Went to auto service side door at 7:45 am to go in and buy 4 tires and have them mounted. Door was locked and when I called for them to unlock they said they couldn’t. For the record I’m a 74 yr old cane dependent male. The iutside mgr says he’s got 4 customers ahead of me and turns and leaves. Let’s see, customer just wants in to buy tires or 4 oil change people first? Duh!

Expect to spend more time in this store. They are moving everything around and are working on the floors, removing tile and refurbishing the concrete floor !!!. There is a need for more people to check out. When I have a lot of things in my cart I need a person to check me out. If this isnt corrected I will have to take my business elsewhere.

I ordered tires to be shipped to the store along with $20 installation each.Some genius had the tires shipped to my house.I had to refuse the shipmentI had no way to get tires to the store.

I called to find out about lawnmower tire the person that answered phone said they had no tires... This is the Walmart. In Zephyrhills that has tire shop.. If you dont have tires why have a tire shop???? I wasnt pleased that day with the Walmarts in Wesley Chapel Dade City or Zephyrhills... Had a gentlemen in lawn in garden tell me he works in garden shop not in lawn so he cant help me.. The ladie answering phones was overwhelmed phones wouldnt stop blinking and no one was answering phones they were short handed that day I guess Manager too he never got on the phone... Dade City store I never got any one to answer phone... I wish my experience could have been alot better.. Ive never been so dissatisfied as i was that day with all Walmarts in Pasco County..

Worst experience with Walmart tire center ever. Stopped to inquire about buying four tires, upon agreeing to price was told they have no appointments available today. (No cars in the shop or waiting to be brought in) after walking around the store for approximately 45 minutes I checked out and left through the auto center still empty employees just walking around aimlessly. I can only assume they are extremely lazy and not interested in working. Wont return to this particular auto center in the future for anything.

Very very slow. Make sure you leave yourself alot of time to be there. I had to give them 4 stars because they really helped my dad out with 2 tires to get to NJ before his brother died. Thank God he made it👍thank you Walmart

I was very pleased with the oil change at Walmart. They were very thorough without trying to up sell other services.

They were so helpful and always a Smile I do not go anywhere else.

I made an appointment and was in and out in 35 minutes. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They checked my fluid levels, put air in my tires, and cleaned my windshield.

Not too sure about all the negative comments but I just went here to get my oil changed check-in was very easy went and did some shopping while waiting got a text message in less than an hour that my car was ready well definitely be doing my business here in the future

Went on a Friday at 2pm and the guy said it will take more than 3 hours for an oil change. Asked me to come back next day at 7am. I woke up early on my day off and went there at the time requested. A lady told me it will be more than 2 hours and there were only one person ahead of me. I just went to another business and did it. Sounds like they want customers away so they dont have to work.

The service for tires were great, follow instructions was poor.

Absolutely terrible. From trying to make the purchase through the installation. They didnt want to finalize the purchase. They took 4 other customers while in the middle of my purchase. Another associate finally finished the quote and set an appointment for 4 days later. He didnt seem happy to take over the process. I showed up at 4:45pm for a 5 pm appointment. They checked me in at 5:50 pm, the truck was pulled in around 5:10. They started working on it at 5:45 and finished around 6:30. It was dark by then and I couldnt tell that the wrong size tires were installed. I returned 2 days later on my day off to have it corrected. I ordered 4 p265-70r17s they installed p245 -70r17s which are much smaller, but the same price. They said they cant install larger than stock size. They gave me 2 options; 1- keep the tires and they would take off $50 in fees or 2- purchase the tires somewhere else and bring theirs back for a refund. I told them to put the old tires back on and refund me. 2 hours later i was finally done with them. Theyre unprofessional, rude, poorly trained and have terrible communication skills. Within the 3 visits I heard the F word 3 times coming from the garage. A real class act!

Over priced service

I’ve tried three times to get serviced here on three different occasions and every single time I’ve been denied service no matter how early I call. You all should take note from the Tampa location, I’ve always been served there and in a timely manner.

Unfortunately I had to make two trips when buying a new tire. The paperwork said all tires were at 35. However I got home we found out they were 39, 31, 33 and 35 ... vBack to Wal-Mart and barely got an apology.

Only one tire out of 4 ordered was there called day before be there 8 for install could onlyfind the one have to wait for rest of the tires could not get appt. For 2 weeks very poor service

I looked online to verify that the tires I wanted were in stock. When I arrived, they told me they were not in stock, and I had to by more expensive tires. When I showed them that the website said they were in stock at this specified store and insisted they looked, they had someone check the actual inventory. They were actually in stock. Next, they sent me outside. There were customers standing everywhere with no rhyme, reason, signs, or system. I walked to the make shift outdoor counter where the guy was standing. He did not make eye contact with me, and loudly announced “Who was actually next in line?” There was no line, but a girl standing over by a brick wall said she was. Fair enough. I wasn’t looking to cut, just to figure out where I was supposed to be. He then told me there were other people here and the entire yard wasn’t for me. One of the techs, Derrick, is the shining star that caused me to raise this rating to a two star. He was obviously spread thin, but was still courteous, knowledgeable, and got me what I needed. I won’t be back here no matter what the prices are.

They are friendly and always honest. They dont try to talk you into something you dont need.

I was informed that this facility was on a first come first serve. However, despite the fact that they saw I was there when they first opened their doors they helped the gentleman who arrived after me. On top of that no one bothered to look in the waiting room to inform me when my car was done. Never again will I go to this location!

When our battery died, I took the car there, all bays were full and it was raining, and a technician came out and changed our battery!!! Great service. I wish the rest of Walmart was that good.

Crew move like snails someone always complaining about taking breaks, told won’t tske long you have one ahead of you three hours later still waiting ... waiting room furniture is a joke may as well sit on the floor! Came in needing a tire at 6 mins before closing.Emergency situation we were hours away from home and on a dougnut tire due to our tire blowing out. Not only was this the only place that carried our tire, but told us they could fix it even though they were closing. Not only was the tire a great price but they they replaced it very quickly. I also notice that as we were leaving they were also helping another women that cme in well after closing. Excellent customer service !

The girl in automotive that worked at 12pm Thanksgiving day was wonderful.

Rude to customers and sssooo slow. Watched cars show up after me, obviously with no appointment and get serviced before me. Esther at the counter was not only rude, but seemed more interested in her bf and eating at the counter than helping in any way. No one seems to care, and based on the review they have no reason to care. If my boss seen reviews like this, we would all be fired and replaced with people who want to do a good job. A pity to see adults with such little pride in their work...

Slow slow slow!! Been sitting for over two hours to get a tire out on. All the while watch five different guys just walk around the shop floor doing nothing. If you dont know how to work auto the why the hell do they have these people working here! Do not recommend this place!!

Was happy with the auto center at walmart. Was there 2 hours for a oil change and to get 1 tire put on. Could have bren a bit faster. Had 3 of them working on 1 car. Think they could use their time better and thats why 4 stars instead of 5

Total waste of money and time, first installed the wrong size tire one side according to them one cross thread nut which they dont want to touch it. I end up go to another place to remove the nut and come back install the other tire spend over three hours . I need to notify them about the wrong size tire.

Ive had my issues in the past but it seems like when Derek is in charge things go well. I was in and out in about an hour and twenty for two tires and an oil change. Wasnt super busy.I would suggest the guys hang out of view when not busy, I heard the old theyre standing around and my cars not done line.

This shop is woefully managed and understaffed. I showed up to do an oil change and run errands while I waited. After 25 minutes of trying to get a single employees attention, I just left and gave my business to the Jiffy Lube down the street.One employee was grossly overweight and sweating all over this guys nice seats without a plastic guard.Just dont go to them if you can avoid it.

Lets break this down...tire prices are great..best in town...customer service and speed of service is absolutely horrible...one person in the shop on a Sunday to do tires? Really? I called for a appointment and they said nope...really? Im not a fan of Walmart at all..dont believe in their business practice and this is a prime example.

Wait was extremely too long . Requested an oil change and waited for 4 hours. When I arrived I was told 2 1/2 hours . For a Sunday that is understandable however, 5 guys were on the floor and suddenly everyone decided it was time go to break. My vehicle was next in line and was allowed to sit unattended for over 45 mins. When something was said we got a less than enthusiastic response of we will get to it in a minute. Walmart needs to rethink the management of their auto center because it is unorganized and poorly operated .

Very affordable I was able to get 4 brand new tires for my van at a very affordable price with road hassard for the tires!

So slow. And extremely rude. One of the mechanics told us to move the car up and he’d be right with us. We were just standing there and another mechanic said “you know this isnt going to be quick go stand against the wall or something” the mechanic helping us told him he still needed to help us. Took almost 3 and a half hours for an oil change and two new tires.

Been here since before 7am now 10:30 and car still not pulled in. Was 5th person to check in. If it wasnt for the roadside I purchased when I bought the new tires, I would go elsewhere to fix the leak. Highly doubt I will ever come back.

Low staffed and never got the work done after waiting 3 hours because they said they wouldnt be able to get me out for another 4 hrs after already waiting 3 hours. I was there at 7am! All I was getting done was getting 1 new tire put on. Not to mention I was there the night before and I purchased the tire already then they couldnt help me so I had to come back the next morning only to get the same story. It was a mess! I dont think this is the staffs fault either they were just low staffed and under paid!

Oil change is always a good service but the waiting time is out of control i got there a 1:25 pm by the time i was out it was 4:00 pm i believe it can be done in one hour. Which is a reasonable frame time.!!!

Walmart has their resources spread thin and thats obvious.The autocare center routinely gets backed up beyond 3 hour waits.Even reaching the associate at the counter often takes atleast 20 mins.They selection of auto parts and tools is very limited and mostly higher priced than at an auto store.The mechanics need to work a bit faster oil changes should not take 30-45 mins a car.

I popped my tire earlier in the day and went to Walmart At about 2:30, they told me it would be. 2 1/2 hour wait.. so I waited the 2 hours and then asked how much longer.. they said there was still 6 cars ahead of me and so I left and went to tire kingdom and they got me in immediately!

Came in on monday 4-22 at around noon and was the third car in line for the pit crew oil change (most basic). After my gf got her hair cut eyebrows done and we shopped the store 2 hours had past and still nadda on our car. Was told it would be another hour and the was one car ahead of us. Three hours for a simple oil change and while we waited we got to witness why. There was maybe 4 employees 2 of which were changing a battery and we must have watched every one of those employees stand around and do nothing time after time, one girl took 30 Minto vacum a car. Absolutely abhorrent service.

There is no line concept. Mechanics seem to take care of who ever they want first. Guy that came after me was treated first. Not to mention wait time is extremely long.🙁

I got all my shopping done and came to the tire center and I had to ask about the status of my car before they even pulled it in and when I got here there was only one car in front of me. Two hours to do two tires is unacceptable. I was a mechanic for several years and I have never seen anyone work so slow. I will never be coming back to this tire center again. I will never recomend this tire center to anyone. One star is one too many.

I’d advise not going here. Waited half a day and they didn’t do the correct service and also messed up paperwork. Go somewhere where they know what they’re doing. Manager hung up on me after trying to get an explanation on my car.

I just called to make an appointment and was refused one, was told by a female they dont take appointments. They took them the last time I was there BECAUSE I was rebuked for not making one and then sat for 4 hours waiting for 1 tire to be installed.

Had a nail in my tire, went to Zephyrhills Walmart to have it fixed, 1 person in front of me when I arrived. 2 hours later they finally say my car is done, I get in my car start it up and my check engine light is on, it was NOT on before they messed with it. Will never come back!!!!!!!

Took 4 1/2 hours to change oil and rotate tires, broke stud off tire hub, did not tighten down oil plug. Leaked a lot of oil onto my driveway. Took it back 2 days later. Fixed oil plug. Didnt replace oil nor not offer to fix tire stud either!!

Tried to call the tire shop with the number listed on the web it went to the fitting room area and they wouldnt transfer me

They messed up on my car. The next day they fixed the error with no fuss or paper work.

The gentleman checking me in was veryrude. Told me in a very nasty way i was in the wrong lane for a battery check. Shaking his head and made some noise. I will never recommend this walmart again. If he hates his job he should look for another.

I called for a price quote on a set of tires. I gave the service rep the size and numbers of the tires and she had no clue what I was talking about. Not to mention she was short and generally unpleasant. Called Tire Kingdom and they gave me a quote within two minutes.

Lost my paperwork....lost my key......put wrong sticker on my windshield.....said to get my next oil change @ 269000 miles when I only have 82000 miles on car now. Wtf

Service man behind register pleasant, had wheels balanced did ok but put the weights on outer edge of rim rims look bad but I let it go this time will be getting them fixed next tires replaced
