My husband had broken his old phone so I bought him another phone from AmazonThe old Sims card wouldnt work so I brought it to the Sprint storeAubrey helped me along with his associate and stayed on it until they figured out how to make the phone workFinally it worked and they were so great, professional and courteousI would say they are expertsThanks for all both of you guys didI appreciate your help and patience

I was looking for a great company to switch to and Sprint was the answer! I visited the store in Zachary, LA and the service was second to none. Tommy Evans made sure my stay was great and all my questions were answered!

Very helpful staff. They really go out of their way to help you. I wont guve 5 stars because while they go the extra mile, they run into issues with their head office no being as helpful

I came into the store looking to switch my services.. I was approached by TJ who helped with the process... I picked the stylo 5 as my device, however it didn’t work inside my home.. I contacted the store and once again Tj helped me with my issue.. Tj provided great customer service..

This store right here needs to be shut down. Nissan, Toyota or whatever the manager name is has a very bad attitude. Facial expression are just disgusting. 4 workers in a huddle 3 customers waiting and still manage to have an attitude. If it takes all of that, just give the job to someone else. Horrible experience

I came by to see about swapping from T-Mobile at 6:00 they closed at 5 after I found out on my own the woman working was very unprofessional had her kids running all around the store she didnt tell me they closed at 5 I just walked out after she was so busy helping someone elses why they was on the phone trying to figure out whatever with there stuff an shes talking to her kids lol Im sure nothing will be done anyways but here is my review I stay with T-Mobile have a great day

The employees where great but the phone service no good. WARNING stay away go with another phone company they lead you on dont fall for those so call commercials. I soooooo wish I could switch back to Verizon but now Im stuck with this stupid service for a while until I can switch back. I refuse to stay/stick with Sprint. Im so disappointed.

Worst sprint store ever, always getting over and upsellling. Putting money straight in there own pocket. Smfh sad

The Manager at this location is very unprofessional. I had a terrible experience there twice in three days. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.
