The staff was super efficient and knew how to troubleshoot to fix a problem with my phone. The stores on washtenaw and Mansfield . My go to place from now on.

Highly recommend Boost Mobile on Washtenaw if you purchase a phone. They are will to assist you with the operation of the phone and not just interested in just selling you the phone which most phone business do. They are honest and did not charge me when will I had technical difficulty. Manager will not try and rip you off. Anna was also helpful in diagnosing the problem. Ron Smith

I been paying my mothers phone here for the few years and I never had an issue with them and the service is the fast and efficient they are friendly to me in my opinion this store is the best.

Would give this place and owner negative 100 stars. Yesterday Michigan had 6,500 new cases of corona yesterday so when I nicely asked if the man behind the counter would wear the mask probably he refused and said he didn’t have to because he is the owner. Clearly he has no regards of other people’s lives or safety. I regret ever stepping foot in that stop an I will warn everyone!

Still think theyre scamming w an in-store only service charge....which was 3$ & suddenly when I showed him what my phone said I owed which was like 5$ more then the service fee went up to 4$!!!!!! Id just prefer to do everything online!!!!

This store and their associates are finessers, I asked for a plan and they gave me a different one, and when my phone didn’t get LTE service they acted like it was nothing they could do! If I was you and I wanted a boost mobile plan. I would call directly or go to another Proprietor. DO not go to boost on Washtenaw...

Boost mobile is absolutely the worst service you could have here. The internet is weak at best a nonexistant most of the time. They cut in and out and the phones they sell become trash very quickly. The staff at every store I went to were friendly at first until you realize youre being hustled and then they become rude. And the last and worst thing is trying to get ahold of your account number. They refuse to give it to you in the store completely and their customer service line is the most unproffessional and incomprehensible customer service I have ever used. DO NOT USE BOOST.

Bad customer service. CHEAP screens they replace with and charge 200 dollars for. I have a LG2. This place is awful, they replaced my screen twice. The first time I called in and it took about a week for the screen to come in. I paid half when it was ordered and the other half when I picked it up after being fixed, totally fair and fine. However, I dropped it a few days later (still waiting for my case to come in the mail I ordered after breaking my phone to begin with) and the screen shattered immediately which I thought was weird because I had dropped my old phone over the course of a year before it finally broke. So I brought it back and paid for ANOTHER screen. Put a screen protector and case on AS soon as I got it back. I did notice there were burns on the back of my phone probably from their saudering gun when trying to replace the screen. I let it go. A few months later and my screen is cracking on its own. I mean literally just cracking from minimal pressure. bad cracks. I will put it in my purse and pull it out and there will be a new crack in a completely different spot. Do not waste your money here. I spent 230 between buying two screens in a few weeks and it was a cheap rip off. should have just bought a new phone.

I have been coming to this store for five years. The younger guy in the store is pretty awesome gave me very good pricing and always good phones… But the older guy his name is Bill is very disrespectful lies about his prices, and also tried to sell me multiple iPhones that didn’t work and refused to cut them on so that I can see if it works or not. He stated that he sells them for a high price and gets them shipped from another store. After the fifth time I came to the store I simply asked him to make a payment on my Wi-Fi Xfinity bill, but he gave me some excuse why I couldn’t after I was told that I could walk in anytime to pay my bill. Once I let him know that I would be leaving a review for his store he responded saying ignorant things about my daughter. Very unprofessional. Very rude. And seems to be racist.BILLS STORE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. On WASHTENAW AVE.

Got lied to and ripped off... Sold me a phone that didnt work, lied about their policy & warranty... Wasted my time & gas, having me come back 3 different times, only to be told they cant do anything. The phone didnt work from day one. And Ray, the manager, he talks nice, but he isnt trustworthy. AVOID!

I bought a phone because my iphone that i purchased threw boostmobile locked me out due to icloud. They told me i was not elgible for upgrade because I hadnt had the iphone for over 120 days told me i had to pay full price for a phone 3 days later i was able to get into my iphone so i brought the other phone back for a refund. The refused to refund the phone claiming it was an upgrade! It says on the receipt 7 day return policy i only had the phone 3 days its in perfect condition. Why cant i get a refund??? And i just paid my phone bill today this makes no sense at all im very upset and dissatisfied! I need answers!

Id love to give this place zero stars. I dropped my phone off over a week ago to get the LCD replaced and nobody contacted me with an update. When I did finally get in contact with someone at the store, I was told Theres no notes on the account at all, I dont even know if the tech has ordered a part yet. Today after not hearing from anyone on the matter I called the store to let them know I was coming to pick the phone up. When I did, I was handed my phone with no sim card tray, missing speaker covers, and a cracked screen. The tech replaced the phone LCD with a broken one and didnt update any notes whatsoever. When I tried to protest that my phone was in worse shape than when I dropped it off, I was told by Bill that he could care less about my phone. An argument followed complete with Bill telling me nothing could be done because I didnt get the name of the guy I dropped my phone off to. The tech never bothered to call back, some random store employee called me (an hour after they said the tech would) to see if I was bringing my phone back.First of all, dont quote someone a timeframe that you cant uphold. Second, if theres an issue with repair, communication with your customer (and any staff who might answer questions on your behalf) on the process is important. Thirdly, making sure you dont employ idiots who tell customers they dont care about their business is probably important when running a business.The store still refuses to give me the rest of my parts to my phone back. Thats ok, I can replace and repair everything they screwed up for about a third of what they were going to charge.

They told me Xfinity WiFi wouldnt work at my house, so I couldnt use their service. Bit I am literally using my neighbors Xfinity right now to send this.
