Love this store! Wide variety of food and household products at reasonable prices. I had gone there that day to pick up some meat to restock my freezer. And I was not disappointed in their meat selection!

Staff is great. Selection of brand name products is pretty limited.I watched the manager go out of his way to help an elderly woman with a request from the meat department. He bent over backwards and even stayed friendly when she mentioned that she didnt have a cart... LoL. Heres 15 pounds of beef. He did everything except eat it for her.Its a great store in an area that really needs it.My only complaint would be the clientele... But they cant control that.South side of Youngstown, you pretty much know what to expect.

My experience at Save A Lot was cool, I can get some foods in there, if I am in the neighborhood.

It was very good it had everything I needed .the tellers were all nice and Curtis.

I absolutely love this store! Wont shop anywhere else. The produce is always full and fresh and if you ever need help ask for Jill she is always full of life and always has the nicest things to say. If your looking for fresh meat their meat counter is always full of great deals and good product the meat staff is always helpful. Stop by and say hi to Alisha she is adorable and always has a great personality. Dont forget to check out the remodel makes the store look higher class yet still such amazing prices.

The store was rearranged and very clean. The produce was stocked and fresh . The meat was also well stocked and fresh by dates on pkgs and the prices were great and for Save A Lot the selection was impressive. The employee s were very friendly today. Also kind and helpful when O asked where bread crumbs were he walked me to them. My only thing that concerns me is that particular store never hardly is busy but today freshness wasnt a concern. My chicken was bagged with my lettuce but my cashier was young and Rome wasnt built in a day. Shell learn. Ill remind her not to do it that way next time I see her there. I would call but she may get in trouble n not learn to keep them separate.

The store was neat inside. The shelves were stocked well. There were quite a few missing price labels. The sales associates were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my time there. My only complaint is the parking lot. It had trash and does not appear well keep or inviting.

Majority of the staff are friendly and helpful. But at the registers its only one, no more than cashiers thats opened. The fresh produce section pickings are slim. The prices are reasonable.

Does not carry no where near as much as they use too. They really do not have a lot of variety in the store at all. The only real nice one I have been to is the one in Boardman by the Post Office. That one is a real nice. Still not allot of variety though. Its a good place to get cereal, canned goods and frozen foods.

The newly remodeled store is great. Very clean n spaceish environment. Just wish the variety selection of food was bigger

Stood at the bakery counter. Where two women were speak to each, walked past me without acknowledging me. While another young lady was on the phone, also ignored my presence. I went to the prepared food department. I rang the bell for service when I returned to the bakery, one of the young women in the back, walked by and looked at me and kept walking. young lady on phone still did not acknowledge me. She seemed to have an attitude because I rang the bell, and still took a minute to finally acknowledging me. When she finally did come to help me, she wasnt paying attention to what I was asking for. IGA is my go-to for birthday cakes. I dont usually have issues. I hope this just happened to be one of those days

Clean store. Great selections if specific brands arent a priority.

Clean and friendly. Most products are resonably priced and easy to find. However, there is little variety if any when it comes to brands. Also, not many specialty items such as blue raspberry jello. Cultural foods other than Hispanic are scarce too. Dont buy bread here. You can get it cheaper at any other grocery store and they dont price match.

You can find good prices. Variety of items. But very slow check-out with long lines.

Truly is very low on Spanish item, last time I check we dont only live in side town. The cashier wasnt very friendly. This location should employee all types of people.

I like save a lot. Right now they have a special on picnic hams and huge pork loins. I slow cooked the picnic ham and served it was sauerkraut and it was heavenly

Not as good as some other save a lots but the people are friendly and they are getting a better selection every day.*Edit for the owner*Your supplied email does not work so I am replying here with some suggestions.***Hello, thanks for responding to my rating on Google maps.I think your save-alot store is great, I shop there exclusively and I probably spend about $2,000 a month in both cash and stamps in your store.First, I would just like to say that the store looks great after the renovations, and Ive noticed that your selection has gotten better recently in carrying some name brand items items, i.e. Philadelphia cream cheese etc.The only real issues I have with the store is some basic things were lacking for example: the store didnt have basic baking stuff like unsweetened coco or yeast until very recently and I see you have got that covered.Secondly, the carts! I hate those shopping carts so much! I understand you save money by not having to pay someone to gather carts but its incerdibly annoying to have to break a bill to get a cart or if I have no change on me.Ive actually left the store and went to sparkle down the street because I didnt have a quarter to get a cart and its impossible to handle $300 in groceries without a cart.The staff are usually pretty cool if I dont have change but sometimes, depending on who is there or if the store is busy there is no extra carts.At very least, I would suggest some carrying baskets or something.Other than the carts, improved selection would be appreciated.I also appreciate the security guard(s). Its nice to see them there.Thanks!

Live in hubbard so only stores are shop save and save a lot I love the prices and get a lot of food for your money especially if youre on a budget

Good meats good prices

My visit to Save Alot was a good one but it was a cold one but I made it there and back. Got what I needed but bouillon cubes cause they didnt have any but thats ok but all in all it was a safe trip up and back.

The prices at Save A lot are ridiculous!4lb bag of mixed fruit $5.995lb bag of potatoes $3.49Ill plan better next time, and go somewhere else.

This place is so convient to where i live its pathetic...with that being said I WILL GO OUT OF MY WAY TO ANY OTHER STORE FROM NOW ON!!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS NON EXISTENT. This is like the Main Save-a-Lot. Used to go to this one since I was a wee thing. Its second most decent. Eh, its something so bland about the area of that store nowadays.

The store is being changed so couldnt go into frozen foods. Also would be better if they solf some more name brand foods such as cambells. Need more choices but they do have much more choices than aldis and at least are american owned and aldis isnt american owned. I shop at save a lot stores a lot because you cant beet the prices.

The prices are good but the store could be cleaner.

They didnt have any beef in stock and thats one of the reasons I went there. I still did my shopping nonetheless, just needed beef too.
