I absolutely love Penn Ohio Cycles!! I do spend quite a bit of time here. I know a lot of the staff by their names. They are always busy bees at work! Yet are always there to help aid you in the right direction. Extremely friendly staff always readily available. Very easy access to the entrances, including handicapped accessible ramps. Good pricing. Good stuff. And they will stand behind everything they give or sell you. Any issues?? Just give them a shout. They will help! I would not suggest anyone take their bike to this guy. Hes not that knowledgeable as you would think he should be. Drastically understaffed. Cant keep good help so must be a jerk. Never remembers promises told. All around bad business. This is someone that has spent $30,000 with this place. He has successfully lost a good paying customer. Stay far, far, away

I just found this place today. I needed 4T oil, and found a new shop to get stuff. Wow!!! They have VP Racing fuel. WHAT?? O hell yeah!! Helmets, Gloves, Oils for 2T and 4T, riding gear, Not to mention the guy behind the counter is freaking Awesome!!!! If you cant find it, he will! Dudes got 100 pounds of books to look from. Yeah I love my Ray Gollans but,..... This is way closer. Thank you Guys👏🤙🤙🤙

Dropped off my 2002 Electra glyde classic today 7/13/21 at 1045 they were very nice about mounting a new Dunlap American elite mounted. And balanced called me 230 telling me bike was done. I trust them with my bike there good people the owner took bike around back and did the work himself and when I pick it up it parked out front waiting as far as Iam concerned they always have my business

They have a good reputation, provide a good service, have a friendly & knowledgeable staff and are reasonably priced. Right off Southern Blvd. Just down the street from Home Depot, located in the rear side of the building.

Dont EVER take anything to them for service! They have had my cylinder head for over a year and every time I go in to ask where is it, they give me generic excuses. They always tell me they will call me, I have given them my phone number multiple times and they have NEVER called me!

Took my Dyna to Brian and he put it on the dyno, made the necessary adjustments, serviced the bike runs better than ever. Just needs a little more HP lol. Would definitely recommend

I am blown away by how terrible these clowns are. I made an appointment for a tune up. They said Id have it back in 1 week. They have now had my bike for 43 days. I can not reach them for an answer on when the job will be complete. I now have to pick my bike up and take it elsewhere.

I took my bike in for 2new Dunlop’s and maintain everything Bryan and Steve couldn’t do enough for me my bike never rode better after the owner himself wrenched on my bike on a Saturday they went above and beyond i they can wrench on my bike anytime so if you are looking for a place to work on your bike Penn Ohio motor sports is the place to go
