We had a lovely lunch here, today. The staff people were friendly and eager to please. The menu is incredibly giant, and I think they serve breakfast all day, any time. We had their blueberry lavender lemonade, the Big Mocha Burger with fries, and a melted ham and swiss sandwich with mac and cheese. All of the food was delicious. But their incredible cheesecake, fruit tarts, carrot cake, and other bakery specialties were drop dead phenomenal. There are tables and chairs, booths, and very comfortable areas to gather with a few friends or even for a family birthday party (?)... I will definitely be back!

My mother and I ate here last Sunday and the food was so good! They were extremely busy but the employees were very friendly and service was quick with how busy they were. We will definitely be back!

Highly recommend this restaurant! The waitress who took our order was extremely kind and helpful. We went with less than an hour before they closed but when we ordered decaf coffee, they brewed a whole new pot for us and gave us large drinks even though we ordered smalls. They have an incredible display and selection of cakes, cheesecakes, pastries, and baked goods. We only ordered desserts so I cannot speak to their other menu options for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Good coffee. Stopped here because of a friends recommendation. Well worth it. Prices are reasonable and the quality of the service is exceptional. Dont be afraid of a long line of people. They will pump out the orders faster than you can decide what you want to get. If you are trying it out for the first time, grab a menu by the cash register before standing in line. It is much easier to read. Make sure to get a piece of cheesecake before leaving. You wont be disappointed.

Nice selection of desserts, good mochas and coffee. Service not always the best, depends who waits on you. A few staff members tend to get orders wrong after you repeated yourself multiple times or simply just do not pay attention. A little frustrating as a paying customer.

Just found out about the Mocha House. I got the Mocha Coffee. And Mediterranean Skillet. The food looks great and it was reasonably priced. Ill be cooking back for sure.

Its a coffee house that has beautiful tasting cakes and good food

A huge menus of amazing food and very generous portions. I never stopped her because I always assumed it was just a coffee shop but listen don’t be fooled. The cherry cheese crumb pie it to die for but warning it is really sweet and rich. The cheesecake looks delicious but doesn’t have a graham cracker crust it has more of a cake crust which is disappointing. I though it was just that particular cheesecake all of their cheesecakes have this crust. The Buckeyes are very good so you have to try them. A must stop for breakfast lunch, dinner or coffee!

If anyone is ever looking for a quaint little cafe or eatery around this area, the Mocha House is a good choice. They serve breakfast lunch and dinner. Its a good experience no matter when you go.

I was there with 6 friends. We all were very happy with our lunch. Delicious sandwiches and soup. The desserts were outstanding!

Waited 45 min for a call in order that was placed before walking in and paying for it stood around the for 30 min I was avoided or just invisible, then when I ask for a refund I was told that my order is now ready after it was sitting on the counter for 15 min. Thought it was going to be like the one in Warren Ohio but it is absolutely not service gets a F. from me.

Great seating with an expansive breakfast menu and great coffee options. My huge coffee cup filled with a double Americano was perfect. I like that a large cup cools the coffee at a just the right pace.

Love this place! We live in the Cleveland area but come to Boardman for service on our car. We always stop at the Mocha House for lunch or breakfast. I had the Mocha House omelet this time, 3 meats and cheese. The home fries are the best. Space is limited inside and you go to the counter to order. Service staff is always friendly and service is quick. Plenty of bakery available too.

We were in Youngstown, Ohio. Used Google to find a place to eat breakfast. The service was great. The food was very good. The coffee was the best we have had. We had a Caramel Bliss(i had 2 of those) and Organic Hazelnut coffee with cream & honey. This place is a place we would become regulars at if we lived in Youngstown. Prices are reasonable. We would highly recommend it at anytime of the day. Below is the best picture of a breakfast plate. I think it says it all. So good.

Im not happy with this place my dad came down from New York with his lady to visit. He went inside this place sat down and they didnt even give him service this lady came up to the table and took the menus and walked away and then stood behind the counter with other employees and just looked at my dad. They treated him like he was not welcome he felt discriminated. I dont care if you dont offer table service at least greet your customers and make them feel welcome.

Most of us go to The Mocha House for the famous breakfast with variety of options menu, good quality coffee and fast service, but I find this place most attractive for lunch time. Personaly I like to stop at noon for a fast lunch instead of fast food😓, or even a business meeting. Every one of my guests appreciated good quality food, clean and friendly environment.

They never get my order right!! Its always something with this location!! The Warren restaurant is way better!!!

My favorite spot for breakfast and a specialty drink, the frozen mocha is my favorite! Love the burgers too! Best Ive found, and Im a new local. If I lived right next to The Mocha House, Id become a poor poor man, all my money would go to them lol!!

I first visited Mocha House for brunch Sunday morning and am already back Tuesday morning!Very reasonably priced, relaxed atmosphere, and DELICIOUS food & coffee.Even if theres no seating, order something to-go, you wont regret it!

I love the Mocha House! I write here. The atmosphere is amazing. The staff is friendly and they have outlets at nearly every table. The food is delicious. I highly recommend it.

Workers need to be more attentive. 5 of them standing around and not acknowledging a guest is not acceptable. However their food, drinks, pastries and cakes are heavenly!! Always such a variety to choose from too. Always fresh. Always delicious!

This was my second visit to the Mocha House, and it was the second time I experienced pleasant service and wonderful dessert. (There are also a wide variety of meal options, but we came specifically for dessert.)The only trouble youre likely to have is _choosing_ which of the lovely options to try. On this visit, I went with the tiramisu cheesecake --yum!

Food was delicious! Wedding soup had a great taste and was hardy..they dont skimp on ingredients. The pot roast sandwich was tasty and of course the desserts were delicious.

My wife and I stopped here while visiting our daughter who lives in town. We thoroughly enjoyed the food that we were served and the coffee selection was very good as well as the tea selection. I had the Mediterranean skill it and my wife had a Cobb salad and both were very good. We would certainly eat here again and would encourage other people do so as well. Its a great little locally owned business.

You get what you pay for, or so they say. Thats not true at The Mocha House. In order to get a good assessment of the food, my wife and I varied our food choices. We had 2 different soups, 2 different sandwiches and two types of fries. We shared it all and discovered that while we preferred one type better than the other, we still enjoyed it all. The food we tried was far better than the price we paid. We are buying sweets for later. In conclusion, great value.

When he did nobody knew where my order was, so it never got made. No apology. I requested my money back on my card. If you want sub par food and lack luster customer service then be my guest but Id rather eat at home. Cheers.

Great food, and baked goods friendly staff. Slow kitchen. Waiting 20 minutes past a promised time is rather silly when you should be totally caught up with in store orders.

Terrible service. Totally Ignored Then told to wait twice . After waiting 15 minutes for service left - no one was in the restaurant being served. 3 workers disappear to the back . I guess customers are not important and business must be booming to ignore 3 adults at 8pm. It’s fine - lost a customer

What a great find! Charming little coffee house that has a huge menu, that’s also big on taste. And while you’re having your coffee or fabulous breakfast you are tempted by the delicacies in the pastry display. Can’t wait to come back and try some of those. And if we have a special occasion I won’t hesitate to buy one of their pies or cakes!

We ordered a chocolate raspberry cake for our Christmas party. It was so good that 28 ladies finished off the whole sheet cake. Most of us had two pieces and then wrapped up another piece to take home We highly recommend ordering desserts at the Mocha House.

I always enjoy the Mocha House. Good food, good prices, great service and fantastic desserts. They are better than most of the high dollar restaurants I have ate at. The Cheesecake Factory could take a lesson or two from the Mocha House when it comes to cheesecake. I have ate at both the Warren and the Boardman location and both are great.

Everything was very good, especially the cheesecake we shared for dessert. Surprisingly large menu. I had the Cajun tuna steak, and my wife had the fried fish dinner. Very nice, comfy, cafe style eat in area with pleasant staff. Very reasonable prices.

The food is great. Wish all employees would wear mask the right way. A mask on their chin with their mouth & nose out is not wearing a mask.
