Gerger Collision has been great during the whole process of fixing our vehicle! They were professional and so kind! They made sure to go above and beyond to accommodate any request we had. They did an excellent job on the windshield replacement, paint job, color matching, and finish. You can’t even tell that our car had damage from an accident. Thank you Gerber for everything and we are so pleased! I would definitely recommend going to these guys for anything you may need done to your car! They’re the best!

We were in an auto accident and our insurance company sent us to Gerber Zephyrhills for repairs. I heard from family they were great. Well, I havent even gotten my truck back yet and I am floored at and happy with the communication I have received throughout this entire process. Communication is key for me! I get updates constantly and very consistently. A door was shipped in damaged and they refused it, not accepting anything less than stellar. Jennifer is beyond amazing and very reassuring with the whole process. I am so impressed with them and can only imagine that the work done on my truck will be nothing less than amazing! I will update once my truck is back but I just couldnt wait to give this review until then. Im so grateful for Gerber!
Jennifer is exceptional! Excellent communication and very thorough, I didnt need to do anything. She allowed me to leave the car the same day I received the estimate and contacted the rental car company for my immediate pick up. It couldnt have been any easier.

Dropped by this morning to have them look at the side of our vehicle where my wife rubbed up against a grocery cart. Lee took a look at it and told me he could get the marks out by hand. After several minutes he had everything looking new again. Refused any payment for doing this work. This is a stand up business and much appreciated by this Senior Citizen. Thank you Lee!

Wrecked my truck in July, after Gerber fixes it, the tailgate was still wrong. I took it back per insurance request and it was STILL WRONG. After research, the work they did in 2106 was not correct so the tailgate wouldn’t work. They didn’t put the lights back in the taillight and the tailgate wouldn’t open. Had to take to Brandon Ford to get it corrected. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. They bill the insurance for shoddy work.
The manager Lisa is rude and will lie to you, there is no customer service here, if you call to find something out it’s a let me find out and call you back and never get called back when there is a issue it is pushed aside they currently have my 2019 Altima this place Has a paper they showed me for the alignment for a 2016 Altima and they refuse to go have it done to the correct specifications! Definitely would steer anyone away from this place after seeing that I’m waiting to see what else is wrong with my car now that it has been in their hands will update after I inspect car!

Gerber Collision treated me like a person, kept me informed as my vehicle was being repaired, and they were courteous and friendly through all of my questions and phone calls as to status. Having an accident is stressful enough - being without your car for two weeks is even worse....the last thing people need is to be treated like a second class citizen, as many do. All people really want in this world is to know someone cares, and to have communication. Debbie and Jeff were great - Ive been to other local body places - they rank at the top of my list and I will recommend them to everyone. They even detailed the inside of my car. I was shocked. Piss poor svc
The insurance company recommended this facility and I should not have listened. I took my 92 year-old Dads vehicle here and after waiting four months it was finally done. They said they had trouble getting the parts because the vehicle was so new. After they got the parts they delayed another week because they said the trim kits they were sent were two lefts instead of a left and right. Then they delayed another week because another pair of parts were two lefts instead of a left and right. Wouldnt you think they would have checked all the parts when the first set was wrong??? Now, we have noticed that the rear door will not open when the front door is closed so it has to go back again. That was on Monday. We were told we would be called that day to let us know when it would be ready. Finally, today, Thursday, I called them. This place just is not reliable. Not reliable on call backs, and not reliable on repairs. I would never recommend them.
Gerber fixed my car, washed it, and had me on my way in less than 30 minutes. My entire experience was positive and everyone was friendly. It is obvious they care about their customers and have experience with handling insurance companies! Thanks Gerber!
Awful repair!!! or I shouldn’t even call it a repair. 30% of the damages were completed and were repaired poorly. They were unable to match my paint due their guy not being focused which caused my paint to be uneven with swirls in it. I was written an IOU for damage because the piece was back-ordered, never called back about it. The car had minor damage from a lock out company and I was quoted 4-6 days of repair time when they actually had it 18 days to be exact on a job with parts that cost less than 50 bucks. Phone calls were hardly returned, I would call almost every day until eventually I just showed up to get resolution. Conveniently both managers were busy. David Lazlo and his father Steve have horrible customer service skills and are very rude and condescending. Another employee insisted that the swirls would come off by getting it detailed then offered to have it done for free because I was pretty. Are you kidding me? Not only were the damages not repaired in its entirety, they damaged by spoiler which they told me was removed and put back on, (the damage to my car was on the front doors), so why or how did that even happen because the damage is noticeable? Complaint has been filed with the better business bureau and with USAA. Do NOT bring your car here.

Good place to have your car fixed
I went into this facility (Zephyrhills, FL) with high hopes due to seeing several examples of excellent work that had been turned out in the past and unfortunately have been met with disappointment every step of the way. First, I was called a week before the scheduled finish date saying that the car was done - it was not! (lost time and wages) The panel fitment was terrible and the paint finish left much to be desired. Then more parts were ordered and the car was repainted and I was called again. Strike 2! (more lost time and wages) More parts and back in the paint booth again. The third time, I settled for the repair as is and left frustrated after the GM told me to take it or leave it, then turned and walked off. 48 days after the ultimate repair, I returned to have my Xzilon paint protection reapplied because I was told that they could do it there and it was even written on my final paperwork. After waiting 20 minutes, they came out to tell me that I have to wait 45 days (it had been 48) ummmm... we are not certified to do that here and it will void the warranty if we do... clearly a brush off tactic, since they told me to bring it back specifically because they offered that service. (More lost time and wages). At this point, I will never recommend this facility to anyone! There was one person (Rae) that was sweet and infinitely apologetic throughout all of this and I hope that she is rewarded for her job performance. Lisa and the GM clearly dont care about anything and it shows in their work and the work at this facility. Shame on you for letting this happen Gerber. I was nothing but calm and patient and these people tried to walk all over me several times with no concern and only turned out mediocre work that I have to correct myself. Thanks for nothing.

Bad experience. They wouldnt give us an estimate. The staff was very impersonal and dismissive. They did not seem like they cared to have our or the other customers business.
