The man that helped me when i could not get anyone to understand what i was saying . Customer service was horrible and could not understand her dont know what country she was from, wish you wood employ people from our country accent was so strong hard to understand. But a nice young man named Kevin from the Boardman Verizon helped me after myself trying for hours. Kevin got someone who spoke english and got my problem resolved. Thank you Kevin . I was ready to taked my business elsewhere .

The girl that helps was absolutely amazing. She was nice and took care of everything we needed. The rating comes from the rest of the experience. When we arrived my phone prompted for us to check in, which we did. Then we watched as other customers arrived and were immediately taken care of. After exiting our vehicle and walking to the door, we were then greeted. We asked about the check in online. We were told they dont check that because customers dont always use it. We were there to check on a phone that we ordered the day before for a curbside pick-up. We have never received a notification that it was ready. They told us it was ready first thing in the morning. Would have been nice to be notified. Again the girl that helped us was great, everything else has room for improvement

My uncle, new to technology, took his prepaid iPhone in to upgrade to a unlimited data plan. Verizon sent him off with a new iPhone and didn’t help him, who is clearly older and needed assistance, set it up. I tried to call to have him go back but their local phone system is useless and directed me to customer support. Customer support was great and helped set up an appointment at this location to have him set it up the next day (should’ve set it up when he purchased it). The next day he goes in and they partially set it up. They didn’t transfer the phone number correctly. Luckily again customer support helped and was able to assist with the phone number transfer. So two times in this location with no help. Highly suggest just buying online and using their support agents.

I am completely disappointed with the cell phone industry. Cell phones are way overpriced for the length of time that they last. And the way that they are selling these phones completely disgusts me. For those who do not know this make sure you are very much aware the return policy on any new phone regard less of a cost $100 or over a $1000 is 14 days. This Verizon shop went out of their way to try to fix my phone. Even though they will tell you 1st thing they are not technical support. This I feel was a ploy to get me past the 14 day return policy. Once I requested a new phone after only one month, they sent me a certified new phone to my house. Now I have to deal with customer service directly through Samsung. These roles and the monopoly of selling cellphones has got to change. Price gouging is a thing

Verizon has the best service. But they done me so wrong, I was a loyal customer for many years! I didnt mind paying the inflated prices because the service was great! But when I was having a problem with a phone and I tried to get fixed. They couldnt fix the problem! Which was fine, I had 31 days until I was eligible for a upgrade. Verizon wanted me to pay full price and would wave the 31 days! Which was fine too. I didnt break my phone, it was a default from there service! So I told them to fix the problem or wave the days! They did nothing! Goodbye Verizon!

Stopped in with a phone hardware issue. Being from out of town and needing a quick fix they had a phone overnighted. When it arrived I didnt have WiFi access to back up the old phone. Stopped in and they completed the process with no issues. Great customer service 👍

My wife and I went into Verizon so I could use our upgrade and get the new Google pixel XL. Our associate, who I cant remember his name (Dave maybe) anyways he was very informative and shared with us multiple options on saving money. We walked out with my Google pixel, my wife got a new iPhone for free basically and we added a line for my mother inlaw FOR FREE. We saved money on accessory packages for 2 phones and saved $40 on our monthly bill by using a Veteran package from my father in law. Overall a great experience and walked out with more stuff and a cheaper monthly bill. It was a great day at Verizon!!

Very bad customer service. Skipped over me 4 times and then said human error. I really felt that it was done on purpose because I was not looking to purchase something, only needed glass cover put on the screen. Called customer service and filed a complaint and they never reached out to me either. Also, Brandon told me he was the manager and customer service told me is not a manager. Brandon must use the phrase human error often.

My wife dropped thousands of dollars between purchasing her phone and committing to overpriced service. Yet, they wouldnt even help her activate her phone. The service rep told my wife that she had to use her home WiFi to set up her phone. Are you now required to have home WiFi to receive Verizon service? My guess is no, and that the lazy rep was lying to her face. The rep further told my wife that the WiFi at the store is too slow to set up a phone. Now that inspires confidence. The store cant fix phones; the store cant process insurance claims; and ow, the stores cant activate phones because of its weak WiFi signal. A third-rate company providing third-rate service while charging top dollar.

I have done business with this store before and I have always been pleased with the service and people there! I went to get a new phone for my mom today and took my sister with me to help me decide on what phone might be best! I walk with a wheeled walker and when we walked into the door the man checking people in automatically spoke with my sister! I said I’m the one needing to get a new phone. I think some of the staff need training in how to speak with customers with disabilities. The girl who actually helped me purchase the phone spoke with me like any other person. I would say Verizon needs to train staff on the way you treat disabled customers. It’s not hard because you give them respect and realize we work and shop just like “able bodied” people!

So then he tells me after I told him my tablet was outdated that I should get a tablet that they were cheaper. And then he knew nothing about the tablet. Switched to t-mobile and couldn’t be happier! Faster internet and a cheaper bill. And employees there actually pay attention to you. I cane in to upgrade and the guy was annoyed to even talk to me and went in the back room for ten minutes to look for a phone and came out with a phone a didn’t want and a tablet I didn’t need. We won’t be back.

Was told to have a seat and she would take our name and we were in line. 30 minutes went by, no update on our estimated wait time or any words at all. Very poor and slow customer service. Over an hour wait with only 2 people ahead of us. Also, very misleading sales people. They claimed the HUM device was free but it appears on my bill as an additional charge. After doing some research online I discovered that equipment itself is free but there is a $10/mo service fee for the device. The salesperson never stated that. In fact, they stated that it was included in the phone plan. I will be cancelling my service and switching to Straight Talk. On a side note, there did not appear to be a single satisfied customer while I was there.

I went in to ask about updating my data plan. It was around 6-7pm and they were not that busy and I was greeted at the door. I was asked right away what I needed and helped by a very curtious young man. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He answered questions I didnt even know I wanted answered. Gave me information that I would need to make a change on my bill to my benefit. I was in and out of the store in probably 15 mins. It was quick and painless. I was very happy. I had been putting it off because I had a bad experience at a different store in the past. I would recommend this store to everyone.

I have one of the Note 7s that was recalled, which I originally bought from a Verizon re-seller. The manager, Brandon, refused to exchange this phone for a replacement, even though they had several in stock because it would be an inventory match issue. Even though the Verizon tech support told me on two different occasions that any Corporate Verizon store has to return them, Brandon refused. I could pay my bill, change my plan, or even sign another family member at this location, but Brandon would not return a dangerous phone. The inventory issue should be between Verizon and Samsung to figure out, not the customer. The re-seller has not been issued any phones, which is why I tried to exchange this phone as soon as I could. What happened to customer service? Horrible experience, especially for how much phone services cost these days. Do not recommend this location for any services.

So when you walk in they take your name and follow you around like you are a baby in a China shop. I just went in to browse and they wouldnt leave me alone Can I help you ? CAN I HELP YOU? No Im just looking. And they are very pushy there and push this in me and push push push that on me. And 99 dollars for a phone case? They said no more cheap ones were made and only had 99 dollar phone cases with extra battery for my phone I got cases at other places Walmart and online for a dollar. Sell dollar cases and you will be a better place. I know this is true.
