Ive been a customer here for almost 11yrs and I have never had a bad experience. I cant say enough good things about Ice Cold Air and the manager Shawn! Shawn is very polite, kind, understanding, honest and just an all around great guy! He explains everything and tells you what needs to be fixed and any issues that were found. He will go above and beyond to help if he can in anyway. I would definitely recommend going here for any of your car needs, issues, or maintenance. I am very happy with every repair or service Ive needed, the customer service, honesty, and prices are AMAZING!!!!

Shawn and the team have been great to me and my family. We own a horse farm and have several work trucks and I own a 64 1/2 Mustang. The team at Ice Cold Air has been honest and upfront with me about the issues with my vehicles and corrected the problems at a very fair price. The communication is outstanding and I feel that they are very trustworthy.

I had to have an alternator replaced. I called them that morning spoke to Sean and he told me the price and gave me several different options and told me to bring it on in. I got there right before lunch. They had a parking lot full of vehicles, but still were able to fit me in and have the repairs done in just a little over an hour. I highly recommend this shop!!! Plus who could beat a $7 oil change.

Very polite honest gets you in and out quick. They care about there customers and animals.i had a pregnant wife in the car and animals and even though they were fully booked squeezed me in to fix my ac. Had me in and out in under 45 minutes. Amazing service with great prices.

They have a large sign on their building saying they beat other estimates. So, I brought my 2 estimates from Midas and the dealership. The Manager Shawn was immediately helpful and as busy as this place was, I wasnt sure I would get in right away. He inspected my vehicle and noticed that the rear brake pads were low and the rotors were able to be resurfaced. The Master Cylinder was on its way out, so Shawn hooked me up with a coupon and was able to beat Midas and Toyotas estimates with ease. I felt comfortable immediately and I was ecstatic to find out that their warranty is nationwide at 24,000 miles or 24 months. Wow....How come I never heard of these guys before? I made an appointment to have my car fixed this week.

Came through for travel for a job and my ac went out, this was the closest place, and Sean was very helpful and nice. The staff was very professional and helped me get back on the road

Very quick ac fix this morning and the guys were entertaining. I would like to comment on the previous review by “TD”. Sir, you walked in and skipped 3 of us that were waiting patiently to talk to the manager. You impolitely interrupted him while he was on the phone giving a quote to someone and he asked u to patiently wait as he was slammed. You waited two seconds and then turned around and left. We watched you and I think your review is incorrect. I come to this shop often for work on my Chevy avalanche and these guys are the best and Shawn is entertaining. If you had waited the few minutes like he asked, you would have been taken care of. Shame on you.

My ac stopped working and my radiator fan would not turn off, so I turned to the one place my friend had recommended. Shawn the Manager was pleasant and he listened to my complaint and calmed me down quite rapidly. Within the first 30 minutes of my visit, the mechanic found that I had damaged the wiring to 2 of my sensors under the car. Also during his inspection, they found that my Vacuum Pump was leaking oil. I had previously got that pump replaced at Zephyr Auto twice, so I was dumbfounded. Come to find out, that previous place installed a used Pump and never told me. What a shocker! I was floored and upset and Shawn gave me a great price and a discount to right the situation. Both the oil leak and my fans and a/c were fixed in one visit and that made me happy. After speaking to the crew for a few brief minutes, I also found out that Zephyr auto wasnt putting synthetic oil in my car. It was suggested by its owner that Synthetic oil wasnt necessary. Contrary to my lack of knowledge, I was taken advantage of at Zephyr Auto. Shawn offered to give me a free synthetic oil change and asked me to start visiting his shop so that my car would remain problem free. Yes sir I will and thank you very much for taking care of me and my baby.

Thought my compressor was a goner, but these guys convinced me otherwise and instead of a $1000 bill, I spent $150. Awesome!

Simply terrific service. I apparently have this new Freon that is expensive and the dealer wanted a fortune for my repair. Called Shawn here and he calmed me down, abruptly asked me to come right in and the estimate was much better to absorb. My car Chevy is cold again! Yay

Amazing service! Traveling from Ohio in a 12 passenger van with a full-house and windows don’t open 😫 Children are complaining and it’s getting hot! Google’ed A/C repair and saw the good reviews for Ice Cold Air 👍Stopped in and was greeted by Shawn. Within minutes he had me pull my van to bay 3 and had his team troubleshoot my A/C. In less than 5 mins they find the problem. Bottom line my van has ICE COLD AIR and would highly recommend this business! Very fair with pricing and trustworthy and honest 🙏

Nice guy ok prices but a little too flirty

Called to make an appointment for Saturday. The guy on the phone was very friendly. I had been to this location before and had a great experience. He said I dont need to make an appt and to just come in and they can get me in and out. I even asked again after explaining the issue and he said just bring it in. Its Saturday morning and I got there just before 8am. First thing out of the guys mouth is Give me a few minutes, Im slammed. There were a couple people sitting and they all started bantering about the Summer coming and the guy was making jokes. So I left. I dont mind busy and waiting, but when I call to make an appt and they convince me not to because they claim they can help me quickly but then cant, thats messed up. Kudos to them for being busy and Im not saying I wouldnt recommend them because they did do a good job last time, but this will always be an asterisk now.

I always come here every time I am in Florida. They not only change my oil and rotate my tires they check my whole car to make sure everything is working correctly including wipers, tires, brakes, and a/c. The manager, Shawn, is very knowledgeable and always greets you with a smile. Excellent service. Highly recommended!!!!

I bought my vehicle to them because my air conditioning was not working. They checked for the leak. And replaced a hose $489. One week later no air. So I went back. They told me a dihose was now leaking. And wanted to charge me an additional $289. I said no thanks thats too much. Then I was told sorry buddy air conditioning is not free. After I had already paid $489 . And they are not the cheapest. I got 3 separate quotes in town that were less.

The guy wanted $100 to diagnose the compressor of my car thats ridiculous i can buy the compressor for that much but there are other places to go too i did and my problem was solved for less. Yes i had a mobile guy come to my house and installed my new compressor and added Freon and my cars A/C is now very cold

The guys at this shop helped me get my ac fixed and going and I believe their price was very reasonable.

Great place me my mom and husband only come here. He’s very honest and doesn’t BS you at all. Try’s to work with you best he can. Won’t tell you fix something just for money. He’s a very down to earth person always jokes with me and my 5year old. I feel completely comfortable when I come here and the work is great. We thought we were gonna have to junk one of our cars and they saved it. I will never go anywhere else besides here. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Came here because the Manager and his puppy met me at an event for the ASPCA. I gave this shop a try and my husband and I are very impressed. With the one mechanic, they were able to make time and bring us in for an evaluation. Shawn and Nelson were patient and realized we needed a condenser. Saved us over a $1000 from the dealer. We are believers and will keep coming.

I was told our car needed a whole new AC system put in so we said yes we just needed ac and it came with a 2 year warranty first day home no AC my wife takes it back they charge us to refill the freon (2 year warranty doesnt cover that but hay you only have to pay for that again once) weve taken the car back over 6 times the owner even called and he looked at it to. Well they come up with the compressor is bad so they replaced it(no charge) they fixed half the problem we AC in the front not the back so we take it back now we have AC in the back not front. WE GAVE UP spent around 2k and have half a ac, hey Chris can I have half my money back. Pro tip when you go for your FREE ac check you better tell them DO NOT ADD FREON WITH OUT TELLING ME FIRST they charge for that. They got me with that and on my last trip in that place I watch them get someone else with that to.

Ive been a customer of Ice Cold Air for over 10 years and never have I ever been so proud of how my wife and I have been treated. Shawn the Manager is extremely nice, he converses each time I am there and not a dull moment goes by. They have been patient with the vehicles I have brought here, but never have they once taken advantage of me. I highly recommend.

My mother and I were out and the a.c. stopped in her car, we went to auto zone and they sent us here, even though they were busy we were helped right away. They were extremely friendly and knew right away what was wrong. After telling us if we went and bought a filter from right down the street and came back they would put it in for free, 15 minutes later we were once again cool and had the best service in town. The a/c in my car suddenly stopped working. I called Ice Cold Air, thinking Id have to make an appointment. Shawn, the owner, said bring my car in right away and they would take a look at it. Him and his mechanic figured out what was wrong quickly, and Shawn worked with me on getting parts and bringing my car back for repairs. The issue was fixed within a couple of days at a great price. Now my car has icy a/c again and it didnt kill my wallet. This place is fair and doesnt play games with you like a dealership. Im going back from now on if my car needs repairs. Theyre expensive just like any other shop but did you do the work that they say they do unlike other people that patching things up and tell you they did more thats why I give him four stars but theyre not cheap oh, they do quality work.

Fantastic shop! Very honest and real people. Came in to get a headlight replaced for my Mercedes- they estimated 3 hours of work and quoted me as such. When they finished in 2 hours they called me to say it was done early and charged me way under their quote! You can’t find that form of professionalism and honesty very many places these days! After taking my car to Wesley Chapel Nissan, I was told that my bill would run me $2200 to replace my ac. Something didnt feel right, so I found Ice Cold Air. Shawn the Manager was superb on the phone and he convinced me to come in and have the car checked. Not only was my connection to my compressor faulty, but my freon level was low. Upon replacing the connection and charging my ac, I walked away spending only $275. WOW! Sir, you have by trust, business and maybe my first born! Just kidding! Thank you Ice Cold Air.

Was driving by and saw this place off the side of Gall Blvd. Brought my truck in for an A/C check and oil change. I was in-and-out of thrre in about an hour so I decided to bring my wifes car in to have her car serviced as well. They are so honest that they actually found a loose connection in my wifes AC system where another shop may have told me I needed parts that were not necessary.These guys do not disappoint and they are very knowledgeable about vehicles. Today was my first time going to this repair shop. Prompt service, Shawn seems like a straight shooter, checks out the issue, presents customer with the issues at hand and has a quote for repairs. Today he did my brakes all around and I feel very comfortable with the works. Amazing service! I’ve had an oil change done here before and when I had an emergency issue with my car today Shawn saw me immediately. He and his team worked tirelessly to find a part for my little car that ending up causing them a big headache! Still he was able to send me out of the shop in just a few hours and my car sounds better than it has in a long time. This is the place you want to go get work done on your vehicle. Amazing customer service and a great team who does quality work. The manager Shawn is always ready to help and is understanding of different situations which he does everything within his power even going above and beyond to help you. These guys truly understand what someone needs when there car breaks down and are not sure how to deal with it. My ac went out in my impala with my 8 month old son, and it was so hot. Took my car to them to look over it and see what was wrong. In no time they had it fixed, and sent me on my way with my child. They were more worried about my son not having cool air rather then trying to screw me over. Shawn was great at laying every out straight, as it was.
