The NEW STORE manager is super nice and friendly and very helpful!! We use to see him at the mall and was the only one we trusted! We followed him to his new store! This location is awesome! I came in because I needed a new phone and new service provider. I was greeted by Jackson. He was so positive and had a great attitude. I worked with Andrew the store manager not only did he provide me with 5 star service he set up my new phone showed me nothing but respect and I will be back

If you are in Zanesville, Ohio you need to go to the AT&T retail store located in the Country Fair Shopping Center. Emily is the store manager and is such an awesome person. She’s knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and will make sure your experience is positive. The other employees there when I visited were kind and helpful, too. You can’t go wrong with this business.

Had the BEST experience ever with Emily and her employees. Everyone, especially her, were incredibly nice and accommodating. She was also helping another couple and navigating their difficulties while getting me a new line set up and helping to get my hotspot device operational. This store is now my go-to AT&T store. Dave and Skyler were amazing in helping us because the people at AT&T at the mall destroyed our account. They were honest, straightforward, and friendly. After only about an hour our account was fixed. The people in the mall created two separate accounts, so therefore two separate bills, and when asked questions the girl said “I don’t know, but your phone still works so don’t worry about it.” Dave and Skyler know what they’re doing and will help you save money.

David Winters was fantastic and Very, Very Helpful in assisting my handicapped sister get and program a new phone. I live 1,000 miles away and we did it all by phone. Dave was patient and caring and has terrific customer service skills. I wish our AT&T local store was as good. Thanks

I went into the store to have my SIM card looked at, and the guys there were very nice and knowledgeable, having me fixed up in less than 5 minutes. Also put on a new case for me as a courtesy. I have the best confidence in them to help with any problems I might have in the future.

Emily and David were extremely helpful today. I dropped my phone in the commode last night and killed it. They gave me all my options, including getting my old phones and trying to get them to work. When they would not work, they gave me the best options, for a new phone. Kudos to both of them for an excellent job.

Came into the store having boost and David and Emily answered all my questions and was extremely helpful and super nice. Within 5 minutes of being in the store I was ready to switch from boost to at&t. Walking out with a new phone,better service and was able to keep my number. Thank you so much guys!!!

Both the store manager and Kim were the BEST! I came in earlier in the day to get a replacement SIM Card for my iPad Pro. Kim and David helped me with that, but also were able to look at my fa ill plan and get us not only a better data plan but also save us an extra $100 a month. Did I mention I was also able to walk out with a brand new Samsung note ultra 5G for a steal? This is the AT&T I will only go too. A half hour drive each way is no problem when these two are the ones taking care of you.

Dave was awesome. He assisted me in getting myself the new iPhone 12 Pro Max and adding my mother onto my account while I was out of state visiting. Would highly recommend this store!

Had a fantastic experience. We normally go to the Lancaster store because we both work there but we were getting glasses next door and decided to stop in to ask about an upgrade. Had a wonderful experience at AT&T with the knowledge and personable staff there . Robert was more than helpful setting up my new phone. I could never have figured it out without him. Dave talked me off the ledge when I ran into a snag. They attitude and friendliness of the store has not been matched by any other store we have been too. It was nice being treated like a real person who matters, and not just a phone. Very grateful for these guys!! Will definetly come back!!

Very poor new management.

The staff in this store are always super friendly and professional. I’ve used this store for several years, and plan to continue to do so. The day I was in the poor workers were really slammed with lots of customers and constant phone calls- there were 2 people working, and both tans the behinds off and had to multitask the whole time I was there. Even with it being so busy, every single person was greeted by both staff members.I’m not very technologically savvy and the lady I was working with was super patient and took her time with me until I felt comfortable with my new IPhone. I give kudos to both of these two. Excellent job- as usual! ❤️🤓

We switched to At&T 2 months ago. While switching, the lady who helped us was wonderful. Then we realized when we got our first bill,it was $300, she lied to us. She lied about our entire plan! We will be switching back to our normal carrier!

Went to the AT&T store to activate a new phone, could not have asked for better service! David was able to activate and swap phones for me and also was able to add two new devices and still keep my monthly payment down. Hands down the best AT&T store we have been to!!

We live about 25 minutes to this one particular store and we always go back to do our business with David our sales rep. We have a store about 5 minutes away but would prefer making this drive as David has been very helpful in answering our questions and any issues we have with our service. I was ready to leave AT&T after being a loyal customer of 20 years... long story short, I went into the store on maple Ave and Kimberly Zigan assisted me and with all of her help, knowledge and kindness, she took care of all of my concerns... Ms. Zigan was excellent to work with and what a difference being able to speak with a representative live and in person as apposed to on the phone and being connected to this department or that department... Ms. Zigan restored my confidence in AT&T... AT&T should be proud and honored to have her working for the company...

My review is late, but I had an excellent experience here! I had my Sim Card Reader go out on my phone last week and went in without an appointment. The store manager, Matthew Huff immediately came over and helped me. He was personable, friendly, understanding of my stress and financial limitations, and very helpful. He helped me get the best deal on a trade in, was able to help me confirm my Next Up plan despite the AT&T app stating my number was non-transferable, and helped me choose the phone and accessories that best suite my rough and tumble line of work.Excellent experience! I will definitely go there again the next time I need to.

I stopped in to replace my broken phone while on vacation, stood in the showroom for about 15 minutes without being acknowledged and left to go down the road to the other AT&T store. They gave MUCH better service.

This being the closest store to me at 40 minutes away, it was the first store I called to inquire about them having a specific color/ model phone in stock, before I made the trip. I was met with an extremely rude employee that just kept repeating we cant give out inventory over the phone. Even though I explained I didnt want to order a new phone, and all other stores were the opposite direction, he just told me that he didnt know what to tell me, because he couldnt let me know if they had the one I wanted there. I have been an AT&T customer for over 15 years.. and this was the worst I have ever been treated. By the way, I contacted the other 6 stores within an hour drive from me and they all politely told me if they had it or not. So thank you for your lack of excellent customer service
