Was not happy with the service at the St Francisville location so went to the Zachary one. Well worth the drive. Staff were courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The problem with my cell phone was finally solved.

I visited your store today in Zachary, Louisiana and was very pleased with the service and servicing of my concerns with a new purchase - purchased on yesterday. Mr. Louiss(Manager) patience and professionalism was very much appreciated.
I have never been so put off....i bought an apple watch, that i received at this location, when i came to retrieve my order, i asked the manager mark for help setting it up, he refused stating that because of the mandate by governor Edwards he couldnt handle my watch Though an odd statement, seeing that the mandate was for masks, which i had on, i could have accepted that had a not seen another attendant helping another customer with a watch right over my shoulder. when i asked why that person and not me. mark stated she cant read. i angrily left and called back for the head manager whom i am still waiting to hear from...i also took the liberty to call other At@t stores in the surrounding areas to find out if they too were refusing help to customers.....who followed the mask mandate that just wanted help with their apple watch sync.......they all said they have never heard of such a restriction.......this troubles me that i had to seek outside assistance when this store is right down the street........i dont believe i will ever return there........
Walked in to pay my bill and was promptly greeted by an eager sales associate at the door and asked me how he could help me...Told him I needed to just pay my bill. So he directed me to the kiosk which was helpful. However, the kiosk was unavailable at that time...SO I asked the manager, Cierra if she could take my payment since her and the General Manager Louis were already standing at the register....SHE SAID NO....and the GM didnt say a word.I then asked a rookie sales associate Charlie G. the same question and he expeditiously took my payment at that same register in under 2 minutes. The exact same register that the two managers were standing at, In fact they watched him process my payment while they both complained about their personal pay plans with AT&T and what they did over the weekend.Ive never had anyone in sales or even worse a Sales Manager, make me feel so worthless. It was so slow, I didnt buy the stuff I wanted to buy. Not one person Acknowledge I was there and I found that was very rude.
This time a employee met me before I could get half way into the sales floor. Listened to what I asked for, promptly got what was needed,installed it and checked for correct operation.Collected a small sum with a polite smile and sent me on my way with best wishes for a good day.Total time under 5 minutes !
Stacy helped me. I was very involved, and she took her time and helped me. She was absolutely wonderful, and I hope they consider moving her to management. Stacy was relatable and helped me through the process of choosing a new device and explaining everything that I needed to know. I think she was the reason my buying experience was so enjoyable.
We received such great service here! We were greeted when we walked in. The store was very clean. Ashton was awesome! He listened to our concerns, and he helped us resolve a complicated issue. He was patient, kind, and helpful!
I went in to upgrade 3 phones. Took a long time to have someone ask me if they could help. When they finally did, they asked me if I had a dog. I replied yes to which they said I can smell it on you. WOW!!! If I stay with AT&T I will definitely go to another store but thinking I may switch to another carrier.

I hate writing a bad review, but this location has the most unprofessional customer service ever. I normally only go in to pay a bill only. The service I received was very unwelcoming. When you are in a customer service industry you are suppose to make the customers feel welcomed and that you actually care about resolving their issues if you can, and if you cannot you still maintain professionalism/. The guy that helped us had an attitude as if he did not want to be there. He was very nonchalant in addressing our concerns. Yes maybe he had a bad day or may have been going through something, but youre in the public eye. Roll with the punches, take time off, give the sale/customer to someone else, or find another job if its where you want to be. Being nasty and rude to people will only hurt the company in the end. Also, the communication between store and call center is HORRIFIC. They will tell you one thing and then its another story an hour later. Please get it together and provide better service.

I have been to this store three times and each time all store personnel were courteous and professional. The first time I went - I wanted a specific thing and they did not try to sell me anything else, they just gave me what I wanted. On subsequent visits, I needed assistance, and Donnie was more than helpful every time! Also - the wait versus the wait in a Baton Rouge, or surrounding area store is incomparable - as there is NO WAIT HERE!!! We switched plans, got new phones and plans, and were in and out of the store within 40 minutes.

Eric a customer service representative fought for my case with the main office over the phone for over an hour. They told me that I wasnt going to be penalized after cancelling the newest bill from at&t. But checked my phone later and the foreigner at the main office sent me a e mail stating I still owed them money.not a trustworthy person
The people are usually nice and helpful. Needed help with my phone I Im have had my new phone for a year and a half and didnt use it my other phone was working fine until the screen went green! They were helpful, help me figure it out and it works!

This visit was a good experience. The rep to customer ratio was equal. However, not a big selection on inexpensive pay as you go phones.
At&t claims to have customers satisfaction but when you call to have the services fixed they give you the run around about when a technician can come out but charge you the high prices for the service. At&t does not care about customer satisfaction all they care about is getting their money. This is for their help support team. Not the store. They have thousands of people working for them but cant get a technician to your home to fix the problem.

You sit and wait forever in this place while employees are having a great time entertaining themselves and other customers. There is a fine line between customer service and playing around with customers so much that you waste a lot of time. They also screwed up so much on order that I had hours of inconvenience dealing with it. I had to take a day off work to handle the issues they created. Not professional at all! They say they will take care of issues and never do. Follow up is lacking as well. Not much good to say about this place!!!
This has been the worst experience I have ever had, and its not over. After attempting to switch service from Verizon to AT&T, AT&T has deactivated, suspended, and switched incorrect phone numbers. Since November 30th, I have received four separate bills. They removed our Verizon Sims cards and input AT&T cards, yet two of the phone numbers are still with Verizon, and one of phones didnt work for a week. Now, nobody knows what is going on, so we have to come back at 4 PM to talk to someone else after already spending over five hours in their store. This saga is about to end because Im going to return all of my service to Verizon, and move my internet to Cox.

I went there to transfer my service from an iPhone 5 to an iPhone 6. After waiting for half an hour, the person helping me told me the fastest way to set up a new phone was to choose the new phone option and then to sign into my icloud. She told me that all of my pictures and apps would migrate over to the new phone. They didnt. After googling it, I found that I should have restored the new phone from a backup. I verified this with a call to AT&T where they profusely apologized for completely wasting my time by incorrectly setting up my new phone. Ill have to go back to the store now to redo the whole stinking process. Luckily I still have my old phone, so I didnt lose everything.

1st let me say.. This has to be the absolute worst store I have ever been to. From the sale representatives down to the manger Wanda. My 82 yr old grandmother purchased a phone cause her phones battery had a dead cell. Well long story short they try to give her the new next plan, without explaining there was a $500.00 finance charge . she got home 10 mins from the store, realized there was a $500 charge to her acct. Returned the pH all with in 30mins and the MANAGER wanted to charge her now a $40 re stocking fee . WANDA (the manger) was very rude and had no managing skills. Thanks to the great customer service people I contacted, she will be refunded and will get a new replacement phone. Steer clear of this location !! Very rude and need to be retrained on how to deal with customers !
