This was my first visit, and it did not disappoint! They were pretty busy when we went, but the lady was nice when she brought out our food. I ordered a plain cheeseburger, and when she brought it out, she said it is usually served with a pickle spear. She didn’t bring one because she saw that my burger was plain, so she thought I wouldn’t want one (she was correct), but she could go get one for me if I did. I liked the thought she put into that for me! The cheesecake was delicious!Update: my second visit, my husband and I tried the Oreo and chocolate mousse bars. They were good, but they are soft cake in a hard chocolate shell. If it was soft chocolate, it would have been better, but it was a weird contrast with the soft cake inside.

The most enjoyable and welcoming family-owned and operated cafe, the assortment of beverages and coffee, food and deserts are all delicious. We love our visits and look forward to going when in the area. The service is impeccable and have set a new high-standard across the board. You will never be dissatisfied, this is a must visit place.

Website mentions baked good kinda assumed breads would be fresh baked...definitely not. There twice tried two different sandwiches on different bread -both times disappointed by the over processed tasting, refrigerated, cold, heavy bread. Nice place if they change that I would go back.

I had horrible experience. Where I was served returned food. My friend was given a takeout box that was not hers and sent it back. The server returned with the same box that my friend sent back. I knew it was the same box because the hole that my friend poked in the eggs was still there and the toast she moved around was in the same spot. When I asked for my money back the cashier was very rude told me that I was wrong and did not want to return my money. When she did return the money she did not apologize and actually rolled her eyes. I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times and this was a shocking and disappointing experience.

We have come down to the Mocha House twice now for lunch with the whole office (16) people. They did a great job sitting us and having our food out and correct in a timely manner.

Coffee was good. Breakfast, not so much. Paper thin omelet made from egg beaters and pre-made sausage… hashbrowns were inedible due to the heavy pepper flavor. Probably also pre-made.

All the food we had was very good. The fries where crispy and fresh, the BLT had a generous portion of bacon, the staff was friendly and attentive. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

I wanted to get a surprise treat for my mother who works at a bank down the street from the Mocha House. I spoke with Irene who was so helpful, had a pleasant attitude, and a smile in her voice. I was stuck for what to choose and found out my mom likes their key lime bars. When I mentioned this to Irene she said they could put together a pastry tray. Fantastic! The owner then got on the phone to take the order, and asked me what I wanted to put on the gift card that went with the tray. Caleigh was super friendly and helpful. She also thanked me and said how grateful she was for my business. The tray arrived and my mother was ecstatic. She went on and on about what a beautiful tray it was and that it had a great selection of goodies. Thank you so much Mocha House!

The customer service is phenomenal! This is a place where they remember your name and treat you like family every time. The food and patries are so delicious. The coffee is always fresh and hot. Best restaurant in downtown Youngstown.

This was my first time at this location, normally warren is my go to. I got the mocha club, it was average, nothing special, the bacon was perfect though. I also got the tiramisu cheesecake and the regular tiramisu.. The cheesecake was simply amazing, creamy and a wonderful coffee flavor. The actual tiramisu however, was probably the worst Ive ever had, wayyyyyy too much chocolate and was very dry,, I didnt get coffee flavor at all, it literally tasted like a piece of chocolate cake thats been on the counter partially covered for about two days,, very disappointing for $4.25 a pieceI really wanted the California cheesecake, my main reason for going but they were out. :(Had the tiramisu cheesecake not been as amazing I would have only given 2 stars but that cheesecake got them 4 today! :)

The food is really nice and flavorful, the staff is very kind and pleasant towards customers, and the prices are good!

I tried the Chesterbrook Burger which was on special today and it was FANTASTIC!! The burger patty was delicious, topped with crispy red onions and cheddar cheese with a substantial portion of their famous roast beef with barbecue sauce. It came with a ton of fries on the side. I also got a salted caramel cold brew with sweet cream and the best cheese danish I’ve ever had. The only things better than the yummy food and drinks was the friendly and attentive staff. I would highly recommend the Downtown Youngstown Mocha House to all my friends and family! Sooo good will be returning very soon!

Unexpectedly fantastic! From the atmosphere, the impeccably clean establishment, to the super friendly staff and great food, Mocha House is a welcome change from the usual downtown Youngstown diner. The food is all served made to order, and they absolutely dont skimp on the portions. Definitely the new weekly lunch destination for my husband and I!

The service was great! The food was delicious and the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and made a point to check on every table to make the experience a positive one! We love the Mocha House and will definitely be visiting often! The dessert is amazing!

This experience was so bad, I will probably never return. Even IF my simple order had been made correctly (it sure wasnt), it would still have been inedible due to the brown lettuce and plenty of core. Using cheap, old iceberg lettuce makes me question the quality of the products you use.

The location is very convenient, the food and drinks are tasty and cheap, and the customer service is impressive!

Usually you find a difference in the quality of food or service between locations, but the consistency in food and service is great here. Food always spot on and this location has been very clean each time Ive been here.

Got a cheeseburger today and the burger patty seemed to be a pre-made frozen patty. Before they looked and tasted homemade with fresh ground meat. However, today when I bit into my burger I could instantly tell that it was different. The taste, smell, shape, and look of the burger was all different. I am hoping that they ran out of hamburger meat and this current patty, that I ate today, is just a stand in until they get more. If not I will not be getting a burger from them anytime soon. Bring back your old burgers, they were the best!
