Not bad if youre looking for stuff but to be in line people shouldnt leave unmanned chairs to hold spot

I just drove 2 hours to the only location that is open today. I bought a membership two days ago as well. No one informed people that they were not restocking today.. so I drove two hours to look through picked-over 50 cent items. That is ridiculous. I have been here before and really enjoyed it, but if this is how they run the business, people should be aware.

I love this store! My mom and I go every weekend! We have so much fun. We find some amazing things! My favorite is digging for all the amazing hidden treasures. I would highly recommend it everyone.

I love shopping here. It is like a scavenger hunt for some really great items.-You never pay more than $10.-You always know the price. (Just check the daily chart.)-The inventory is new each week so you never know what you may find.I can go on 50 cent day and buy whatever I want! I have gotten so many great things from Bin Voyage!

Love the warren bin Voyage. Workers are always so helpful and friendly. Love the great savings. We go every week. Always find something. We even donate to summit academy elementary things that they can use.

I went to Bin Voyage today (Saturday) when they add new items..I cant say how underwhelming it was....you can find higher quality items at Family Dollar! They really need to purchase better items in bulk to put in the bins...this could have been a really great store..what a shame.

I absolutely LOVE Bin Voyage!! I have found amazing things that were a fraction of the retail price! It is easy to spend hours there and not even realize it. We always have so much fun going to the bins! We laugh and shop and find treasures! It is truly addicting!!!!

Amazing products at fantastic prices. You will save a tons of money. You can find so many treasures, it’s truly a treasure hunt. We love this store and tell everyone about it! My new favorite store!

Cool place, great prices, you never know what youre going to get or find. I went on dollar day on Friday and it was pretty much picked over but still found a few things. Clean store and friendly workers. Ill definitely be back to see what else I can find on another day

I just might be addicted to Bin Voyage! A few of my family members and I love being there first thing in the morning on Saturdays! We have found so many amazing things! I definitely recommend this place! And I will continue to shop there!

I found some amazing deals. Went two times in one week and I am now addicted! I also want to thank the cashiers who helped me find my cell phone that fell out of my pocket and into one of the bins. They were very kind. Word of advice...dont put anything in your pockets of value that could fall out as youre bending over the bins!

I always have such a great time just stopping in on random days and seeing what I can find. Someday I will make a Saturday, but until then I will keep checking back every week. Love that there are these kind of stores around us :)

We drove in from Pennsylvania to try this store. The website said it was open. The sign on the door said closed until further notice. I think your website should reflect the fact it is not open

This is my weekly therapy..I love love love digging through the bins and finding good deals. I come early every saturday and wait in line to find some really cool things...thank you for opening your stores...i look forward to the fun every sat.

Fun to dig and find good deals. I went on $3 day and still found plenty of items worth grabbing. Just be prepared for a mix of items, you never know what you might find.

I will definitely go back! Lots of stuff for crafters and prices are really good! I am curious tho, there was a lot of talk about using an app to scan the box codes so you can see whats inside, anyone know what that app is?

What a great idea someone came up with. These stores are amazing. We love all the best things you can find.

Used to be fun. Now you have to be a member, some weekends they dont even restock. Seems like they only put out enough stuff for each member to get a few things. We used to walk out with our buggy full of stuff, last few times Ive gone, not much there. Staffs still friendly. Only.members get carts on Saturday, its terrible for the senior community not to be able to use one. Liberty store typically has more, they just need a bigger space I think, its pretty congested

Fun treasure hunt. Found great items on a Saturday morning and still found good deals on a Friday evening right before closing.

My husband and I go to the liberty location too much for our own good but we keep going back because we have found some really great deals! Its always fun to see what theyre going to have every week

The Boardman location is bad. The bins are full of dirt and actual trash. Anything worth buying has been torn apart, but if youre intuitive enough you can put it back together buy checking nearby bins. Youre more likely to get an infection than find anything worth buying.

Must dig through lots and lots of trash. Including alot of empty boxes, broken glass and light bulbs,sharp metals, packing materials,and etc... Its a good concept and the price is right for some things you might find. Just too much work and patience. I mean every box you pick up is empty and theres thirty of them in a bin. If they cleaned out the trash the bins would be nearly empty. I wouldnt go back.

Warren store- the shopping was great, they had a ton of different items that you didn’t see at the Liberty store. They have great prices. I hope they worked out the kinks from when we first were there. Such as the line cutting is a huge problem(was supposedly addressed already), you still have workers/stockers telling family where the big items are. I’ve witness people going right to a bin and they find a big ticket item that is the only bin they’ve touched(seems to me that’s not just luck, when they run right to that bin). The glass mixed in with chairs and everything just ends up getting broke. That maybe should be addressed too cause you do have kids that go there too.For some reason it won’t let me write more then on review so I’ll just do it in sections.Liberty- id also like to say we’ve bought items from liberty that were rubber banded together(i did not do, or they were sealed together) your workers said it counts as two items and said people do that. That’s not right one cause items sold from amazon come in two packs a lot as well as other stores if it’s banded together that’s one item.( it was an older women who rung us out). Now we were told before that if it was like that it was one item so which is it? Stick to your rules and make all employees aware of it. I love the store but things like consistency need to be addressed if you’re going to have all these store you need all the rules at all places to be the same or don’t make anymore store if you can’t get all the kinks worked out. I’d like to see some of the newer rules in place. I’ve been going since y’all first opened. But as others have said the trash and glass broken is a problem. I understand it’s to dig through but when you can cut your finger on an item that’s been broken that’s a safety issue. I do my best if I find something to hand it to a worker. I also feel like liberty doesn’t get the best stuff anymore since the bigger stores have opened. Some of the employees in liberty are quite rude too. This would be my reason for the rating I gave y’all!All stores- all your stores need a testing station. I’ve bought several items that we got home and they were broken/didn’t work. Which sucks cause you can’t return anything. A testing station would solve this, just set someone up to open it see if it works and then they can write on the box what it is and seal it in case they end up not wanting it. At least that way I dont go home with a broken charger that I paid $5.I come from WV to visit these stores often. Hopefully things change. They have one in WV called the treasure hunt and they have way more rules then you guys but you might want to look at theirs as you can benefit from them.

Friendly workers, these stores are a life savor I got a Brand new infant car seat for 5 dollars.

I went on a Wednesday afternoon in early December. It wasnt what I was expecting but enjoyed it none the less.The buns were all about half full of merchandise. lots of opened packages so if you see part of something youd like out it in your cart and you may find the rest if it in the next bin. I did that with a bikini!Most everything I found was probably under.20$ retail but paying only $1.50 (they were having a half off sale that day) made it all a good deal.Dont come here unless you have some time to root through the bins. There is no organization so if can be a bit maddening seeing the same stuff again and again.Ill be coming back on a Saturday morning hoping to score some big stuff!

A hodgepodge of open, broken, questionable, unknown, and weirdly specific items. I found a carburetor for a mower in the same bin as a broken phone case, a 55 MM uv lens filter for a camera, and a pushup bra. Its weird, kooky, and cheap. Its a good deal, but wasnt my cup of tea.

I feel like i never have enough time in thus store i would stay until i look through every bin if my ride would let me lol its perfect for everything from any occasion gifts to house warming or even starting your first house. There is litterally everything. I found 2 really gfeat items so far 1 being a tattoo machine that is going for 45 dollars on ebay as we speak to a brand new 3rd gen. Echo dot

Place has no organization. Stuff piled and some things ruined by others shuffling it about. Also containers had random parts of objects and some pieces that were things which were taken apart before being found. Also trash, yes actual trash in the mix as well. Not impressed at all.
