Reutimann was definitely a God sent. I arrived at Reutimann and was greeted by Greg and April. I showed them my car and asked if they could provide me with an estimate to repair my front bumper. Greg who is the owner told me to wait a few minutes and he took my car to the body shop.About approximately 20-30 minutes later Greg returned my keys and told me everything was done. I asked him how much for the work and he told me nothing! Im still shocked there was no charge. Wow! he didnt want a dime. This Google readers is UNHEARD OF! I have not come across a business who has provided services and yet No Charge. For this reason, I highly recommend Reutimann Collision for your next repair. If I could I would give them a 10 STAR REVIEW.Im actually, going to return to the shop to have some scratches repaired on my vehicle because of their professionalism, generosity and desire to serve people with their hearts, I believe they will do an excellent job with any vehicle that arrived at their shop for service.What a blessing today! I cant say enough great things about Reutimann Collison Repair. Randy and his staff specifically April did an excellent job with the repair on their vehicle. From my initial visit to have them look at the damage (which I did not schedule- just walked in) was great. They were polite, detailed and excellent communication as to the process for repairing my car. April kept me informed quite frequently via text message about the status of the repair and insurance company involvement. I have not had such great service before from a repair facility. Car looks just like new and the work was done right. They are located about 30 minutes from my house, but so worth the extra time and distance to allow them to repair my car.

They fixed my mustang back to pre accident, looks great. Superior job. Very glad I chose them. Everyone is helpful and friendly.

I was involved in a miror accident yesterday, called Reutimann Collision Repair this morning for a lunch time appointment. Arrived, I was quickly helped. Looked at my car and was able to basically remove all the paint from the other car with no expensive repairs. They are truley an honest company. This is my second time using them...EXCELLENT SERVICE..Highly recommend for small and huge jobs.

Recently I had some body work needed on my automobile. I visited 4 previous business specializing in this service. I went with Reutimann for several reasons. They were professional, answered all my questions, were very helpful and were cognizant about COVID protocols. Those protocols were a huge part of my decision making. I didnt want to interact with folks who either did not wear a mask or wore them as a neck scarf! They were recommended to me and I would gladly recommend them. Randy and April were super helpful and responsive.

A blind person could have matched the paint job on a brand new Lexus with only 1000 miles. I was referred to this trailer establishment by Lexus of Wesley Chapel, I will deal with them at a later date. They actually thought a pearl white car matched with a pure white bumper. Beware of Reutimann Collision Repair, my first clue, should have been the the junk yard and less than impressive paint booth. You be the judge does this look like it matches???

We have taken two vehicles here and though they do a good job, both times they’ve found more wrong than the original quote. On our Ford Escape it was 2/3rds as much . They need to do a better job of estimating or it’s a worthless procedure. I’m angry at our unexpected out-of-pocket.

Throughout the years I have taken my cars to have body work at several places all over Tampa and Wesley Chapel (Gerber, Buddy Foster, Perez, etc). This place beats them all, if you want attention to detail and a shop that does all those little things and doesnt cut corners, this is your body shop. Customer service, communications, craftsmanship and final product were all 5 stars, and they dont make you fight for it, they do these things as business practice. In my situation they did several things that impressed me, I had custom wiring and lights I had installed in my car, they put all of these things back and actually did a better job of the wiring than I had.Also when the car was set to be completed, the shop manager called me early that day and said although he really wanted to get me my car ready (it was a Friday), but that he was not happy with the way the hood looked and that he wanted to hold it and do the hood again to make sure it was right. I like that, it shows he is more concerned about doing the job right than just getting the car and getting paid. Most body shops dont pay attention to detail like this one, if thats important to you and you have a really nice car you care about, this is the body shop for you.

We are the Mary Jane the medic foundation and after a recent accident we asked Jim Browns collision center to take care of our problems. FABULOUS repair shop. Of course it is awful having an accident and needing repair but this is a great local repair shop. They did great repairs, my car looked like new and they did it all quickly. If I ever have another accident, I would use them again. They have great service

Professional and courteous service. They did a great job on my car. Also they are located one mile from Enterprise Rental Car Company who provide a free pick-up to and from this location. I appreciate being able to use a local company. If you are from out of the area they are still very convenient because if you need a car Enterprise will pick you up from this location with almost no waiting. I recommend this body shop to everyone near and far.

My Toyota Sienna was rear-ended in 2018. Reutimann worked on the vehicle and returned it to me fairly quickly and it looked great. Little did I know that for the next 20 months, my family would be traveling in a DEATH TRAP. We had an ongoing problem with the liftgate that Reutimann was unable to fix permanently. Only when I took the vehicle to another shop, and they stripped it down, did I see that Reutimann had left large gaps in the unseen body work, that they had glued together parts that must be welded, that they have left the pillar column bent (hence the liftgate problem), and that water had seeped into the base and rusted the panels. HAD WE BEEN REAR-ENDED AGAIN, THE VEHICLE WOULD HAVE FALLEN APART. I contacted my insurance company and they confirmed that the repair job was completely botched but since I had chosen Reutimann (based on stellar reviews), it was my problem. Greg Reutimann sent me an insulting note offering a measly $5,000 for a vehicle that had a trade-in value of over $20,000 when they ruined it. Unless you are an expert in vehicle repair, do not be fooled by Randy’s sweet talk and Reutimann’s online reviews. Their underlying work is shoddy and incompetent, and they will deny responsibility. Most important of all, do not put your life or those of your loved ones at risk because of Reutimann.

Reutimann Collision did an awesome job. Car looks like new. They even wipe down and vacuumed the inside of my car. The people in the service was top-notch.

I give this body shop a 5+++++!!!! I was the third vehicle in my car accident and the first two vehicles insurances have been fighting who’s at fault. So needless to say my car has been sitting with them for over two months. My first experience with them was when my insurance company towed my car an hour away from my house. Annoying right?? But I am so very grateful this is where they brought my car!! I have had to call them several times and spoke with April and let me just tell you how amazing she is! She always calms me down when I’m completely frustrated with the insurance companies. Beyond compassionate!! I unfortunately had to have my car towed back to my house bc the insurance isn’t paying for it to sit there anymore, but even though they are an hour away, I will be back there to have my car fixed! I went by today, I backed out of the driveway at work hit a sign and ripped off part of my bumper. When I called the gentleman said they closed at 5:30p.m. But come on by. So, I did got there about 5:15 and Greg came out to look at my bumper. I thought he would say oh $500 a new bumper, but no he said you want to just keep this one, I said yes. He said ok give me a minute. He came back with his drill he totally fixed it within minutes. I was and am so grateful for his kindness. When I asked how much he said no charge. He really helped me. When to check out my totaled car. Took items I might need in the future. My first major accident. Others had been years and years ago, fender-benders, in NY. Pretty shocking and a bit upsetting to see the car in this condition. Employee was very kind and helpful.

Recommended by Lexus. Well worth the drive. I had a huge scratch/ding on my front that I was sure would cost a few hundred dollars to fix. The gentleman said let me take it to the back and see what I can do. 5 minutes later he came back and I barely noticed the damage. He then said, “NO CHARGE”! I’d nightly recommend this place before going anywhere else.

This is the worst company! I do not recommend this place to anyone! They got there money and ran after they promised to fix my car! They put plastic instead of chrome on my car and then finally after months of begging they put chrome on my car only for it to be a different color! Also they scratched my brand new car up the side and my tire is rubbing on a plastic now when I turn! I’ve new parts they were suppose to put on in my trunk they never did! My hood is uneven and scratched up and I was told by the owner to deal with it and that if I can except factory mess ups I can except there mess ups! My hood has chips in it and as well as my front bumper! Now as a single mom on one income I’ve to come up with money to get my car fixed right! The owners and workers only care about getting paid they don’t care about you or your hard working money! They also had my car for over two weeks and still couldn’t get it right! My car was brand new and now it’s all messed up because of them! If you work hard and want your car fixed right DO not take your car here’! They have a bunch of people who don’t know what they’re doing! I feel bad for who else they’ve messed up! It’s sad I’ve fallen for this and taken advantage of because I am a women! It sucks that I’ve to fix my own car after I paid out thousands! Go to another company please don’t fall for them!

I am incredibly grateful that I was referred to Reutimann from my normal mechanic. The issue was a minor, but pesky bend near my antenna mast that was resulting in a leak. After I arrived at Reutimann and they took a look at it, they gave me a frank assessment that they could probably try to just fix it right on the spot while I waited. After only about 10 minutes, they said they formed it back into shape. They said to drive for a while and make sure that the leak had stopped, and then said that there was NO CHARGE for the work, and that since they didnt have to call the specialist, it wasnt a big deal. I was floored. Where else would they be this kind?! I will never take my vehicle anywhere else for body work, because these folks are amazing!
