The best place to take your vehicle. They made my car look like new again. The manager Brian is a great guy kept me informed the entire time they had my car. I would definitely recommend them to anybody needing their car repaired.

My Vehicle was put into the shop, and in a week they had it finshed. Ive known Anton for a very long time and hes always done a great job, so I put trust in knowing the techs he has now would take great care of the car that I have now, and of course he didnt let me down! Excellent service from Jim Brown Collision Center. Rocco, Alex and Larry. Over the top customer service between the front desk (Alex), the mechanic (Larry) and Rocco who kept me updated everyday on the progress of my repairs. I’ll probably use them for non-accident repairs too. Great job!

I have dealt with this body shop several times and each time have been positively impressed with the quality of service and how quickly the jobs have been done. Anton is detail oriented and able to handle high end vehicle work. Alex at the front desk is efficient and personable. This is a superior body shop.

Everyone was very nice and treated me like if I was part of the family. When I first introduced my issue with my black Kia soul to Antawn the manager I was so nervous because my car is brand new. The manager first calm me down and explained in detailed what needed to get done and that was exactly what they did. I was very impressed with there work. The car came back to me brand new again. Very disappointed. The estimate we received was double the other two estimates that we received. Check with the Manager of the Body Shop who provided us with the estimate. Macco did a terrific job repairing our car at half the price your Manager quoted.

Jim browne is the best! They completely took care of all of my car needs. The repair on my mazda is wonderful. I would definitely recommend these guys for any repairs.

One evening I smashed up my rear bumper reversing into concrete pole that was hiding in my blind spot. I reach out Jim Brown collision and spoke with Anton Bowie - he had a tow truck at my house the next morning and when I spoke to him by that early afternoon they already had all the parts ordered. It hadnt even 24 hours yet - I was impressed. He took my car under his care in about 3 to 4 days the car was ready for pickup - but I didnt need to pickup it, because he had it towed back to my house. Thats BIG because finding transportation to a place that is 45 min away is not easy. The car looked brand new. The price was more than fair but even better was the service - top notch.

My son had to have his truck fixed due to a accident. Jim Browne never kept him updated as they said they would . Insurance was slow getting them what they needed, but after all that they had the truck for over a month and he still doesnt have it back yet, It is always 1 more part, or something else. and this is after they had called and told him it would of been ready a week prior to this . Accident happened jan 6 they picked it up on the 14 and here it is the march 23 and he is still waiting for it to be delivered to him. And they never do call or text as they say they will.

Stay away! Horrible workmanship! After 5 attempts to fix my truck they still could not get it correct! Tons of dirt in paint, bubbles, scratches and such. Was told to go F myself. Check engine light on, steering wheel not centered. Insurance company agrees with poor workmanship. They are filling a charge back against them now! My truck was there 2 months.

Everyone was very nice when I dropped my car off but after they had it for 3 weeks and I called to see when I could get it back, the man on the phone was extremely rude to me. 3.5 weeks later and I still am without a vehicle because of some bumper damage. Ill never bring them a car again.
