I had an emergency situation after the Legendary Mechanics at John’s Garage damaged/destroyed my wheels and tires and spent hours doing it.The fellas here finished a truck they were working on and mounted a tire on the front right wheel of my truck. It took one guy 20 minutes to get it done.If you have nice wheels and you don’t want em’ hammered on by a gang of stooges, this is the place. Thanks again fellas, I appreciate it.Google says 4,000 people have seen this as of 3/23/2021.

Worst place ever!!! I bought two Falken tires from them for 300$ and they only last 13k miles, so i took my car back to them and they looked at it and told me that they will call me and let me know what they’re going to do, they never did. So i called the next day and the guy Chris was talking to me like I dont know anything about cars and tires, he was talking to me like i race my car every single day and thats why my tires are worn, my car is less than 200HP and he was saying “oh that’s plenty of power and there’s nothing I can do”. this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star, yall need to learn at least one thing about customer service.

I had to write this review. In a World were its hard to find good serviceI found it at Tire Pros in Yucca Valley. The Manager had me come in after Labor day holidays. I had gone to another local tire company to fix a slow leakThe other company said I had two slow leaks. I saw the nails. They said they fixed the issue??? They also charged me for the repairs$$$$$$I was glad to get into Tire Pros #1I left my carI came back. The Manager was busy with clients. But he gave me the keys.I ask. How much. He said NO CHARGE. WOWWhat service. I was ready to pay .I drove off. I kept an eye on the tire.Working greatIts great to see company like Tire Pros & Managers like the one we have in Yucca ValleyDuring these difficult timesWhen I think about any Tire needs I will go to Tire ProsWhen you need Tire, Brakes or any Tire needs, Please think of Tire prosOr you could wind up like me getting the shaft from another companyThank youJose R. This shop seems to be fair/honest. They fixed an alignment issue that another shop in town could not recognize...but it cost about $1400, ouch! They also fixed an oil leak, but it took multiple efforts to get it right. To their credit, they were eager to fix the fix, always prioritizing it, and never charged for any of the redos.Aug2017 update, taking away one star, the $1400 alignment fix didnt work, and the continental tires they sold me, supposedly good for 90,000 miles, were gone in 35,000. Got these tires checked at 34,000, and the shop felt they were good for another 10,000. They seemed doubtful I would get any reimbursement from continental, in spite of the short service life. Well, 1400 miles later, one catastrophically failed while 2 states away, and all the side wear bars were flush with the tread. This the same abnormal wear that occurred with the previous set of continental tires, that the alignment and steering work was to correct. Had to get replacement set on the spot, since way far from home. Big box store came through.Since two shops in town cannot fix this wear problem, I will stop trying to fix it, and just use their service to maintain the current alignment, which does drive nicely, in spite of eating tires quickly. In the future, I will just get bargain tires, they cost only half as much as the continentals.

Well my tires are fine. The oil change that I asked for, I had to go back because they did not put the right kind of oil in my BMW. Then I realized that my Wheelock is no longer its little compartment in the trunk. I called they told me to come down. I assumed that they were going to give it to me and instead they told me that they didnt have it... not very happy right now. I dont really enjoy giving reviews that are not excellent and I actually thought that this one would be, but it is not. Im very unhappy . I wont go back

Allow me to be your cautionary tale. I took my truck to Tire Pros recently to have new shocks and struts installed and the front rotors resurfaced. There was a shimmy in the steering wheel when I’d apply the brakes, a classic warped rotor issue. Tire Pros assured me that they could take care of everything, no problem. They called after “repairing” my truck, and when I went to pick it up, they told me that the truck wasn’t actually ready yet after all. Apparently, someone forgot to test drive the truck and it still had problems. I left while they further “repaired” the truck. I asked them to make sure they test drove it, so that I didn’t have to make another wasted trip into town.Once I’d returned a second time to pick up the truck, after driving for just a short while, I realized that not only had it not been fixed, now the truck shook violently in the rear every time I braked to a stop. This new problem was caused by the shop; rearend shake was not a problem before I initially brought the truck to Tire Pros.I returned the truck to Tire Pros again, and they attempted to repair the new problem that they had caused. Ultimately, they were not able to resolve the violent rear-end shake that they’d caused. They told me that they couldn’t figure out what the problem was and simply left it at that, as though such an answer was acceptable. After spending $815, I was left with a truck that was in worse condition than it was when I initially brought it in. In fairness, the shocks and struts upgrade seems to be working OK, but I calculate that I’m still out $300 for the so-called brake repair. The basic problem is that these guys are inexperienced and don’t have the capacity to troubleshoot problems that occur outside of basic, run-of-the-mill tire shop services. If you need a suspension lift or new tires, you’ll probably get good work. But, if you need a professional brake specialist—these guys are definitely not that—then look for a more reputable, experienced shop. One more thing to note, there are only two guys working in this entire three-bay shop, and there is rarely anyone at the counter to assist you when you arrive. They are obviously stressed out and overworked to the point where they can’t even test-drive the vehicles that they service.Update: Tire Pros did refund $180 for the failed brake service, but that amount did not cover rental car costs incurred or the cost to fix the rear shake. As it is, my truck is dangerously unfit to drive over 40 MPH. Off to the dealership, where I should have gone in the first place.Update: I specified that Tire Pros use Monroe shocks all the way around but they only used them on the rear shocks. The front Struts were not Monroe at all. They were some off brand from O’Reilly. Also, the markup on the shocks must have been about 100%. I ended up taking my truck to Toyota of the desert and had to pay another $615 to get the brakes done right. Toyota said that Tire Pros had botched the brakes so bad that the rear brake wasn’t even being used because it so out of adjustment. They also said that the front rotors were badly out of spec too, (too thin) which is a dangerous situation! Also, Tire Pros had to remove the tires so many times during their “service” that many of the hub cap clips were broken off, so now two of my hub caps don’t stay on any more. Hubcaps are about $90 a piece. My total sum for everything was $735 to Tire Pros and $656 to Toyota = $1391. In my estimate Tire Pros probably owes more another $300 for rental car fees, loss of work and busted hub caps. Yeah, Tire Pros screwed me pretty damned bad in the end not too mention a HUUUGE inconvenience that lasted for about one week. And one more thing, not even an apology from them. If I ever get a satisfactory resolution for this, I’d be happy to remove this review. You, the consumer, have been properly warned.

Came in for an oil change for my truck twice. The first time it took all day long, and my truck started to leak oil a day or so after, I started to poke around and discovered the oil filter was loose, I could move it with my hand. The second time while I was waiting the mechanic came in and told me I had major and immediate problems that needed to be addressed. They could fix it that day ro around $2,000. I got a second and third opinion, both of the other shops said I had no issues with my truck (other than again my oil filter was loose).Poor job, plus tried to scam.
