I’m looking at the coffee and too upset to drink it.In the about 10 times I’ve been here, I’ve ordered just one kind drink, a latte with an EXTRA shot of espresso.Half that time this simple order is messed up with a creamy drink that has barely any coffee! My drinks have been remade when I complain but today, I am in no mood to speak with them and furious! I just need a drink and not a back and forth with people who are ever so impatient to listen!

Horrible Horrible Horrible Experience. Made my sister and I’s frappuccino’s so watery and added way too much caramel. On multiple occasions. When my sister asked for them to remake her drink the employee was so nasty and so rude about it. And refused to remake it. Not to mention we weren’t the only ones, another young lady had her drink remade and it wasn’t an issue. The quality of this Starbucks has really gone down. They don’t know how to make the drinks and that is a problem when your paying $6- $7 dollars for a drink. Do better. Wasted a entire meal swipe for something I couldn’t even drink. Never coming back. Go to the one in the Eastern Eateries if you can.

Very disappointed in the service at this location. First they forgot to make my croissant and when i reminded her she rolled her eyes. Then they made a drink for my friend and it was very watery. when she asked her politely to remake it she responded in a rude tone saying she would, and when my friend told her she didn’t need to be rude the manager intervened threatening to call the police and saying they weren’t being rude but she didn’t even hear the altercation. They then went against saying they would remake it and then they said “we can’t remake your drink because it’s what you paid for” which is false because they have remade drinks for me several times. i’m very disappointed in the service and especially them threatening to call police just because we were upset at how they were talking to us.

I find it sad that this is one of the worst Starbucks Ive been to and its on a college campus. Theres this one women in particular that I think may be the manager and she is the rudest person Ive ever dealt with. She belittles you by holding her finger up to your face, is aggressive in the way she talks to you and has not once been nice to me. A person in front of me asked for no ice and she insisted that they were going to have to pay extra for the drink since there was more room in the cup. If you want to get Starbucks from the student center I recommend you order it from your phone and pick up your order so you dont have to deal with this unfair hostility.

The manager that works here is SUCH a rude person. i think her name is beth. this is my second year on campus and she was equally rude last time. honestly she shouldnt have a job at the counter if shes going to treat the customers like that.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Staff does not seem properly trained and many of them have attitudes. I read in previous reviews that it’s not corporately owned which I was unaware of, but now it all makes sense. I ordered a grande iced coffee and it was $4.. at a typical Starbucks I pay around $2-3. Also they literally poured hot coffee in a cup with ice and gave it to me. I was in a hurry so I just took it and all the ice melted within 5 minutes. It was actually comical how bad my experience was. I clearly do NOT recommend. Overpriced, terrible service and not a true Starbucks.

Waiting 15 minutes for 1 cold brew coffee that I ordered through the app is nuts! Half the staff look lost. I watch a guy turn in circles half the time I’ve been waiting. This reminds why I stopped drinking Starbucks.

This Starbucks is located inside the Student Center in the lower floor. I would not recommend it. I thought it was outside but google map gotten me lost. Too loud!

Employees appear to be too incompetent to simply make more plain bagels. After they run out of plain bagels they simply tell every single customer that requests one that theyre sold out and for some reason are incapable of either getting one from the back or possesing the common sense to make another batch when they are running low.They also inform customers of the same news when they run out of any food in the showcase.Simplt 100% unacceptable.

This Starbucks is a licensed store, not a corporatly owned location. This store is owned and ran by Chartwells, the same company that runs all dining and catering options on Eastern Michigan Universitys campus. Because this is ran by Chartwells, most of the employees are part time student employees. Often these students are not fully trained on how to create the full line of Starbucks drinks and thus the quality suffers. Due to it being on campus, the wait times are often longer due strictly to the demand and long line. This Starbucks is located inside the Student Center and was remodeled/moved from its upstairs location to its current location in the basement Summer 2017. The inside is always clean and while the staff isnt always the friendliest, they will still assist you.

Horrible staff. Constantly mess up orders, cant pronounce anyones name, never apologize for mistakes, the most rude place I have ever been to in the US. Dont go unless you dont have any other options.
