The oil change was done quickly. They even delayed their lunch so I wouldnt have to come back. My vehicle is never dirty when they get done. They do clean efficient work. It is my go-to place.

My car broke down in a valley I didnt know. The employees there did not hesitate to help me restart my car even though it had nothing to do with oil . They sent me to another place to get help. They were extremely nice and caring.

My sister and I got our cars done same day. It was only 4 days later and her car started making an awful noise. She pulled into our regular mechanic shop to have him look and her car had absolutely no oil. It destroyed her engine.

I drive kind of a weird off-road car and the oil filter is a bit hidden by the skid plate. It took a bit more to change it out, but they did it without charging me anything extra. $35 or so for an oil change. Cant beat it!

Im really disappointed with the service that has become the standard here. When getting my oil changed I got barely spoken to, which okay fine, sometimes you are tired and dont have much to say to anyone. But, after my payment it showed that they checked my air filter, transmission oil, coolant, wiper blades, and washer fluid was filled... Well, at no moment of me sitting in my car did I see my air filter taken out and air sprayed down. Not once did they check my transmission fluid nor the coolant. They spent 30 second under the hood. The wiper blades are an easy glance but the washer fluid... I turned on my wipers when I left... Nothing. Which tells me, it wasnt filled. Which brings me to questions the overall job. Fortunately, I know how to check my oil, and I guess the job I paid for was done. In my opinion, to get costumers to come back, its doing the little things, the going above and beyond, especially if you are putting on paper that you are doing it.I cant say Ill be going back. But thats okay, they have enough costumers and me leaving wont end them.Just know what you are actually paying for.

Yep fast maybe too fast though.A couple years ago they changed my oil and didnt put the plug back right so my car was leaking oil for a while till I took it someplace else and he found it. I kept adding oil and it kept coming back out.

These guys are awesome! my brother and i came to get an oil change on our parents car (since we were using it regularly). we didnt know what we were doing, but they gave us our options and made some recommendations, even mentioned discounts that we were eligible for. they were funny and nice and super fast as well. this was two years ago, but it stuck with me. im not in cali anymore but if i were, id always get my oil changed here.

These guys almost killed me! Came in for a differential service, and they made the mistake of clamping my brake line between the differential plate and differential. Not only did they jeopardize my braking system, but I had my differential oil leaking out, and probably damaging my differential gears. I tried to get the shop to help pay the bill to fix thier mistake, but they refused.Unless you are suicidal and want your brake line clamped, dont go to these guys.

My only issue is that I would like better communication. My car manufacturer recommends conventional oil and I was serviced with synthetic. I dont mind, but others might complain about the price difference. Other than that, the service is outstanding.

This place is FAR better than Jiffy Lube. I bought my own oil and filter online to save money, and Jiffy Lube still wanted $45 to change it! This place was half that, and the owner is super honest and nice. Definitely coming back.

Fast, but limited and not well equipped. I didnt get a greeting, I got a scrap of paper to write my info on. I didnt get a choice of oil or service. The one experience I would suggest was okay they showed me my resulting oil level at the end.

Very quick service! Very clear on what I need done and will give me the price ahead of time, so I know what I am paying for. 45.32 for a simple oil change, and they top off all other fluids.

First time getting oil changed here and so far I like it. I was able to stay in the car with my sleeping babies so that made it very convienient! So far much cheaper than jiffy lube and I didnt even need a coupon 😉 👍

I love getting my oil changed here and Rochelle (the owner) is brilliant...yes she has staff that are great with cars. But more than that, she always makes me feel at ease as a woman coming to get my oil changed...no upsell of things I dont need...there is always a bottle of water or a cup of coffee...oh, did I forget to mention that they are quick AND you dont even need to get out of the car!

I went to Big O tires & they wanted me to leave car for a couple hrs, no thank you, so I went to quick lube, its just a couple hundred yards from Big O tires, out behind applebees & McDonalds off of Warren Vista rd. & I was there maybe 15 minutes. Excellent service with a smile. Thanks Jeremy.

Except for one negative experience with a FORMER employee, I have always found the people at Yucca Valley Quick Lube to be helpful beyond the call of duty. Ive been going there for years and highly recommend their service.

They never try to sell you anything you dont desperately need, and even then its never overly aggressive tactics that other lube places use. Always professional and quick
