Knowledgeable crew but you could walk around all day and no one will ask to help you: your ignored when you walk in. And with the mask mandate, and they have a sign masks required on the door; however, none of the employees wear a mask nor do they require anyone to wear one when they walk in.

They Refused to warranty a lifetime part they say it to old. Not a limit lifetime part but a part in writing states Lifetime Warranty

This store always has what i need if the part is not in stock they will get it for me to be picked up later the same day.Donna is very soecial to me because she treats me very important as a buyer and as a person.Very respectful and very knowledgable.

Ive had to visit Advanced Auto a couple times this month. I have to say I was very pleased with the service both times. Usually the person working knows nothing. Luckily for me both times they knew what they was doing and very helpful. Always a plus.

I just had a very nice experience at the Advance Auto store in Zephyrhills! My battery had just about died hen I was at another place of business across the street. I managed to make it to the store. Carl, the associate that helped me, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He not only sold me the battery but he also put it in for me. Being that I am a woman and was alone, that meant a lot! He gets both thumbs up and a pat on the back for his commitment to quality customer service. He deserves a raise!!!

Spoke to Juan the General Manager who helped me so much on the phone with my problem with a broken belt tensioner bolt that broke off in the block. I was checking prices for the parts and telling him what happened and trying to decide whether to sell the car AS IS or fix it. I asked if he knew of any shops in Zephyrhills that were reasonable and honest and he gave me the names of two. I talked with both and I really like Jarrod the manager and head mechanic over at High Caliber Automotive in Zephyrhills which I learned is in a bright red building on 6th St. The young woman Carly who answered the phone was wonderful, too, and knowledgeable. I discussed my repair issue with Jarrod and that’s where I’m going to fix my car. What a difference in the price compared to the other Zephyrhills shops I called trying to overcharge. Jarrod said he can usually get a broken bolt out pretty easily with an Easy Out tool and back it out. That’s what the mechanics I know told me but they live out of state and I couldn’t use them. The rest of the shops in Zephyrhills want to charge $95 an hour for 4-5 hours just to make a lot of money. So thank you, Juan, for being so nice on the phone with me and for helping me figure this all out and referring me to two shops that you have referred many of your customers to and they have been so satisfied. Will continue buying my parts at Advance because the prices are great and you can find Advance Coupon Codes by googling online that save you even more money on Advance parts.

My experience was a rather pleasant one I would say. They have free wifi (password posted as to be easily visible to anyone), plenty of units (for times when the traffic is a bit too much), vending machines with adequate pricing, plenty of seating options ( inside and out), all the staff are always friendly and on point with whatever task they happen to be completing, public restrooms. I mean, I have sat there for HOURS at a time, bumming wifi, without washing a single load of clothes, and still I have never been told to move on :) sooo I give 5 stars

This business has gone so down hill! Their customer services isnt bad its nonexistent. Went in this afternoon to exchange a part (I was given the wrong one yesterday) they didnt have the same one in stock so the counter person( Donna) brings back the more exspensive model and proceeds to ring it up and gives me a total. I was floored. Add that with their other employees gossiping about other employees. This is a store I frequented regularly. They have had a ton of management changes as well as staff. None has been for the better. Hope they get it together. I wont be returning.

I went early this morning to have a diagnostic done on my 2015 Chevrolet Sonic LT battery. I didnt get the gentlemans name but he he was through and courteous. I went back later and had to but a new battery after taking the car back to the dealership. A very knowledgeable and friendly young man named Gio helped me and gave me a 25% discount.
