Bought a Chevy Blazer from here on payments a few years ago, had issue with fuel pump, Jack the owner was happy to buy a new one and replace it free of charge. Two months later it went out again. They replaced it free of charge again. About a month later I sheared the gears in the rear end (pumpkin). Although jack knew that it was my fault, (I denied it but he was right) he bought the parts and replaced the rear end gears as well. No cost to me. Never in my life, before or after, have I been treated this well at a car lot. Highly recommended. Never got a chance to tell him thanks for that, I was young, maybe 17 or 18, but I did appreciate it!

Jack Dugan was a delight to work with! An amazing salesman and did not pressure us into the sale. Took his time with us made us feel comfortable gave us options compared to our experience at yalcars it was like night and day! Thank you so much! Highly recommend avoiding this place.They have an inconsistent procedure for servicing customers. They honor some customers with appointments and do not offer or honor other appointments already agreed apon. Only understand cash. If you have a trade, then your a second class customer. Plain and simple.Understand that honoring any commitments comes second place to cash. Appointments do not matter. Theyll sell it before you show up. Theyll use bumper sticker slogans like first come, first serve or first one here with cash. Let me remind you, this is after they made an appointment with you. No honor. No honoring your customer.The guy didnt honor my appointment right after he made an appointment from an older lady coming from Pennsylvania. She came test drive it, kicked the tires and told him she didnt have the money to buy it yet. So, he promptly ran her down over the phone, talking trash, while making my appointment the next day. Before I could show up, he sent me a text message saying it was already sold. He justified it by telling me, someone with cash showed up.Thats all that matters. Forget honoring commitments.I shop local to help the businesses that count on it. I didnt get the sense that this place cared about me shipping there to support them. I easily could go to any number of dealerships for vehicles.Both times that I called this place to buy a vehicle that they had, they told me that it was their personal vehicle. That they drove it for the last 9 months. That they fixed it up real nice. Thats it worth every dollar that they are asking. Very noble. Sounds like a sales pitch it they are just selling a bunch of their old cars.If you value an honest sale and supporting a local company, look elsewhere. You wont get it here. Very slimy and untrustworthy.

DO NOT GET A CAR HERE!! I honestly didnt even want to give any starts because Jack Dugan does good business with who he wants. He sold me a 2013 Nissan Sentra that messed up within the first few days.Took it back, they rigged it good enough for about 6 months then it started shutting off again. My job at the time required me to travel and I took my car back to him under the impression theyd be fixing it because thats what he told me.He kept my car for 3 weeks and I had to miss out on work for 3 weeks just to find out he had my car sitting in one spot and they never touched it. Then when I went to get my car he told me I had to go through my warranty and they couldnt even fix xit . So now Im stuck financing a f*** car.

First i want to say thank you to Jack for making my purchase an easy and upfront sale, ill admit i dont have good credit and Jack was still able to get me the loan i needed to finance the vehicle i wanted. My fiance and kids now have a reliable SUV to drive safely in. I will from now on always do business here, and for the people that gave negative reviews i never once had an issue with communication or a hard time. Everything was so effortless to get me in the vehicle i wanted. His mechanic rocky is great and i couldnt be more pleased with the level of service i recieved. Once again, thank you Jack and rocky for taking care of me and my family!! Well definitely be doing future business here.

Me and my fiance were looking for a nice car with bad credit which is a almost impossible task. We took a chance and came here to credit mart a little hesitant bc weve had bad luck in the past with used car dealerships. We went back a good 3 times before we took a car. Jack was very patient and very friendly and made us feel very comfortable with our decision. Rocky was very knowledgeable mechanic and helpful with all our questions about the vehicle we were interested in. They answered all our questions and any concern was handled by them and we are soooo happy with our experience! I cant recommend this place enough bc we are just so thrilled to have stopped in on a long shot and found a car we love, with low miles, no dents, used and runs perfectly! If I could give a million stars I would. Seriously give this place a chance you wont regret it!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Yes you will get approved but the car will not last. When you take it to Jack to get it fixed because he promises to keep his cars running. He will ignore your calls and when he does answer he’s rude and very unprofessional. Jack has sold multiple car with bad engines and when confronted Jack will say it’s not that expensive to fix. I’d recommend jdbyrider at least the cars work longer than a year. I purchased my car in March and it was gone in June because of the engine. Offered to pay to get it fixed and Jack took his time would not give me my car back. Called me uneducated and said I was a burden because I asked how much would it cost so I’d have the money before the car was even fixed. Don’t go here unless you have the money to fix on your own car

I bought a 2010 Dodge Journey and have had it 3 months now. I did a car fax on it and it was maintanced 83 times and well kept up. I LOVE IT!!! Got an AWESOME STEAL on it. Rocky was the best and was honest with the few MINOR issues it had.

Bad for business, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase a car from jack. He’s very rude, doesn’t answer phone calls, gets mad when we try to get in contact with him. I have to call him off different phone numbers just to get in touch with him... he told me if I need anything I just have to text him, but he doesn’t respond to any of them, he thinks when he gets smart with us we’re supposed to just take the disrespect. The mechanics are awful just like jack. WOULDNT RECOMMEND.

Credit auto mart gave me the absolute worst experience. Jack was very passive and rude when it came to filling out an application for a car. This is supposed to be a company that helps ALL of its customers but instead Jack put other customers ahead of me even though I came to him first. He never does exactly what he says he’s going to do, he’ll say he’s going to call back and he never does. The sign says “stress free” but all I experienced was frustration and I would never recommend ANYONE to come to credit automart. He pulled my credit and put a hard inquiry on my report and never even called back with more information regarding the application. This man only cares about they money not the customers needs.

Sold me a vehicle with a savaged title that had been totaled originally and didn’t disclose that information. I tried to trade the car in not knowing that I had been sold a useless vehicle. Very deceitful guy!!!!
