They had yet another part in stock and cheaper than Advanced Auto did!!! Everyone there is always so helpful too every time!! Didnt have to wait till the next day for another part!!

Everything was good except I cant order online with a coupon code and pay for .y order with cash. Lost my discounts ☹️ 15% off and $5 off of $20.

They always take the time to answer questions. Today, the assistant was more than helpful. She was patient and helped me troubleshoot my issue.

My belt shredded and Shawn actually put the belt on with the help of Joseph, as it turns out the reason the belt shredded was a bad water pump and it did indeed shred again, in the pouring rain but again I drove it there and all the employees helped me, and I didnt see his name because it was storming so bad, with a car full of groceries, Shawn recommended I get the lifetime warranty on the belt which thankfully I did. All of the employees are very good and help. Now I need a water pump before the belt shreds again, all in all they really helped me out and I more than appreciate it. I will always get my parts here

Good Customer service but kinda high prices

Best Auto parts store Ive ever been in. Its not the prices its the service and huge amount of knowledge the staff have. Everyone is always Curtis and helpful. The store manager Sean is a wealth of knowledge on any vehicle and parts better than a mechanic at any shop I have ever had work done on my vehicles. AutoZone warranty has been a great benefit more than a couple of times as well.

The costumer service is awesome because if you get the car or motorcycle there then they will put the part in that you need and they will check your engine for free which is awesome.

Needed a new battery for the car and the person was very knowledgeable friendly courteous. He also installed the battery. It was a quick in and out stop. I will definitely be going back in the future.

Ordered a 334.00 map sensor last night and was told itd be here this morning. I called and its not there, in fact its being delivered by Fed ex. I was told to pick it up by 1030am and I get this. Now I have to wait until possibly tomorrow for the part when I have to full fill my obligations today. This totally screwed me over so not only am I losing the ability to put in a part I also lose my ability to make my money today.

Great place to get cosmetics and cleaning items for your car. And all the typical stuff youd find at an auto parts store. They will even order your engine for u and hold it till u get down there to get it. And prices are decent.

Stopped to have a battery checked as Good Year informed Battery was shot and needed replacement. Battery was less than a year old and has a 2 yr warranty and not knowing if GY was trying to up sell me a new one I went back to the zone. Replaced it no questions and cleaned the terminals for me in/ out less than 15 mins. Thank You Guys

It was storming rain and my serpentine belt was shredded Shawn with the help of Joseph put my belt on, found out the hard way why the belt was shredded a bad water pump once again storming coming home from the store the belt shredded again . I went back and another employee, that because it was storming I couldnt get his name went out of his way to help and again, Shawn got my belt on and I got home to my family and the ice cream hadnt melted now I have to get a water pump, I will definitely only get my parts from here you all are GREAT.

AutoZone employees are top notch my air conditioner wasnt working right the gentleman came out quickfix just needed some Freon or whatever they put in them. But it made me happy happy happy cuz it was hot and I dont like heat.
