLEADING PICS ON LINE. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I called the day before I drove 2hrs to buy a car. When I got there the car was parked in the weeds, had a dead battery and the pictures didnt reveal all of the paint that was blistered off. Wouldnt you wash the car and make sure it would start so you could sell it? They didnt!

DO NOT BUY HERE...My buddy has been through 2 cars with this place.... All transmission failures!!!! 1 lasted 30 days.... One just 20k miles....

We looked online and then called. Was told about a specific car and when we got there that vehicle had been sold days ago. Let them know before we got there we had a grand down and they had many options for us. We went in and he showed us three cars. A ford Taurus that was backed into a concrete lamp post with rear bumper damage parked that way. Not! Then showed us a 15 year old car Honda that the rust and scratches were holding it together..and by that time I was thru and wasnt paying much attention to the last vehicle as he was showing me blue book value on a car he claimed was worth what the car he showed me was definitely not. That was for a car that wasnt being held together with rust dents and scratches. I would never ever suggest anyone waste their time going to any of their dumps.

5 stars, I just got nice cts4 from them of course high miles but its a used car lot so youd have to expect that. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Affordable and low payments. Thank you!

Too much of a down payment

They will try to get over dont let them keep all receipts. They didnt know I was keeping receipts I happened to look at the book to see they were getting over theyre claiming I missed one payment and theyve been charging me a late fee for a few months for that one payment my payments is 250 every 2 weeks each payment Ive been making for the last few months has had a $35 fee taken off I only caught it because I happened to look at the books and seen they were putting 215

I would never in my entire life go back to this place. I walked in asking about a chevy or a GMC vehicle. The first question I was asked how much do you have down? I told them a few grand. He first showed me a suburban that had no oil pressure and obvious suspension issues. Told me that the oil pressure sensor is just a $20 part thats easy to change. Its behind the upper intake and a pain to get to btw. than pushed a ford expedition with a leaking intake gasket and suspension issues on me. Told me that all his vehicles he needs atleast 5 grand down on and if I want a car with no issues off the lot Id better go buy a brand new car. When you think its okay to send a man with 5 kids in a car with engine and suspension issues, I would never recommend that to another person. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!!!

I hope this helps someone.I started payments on my truck in December of 2019. The truck was clean on the outside cream on the inside, but thats where it ended. The fact that they allow cars to sit in snow until someone decides to look at it (unless its a newer/nicer model) which causes rust, cracks and weakening. I understand the as is situation but as business man who could have been a light for the darkness of struggling with feeding children paying rent taking care of home and maybe even grandparent so to speak, but instead what I got was a lemon with brown sludge in my reservoir to my coolant and possibly my engine and radiator.. Which was there when i got it.. I have a cracked support of some sort (part of my frame rusted and cracked) which I was told by a certified mechanic that it was the streets but also because it was already going before I took it to Youngstown Streets also a control arm in my front tire which was worn from sitting and previous owner.. I explained all of that for proof. RESEARCH will take you very far, so far that it helped me find out that I am being charged about an extra $1000 over what the agreed price was. Not including missed payments and late fees. Guess why I missed a payment and im strapped on cash with my truck riding almost broken completely, and Im stuck trying to save for repairs before i pay on something I cant drive.*Example* $3999 went to $4999 because I couldnt afford without payments down payment $1675 to pay for the rest of the first month and down payment since then paid $1600 and somehow I still owe over $2,550 (rounded down) now if my math is correct that comes up to $5,858. $859.00 over the agreed upon price.I didnt get so upset until I spoke to a friend and he informed me that when he bought his red Dodge Durango from there, they tried to do the same thing to him which resulted in them having to pay him back because of over payment. At this point Lets Be Honest A dollar is worth more than respect for your fellow human being.
