The young man who helped me was very polite, respectful and professional

Bought a phone took 2 hours to get phone then get home phone says no service I called and costumer service said phone is reported lost or stolen I cant believe this and tomorrow Im going back and they better get my money or new phone Im in shock

Went to go get q new phone says they are open until 5pm and it was 4pm they were closed.

Amanda is the biggest reason for my 5star rating !! She has great customer service, very knowledgeable, very helpful, very respectful, patience, positive, answers alot of questions before you even have to ask and she works quickly! She deserves a raise!!

Boost is a great service with fast friendly knowledgeable staff but I must say your clients who have been there for extended periods of time should be giving extra incentives even though it is a month-to-month type of plan it gives us clients something to look forward to
