This store sold me a fraudulent phone with a modification device installed to allow the phone to work on crickets network in August of 2019. We did not find out until 6 months later on 3/1/2020 when the phone was repaired and factory reset, and the phone began to state that the installed sim card was not compatible. When we returned the device (with the receipt from August) the staff there refused to help us, stating that we need to purchase a new phone. The police responded and upon seeing the modification device they encouraged me to visit the county prosecutors office as soon as possible. Which I am doing this week. Buyer beware.
Had to get a new phone in Pittsburgh. Service horrible. Couldnt wait to get to my regular cricket store on Belmont ave. They are so kind and understand my needs. I am not tech savvy. Love this store.❤

I stopped in to switch over from att and spoke to the lady working the counter and asked if they carried the iPhone X. She said they did and I told her I would be back. Stopped back after 2 hours to set up my line and was promptly told that she couldn’t sell me the phone unless I paid cash. Which seemed very fishy. I then called a different store and was told that wasn’t a policy so I have to believe something was stolen or fishy!!!! Be CAREFUL!!!!of this location I had success in austintown

I love going into Cricket wireless because I enjoy looking at the new phones and their accessories also while im in Cricket i am in there shopping as well looking for special deals for my phone that i currently have an see if they have a different color for my phone, an get new ear buds for my phone so i can listen to music while i am waiting for the WRTA bus to puck me up.

I never do stuff like this, but I felt the need to say what my experience was like here. Theyre unprofessional, and unorganized, big waste of my time. I had an interview for a job with a lady I wont say her name on a Friday. She gave me the job, a t shirt, and said to wait for the email (3-5 business days) then call her for a password to do their online training. I was in need of a job, and this seemed like a good opportunity. I waited the full week. I tried calling her twice the following Friday, because it had been the allotted time, and I had yet to receive the email. She ignored my calls twice with use of 740 number used by them, she didnt even have her voicemail set up to leave a message. I get the email on a Sunday (not even a business day) I call the store to find out the lady hiring me was let go. Yet no one had thought to contact me with regards, because in order to complete my hiring process I needed to call her. Which I was and she wasnt answering because she had been fired. The store manager Jeremy told me she has been relieved of her duties, and Ill have the IT guy Chris give you a call in a little bit to set you up he sounded niced, so I said okay. Chris woukd never call me that was Monday, its now Wednesday and Ive lost nearly 2 full weeks worth of potential pay all over theyre inability as A PHONE COMPANY to contact others. I called today and I spoke to a man worker and this is how the conversation wentHi Im looking for Jeremy I was a recent hire, and no ones called me regarding my password to do my trainingWorker: theres been management changes, youll have to contact Jeremy or Chris for serviceOkay do you have phone numbers I cant reach them atNo I do notWell I guess I cant call them without a phone numberOkayHave a good dayThe absolute worse conversation you can have. Not helpful. Told me to do something without AGAIN GIVING ME THE ABILITY TO DO WHAT I HAD TO DO.i did everything requested by them, and they didnt do a dang thing for me. Selfish money grabbing business. Please avoid these scammers.

We need to boycott cricket and get them shut down cricket is a scam with a store, dont buy from cricket they make you pay for everything even stuff that is normally free with other companies, even Walmarts phone service is better than cricket.. Theyre customer service is horrible, there plans suck right along with the data, they dont give you a break at all, I had to pay $5 just for the outside rim to my sim card but with any and every phone company they give you your entire sim card so you can switch phones and make the sim bigger or smaller to fit.. They want you to pay for hotspot when hotspot should be free and even if not I should be able to use my unlimited data on my hotspot but I have to drop my data plan just to have hotspot.. People please if you work hard for your money please dont waste it at Cricket
Please do not shop at anything Cricket they are the most horrible cell phone company that Ive ever worked with I had a track phone in 2001 one that had better service for better prices. I payed for the plan but didnt pay for the phone which I should have but even still I shouldnt have to deal with my phone being slow when I pay 110 a month for two lines I understand the phones are supposed to slow down after you use your data but I should still be able to use my phone for things other than already downloaded games and writing notes how fun is that. And then when I call to Complain one person hung up and the other person from CUSTOMER SERVICE didnt do a damn thing to help me. And on top of that (NOT ONE TIME HAVE I EVER SPOKE WITH SOMEONE FROM AMERICA WHICH I CAN UNDERSTAND AND CAN UNDERSTAND ME) I always have a very hard time making a payment and if I do it a 12 am I have to wait till 6Am for my data to speed back up. The phone they gave me wont download any files it barely downloads music and alot of it is Because CRICKET WIRELESS HAS A VERY SLOW COMPANY and I dont just mean the internet. If you shop at cricket and you cant afford the most expensive plan with the most expensive phone you will highly very pissed off and disappointed. So just go to Boost Mobile or even family mobile with Walmart.MAYBE YOU CAN TIE A STRING TO TWO CANS AND GET BETTER SERVICE...
