I love hot topic but this specific one seems to always be out of my size of the only clothes i do want and theyre always out of black nail polish on the weekends. Other than being short on supply the staff is fantastic and very helpful, kind, and non judgemental. I will be going back frequently.

5/19/21I have always had excellent service from them every single time I’ve been. I always see this one employee in the store. She seems to be in when I go in often. She’s really nice and sweet. She’s always supporting helping and greeting people. Shes one of the best employees. I usually don’t do reviews but this store needs one specifically the employees especially her. Thank you for always going above and beyond.

I love hot topic so much. I am a huge nerd and they have a bunch of merchandise from video games, anime, bands, and lots of other stuff. If your kid likes certain shows or games and they want a backpack or shoes or really anything take them there.

Not really good enough stuff in here compared to the ones I went to. Most of the clothes are way too small for me. Also, I dont know which of those people said it, but they call my mom a turtle and theyre lucky she didnt go off, but walked out instead.

Cool clothes.

It is in a plaza mall, so parking is always an issue, expect to walk a little bit. The store is small and tight fitting, but they are always SO helpful and friendly. They do have one dressing room in the back corner. No restrooms. They always have great deals though there, plus size is a bit limited I would say. Ordering online and pick up at the store is very easy as well.

Excellent Hot Topic with very friendly Topicers(?) Hotties(?), you know workers. They have all the Pops that are very difficult to find anywhere else. They have great sales on shirts and pants.One of the first stores I shopped at after moving here from OC and I was struck(?) stricken(?) by the level of friendliness and professionalism.

Perhaps since Yuma is not very big, the store accommodates as much as possible for customers.

Im going to start off by saying that this store has always been one of my favorites and that their staff has always been great until today. Usually when I pay they ask me if someone helped me out today, if someone did, then I obviously respond with yes. Well today they asked me this question and I respond no. A no because no, no one helped me out. The cashier then just looks at me and asks the question again and then continues to say if no one greeted me. At the moment I just thought, I don’t want to argue with anyone over something so pointless and dumb so I respond with sure. The guy who is next to her says he greeted me and that they consider that to be “help”. Lmao, what a joke. After that i thought about it and realized that he didn’t even greet me?? I guess they just get extra points for doing that and he got extra points today for nothing. But whatever, it isn’t a big deal. It just bothered me to see their reaction.

Where else can you find a Voltron tank top for $15? Certainly not any of the surrounding trendy skate shops in the mall. Couldnt even find tank tops there. Besides that, they have decent selection of band tshirts and stuff for whatever the kids are into these days.

The place parents dont care for but your inner emo does. So they go with you anyways. But everything is amazing for geeks, rockers and weebs.

I went to Hot Topic with my family today. My sister, mom, and I all found some things that we wanted to purchase. When we went to check out the cashier, Amanda, was incredibly rude to my sister, mom, and my boyfriend. My boyfriend who is an active duty marine marine wanted to buy my sisters and my dresses for us, my sister then handed him his card because she was holding it for him she then said she would not give him the military discount. Then she refused to let him pay and said it was not his card. This is not my first bad experience with her. She is always incredibly rude, her appearance is very frightening and her attitude is incredibly rude and very uninviting. Because of my experience here I will not be returning to this hot topic Iwould rather shop online or drive to a different location then return only to be treated rhdly and unprofessional.
