The staff working in this store are extremely patient and helpful. My family have taken a computer, purchased a cell phone for my mother, and returned on a number of occasions for assistance. I gave five stars and they are all deserved. Kudos to great customer service!

These guys are real pros... both with what they do and how they treat the public. I cannot say enough about how well I was treated. There work they did for me was right on... even though some request couldnt be completed... They were totally transparent about their work and their honesty was well honest....I would send a phone addict or my daughter to them and know that they will get an honest evaluation and an honest price.... to Eric and Mo thank you....

Great service, I had dropped my phone coming out the door at home had an appointment to get to made it but my phone was gone. Screen sign said to self just go in and see told me give him 40 mins and that’s exactly the time I gave came back and was in love. Other companies say leave phone with them for three or four days so this was great

Dr. Wireless did a wonderful job on my daughter’s shattered screen on her Iphone not once, but twice.They also were able to fix the phone which had completely stopped working due to extended time screen was cracked.They fixed all problems in less than a few hours & had it ready for me.I trust & respect them. I am pleased with his prices & service. Recommend to anyone wanting fast, friendly, efficient work done.

My phone caught on fire. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. I got it fixed around January 20 and today I woke up smelling something burning and it’s my phone. This place is unconstitutional. Highly dishonorable. I will be going back for a refund.

Normally my experience will be great when i visit but today it was horrible i literally was there for 15 mins & no one bother to assist me until i had to say something!

I was referred to them, went in about a month ago and purchased a charger, it broke today, and they honored their word. They replaced it for me! I absolutely have nothing negative to say, however, I will return in the future.

My phone would not charge. I had tried to clean the charging port but it did not help. I even bought new charge cords. Took it to these guys and was ready to go in about 20 mins. Full of sheet rock dust. Great service and good price. Will go there again if I need help. Thanks guys

Repaired my iPhone screen. And while I was there man behind counter helped 2 other ppl. And spoke to each in their separate native language. So at least 3 different languages spoken in three minutes. So major props for helping and making ppl feel welcome. I will come back

Had a great experience at this store. I needed a sim card adapter for a Hot Spot device and the owner took the time and made sure the sim card adapter would work in the device. He spent 10-15 minutes with me to ensure everything was working properly. I highly recommend this store.

They repaired my phone b/c the phone was not showing who was calling.On Monday my phone was back doing the same thing. I ask could they just do a even trade or give me my money back for the phone. They told me No. After I paid a $145 for the phone, they did nothing about it.
