I probably visit this Biggby location 2-3 times per week. Every single time I have an excellent experience. The staff is so friendly, and my coffee is always made to perfection. This location is near my office, and is my favorite location to get coffee. This is the best Biggby!

Fantastic Coffee experience. I placed my order, subbed in Oat milk for dairy. When I asked about other ingredients, and told the cashier I was a vegan, she was very careful to make sure all of my order would be vegan, and even took the time to ask the barista to use clean, non-dairy utensils for my coffee. Very sweet shop.

We came in today, I believe it was Bill and Sydney working, they were great! Bill was very helpful and friendly. Thank you for all your help.

Didnt care for my drink, but enjoyed the pumpkin and cream cheese muffin. Staff was pleasant.

Pretty nice biggby coffee. Service was fast and friendly. I will say that the big bee looks rather old and outdated on the outside. But once you get inside its your standard biggby coffee which isnt bad at all. All in all pretty good franchise location for Bigby

I really enjoy their specials, especially free shot Friday! Their coffee is already robust but The extra shot is awesome. The location/parking lot is a bit tight to maneuver into but lots of places off of Washtenaw Ave are like that.

Biggby is my favorite spot for coffee and breakfast! Its always good and the employees are friendly and eager to help or make suggestions if you arent sure what to order. The biggby app has a full menu of additional drinks you can order that arent listed in the store (my favorite is the nutty squirrel) and a nice rewards system. Highly recommend.

Friendly service, great coffees

The staff are nice and they keep the place super clean. Since reopening, Ive gone to several coffee shops to work. This is the only coffee shop that Ive seen that continuously cleans and sanitizes EVERYTHING frequently. Yesterday I went to another popular coffee place in Ypsi, which during the 3 hours I sat there not once did the staff clean the tables after patrons used them. In these times its a risk to go outside, but I feel safe drinking coffee at this Biggby location.

Probably my favorite Biggby. They are always passing coupons and go above and beyond with their customer service. Ive never gotten a bad drink.

First and foremost - this place isnt Starbucks so it gets instant points. Like instant and definitive points for simply being a simple local chain instead of a corporate juggernaut with a guilt complex. Stopped in close to closing on a Friday and the staff was super accommodating plus friendly despite being close to closing. The young ladies working there took great care of us and provided great service. They even let us pick the trivia question for the next say. Answer - goats milk.

Excellent as always. Staff is friendly, efficient, and theyve got lots and lots of new safety and cleaning measures in place. The owner was out spraying everything down while I was there, too. The tiramisu latte is delicious!!

I love coffee. I frequent several local coffee shops to keep my coffee cup filled. This is one of my favorites. The staff are so friendly. The coffee is so, so good. I tend to keep my coffee simple. I love free shot friday to add a shot of espresso to my coffee. In the summertime, their cold brew is so tasty. All of their mixed drinks that Ive tried are super tasty. Stop in and have a cup!

Biggby is one of the few places that doesnt give me a hard time for getting decaf, especially in a frozen drink. Today I took my 5 year old and they treated him so well. A not too hot chocolate with whipped cream and sprinkles. He was in heaven.

Biggby is a little on the pricy side, but their tea lattes are really good. Also, I like their iced and drip coffees, which are cheaper. Their rewards system is also pretty good

I have never had anything short of solid customer service, the owner has always been polite and remembered me. The drinks have always been prepared quickly and I dont think theyve ever gotten my order wrong.The place could do with a couple more power outlets, but thats only because there are always a good number of people hanging out, not the business fault, in theory they have more than enough.

Everyone who works at this Biggby is truly amazing! Super friendly & fast service with a smile. Cant beat the iced coffee prices and their hot coffee is expertly brewed. Simply the best.

Hannah is hands down the best! My lattes are always made to perfection and the few times they werent they corrected it no questions asked. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

The staff members greet customers with a smile and with a friendly attitude. Their drinks are always delicious. Ive never had a problem getting a drinking frozen. Ive never received it with ice chunks or anything else like that in it. They are always made with perfection!

This is a great coffee shop. Its tucked in a small strip mall with a few other stores. The parking lot is small. The coffee here is delicious and the staff is very friendly and helpful.You can bring your laptop for free wifi and its open after 7pm 😊

I got a peppermint stick mocha this morning and it was awesome!!! Amazing flavor and perfectly steamed milk. The staff were nice, and got my drink out super quick. Whenever I want biggby, I have to go to this location!

I love this place. Their bagels are good and it’s the only place I can get a frozen chai latte! Also, this place will actually put the cream cheese on your bagel, unlike the one on Platt (which is just a minor inconvenience, but if you’re on the go...).

Visited twice and was helped both times by wonderful cheerful person named Tori. She engaged me and drove a extremely positive visit both times. Quick service, delicious coffee, and a friendly environment. Leave a tip for those guys, they are excellent!

Decent coffee shop chain (definitely better than others in the area). The baristas are friendly enough. Convenient location to multiple schools.

I love this location, as I live on campus and its a close drive. The staff here are so friendly. The inside is always clean and its spacious inside, so it makes great for group meets to work on assignments. Biggby coffee drinks are so good! Their specialty drinks actually taste like coffee unlike other coffee places specialty drinks. I recommend the Butter Bear iced and the Coffee Cake Muffin or Black Tie Muffin. All in all, Biggby is the best. They offer coupons & a rewards program (buy 12 drinks, get the 13th free & free drink on your Birthday with registered Biggby Card).

My wife and I always enjoy a Biggby Coffee stop every time we find one. Their frappes are great and tastes so good. Our daughter enjoys the whipped cream cup

The fastest Internet WiFi at 50 Meg download speed. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Bill, the owner, is nice and friendly and welcoming too. I wish, though, they had couches in the back. Not much fun people watching if youre sitting at any table!

Nice place with good service. Im partial to Michigan-based businesses and Biggby coffee is just that. They make all the designer coffee drinks that Starbucks does but they arent replicating them, they are doing it their own way.

The only coffee shop that has sugar free options.

The staff here is always super friendly and the environment is nice. There are mostly always places to sit but its never completely empty. I believe Ive met the owner once and he was just as friendly as the staff. Only complaint is that their playlist can make it difficult to use the space to work without headphones because its generally upbeat and makes me want to dance rather than be productive.

Customer service wasnt the greatest today and my drink was bland. Really upset. The cashier and manager had a conversation about us being overcharged. The cashier made no effort to fix our charge. This was upsetting. We loved this biggby, not very happy...

Staff is THE WORST. Never have they gotten our drink order correct (regular customer with minimal mods/requests). And it takes them FOREVER to make them. My sister was a long time Biggby barista and avoids thos location explicitly for these reasons. I may have to switch locations or brands as well.
