Definitely had a top notch experience at this place. Jimmy and Derek went out of their way to make sure they did their best work putting tires on my brand new rims.

Great manager there who helped me. I went in for a blown tire and found a slew of other problems. Gave me discounts to help out and even brought me to the garage to show me and walk through every issue so I knew he wasnt lying like some places do. These guys are too notch and very nice!

Came here in the morning expecting to only stay 2 hours only for an muffler repair, given they only had to repair the two Mufflers on a truck is easy as hell toWork on and had tons of space to be worked with, bu I ended up staying over 4 hours and they didn’t even doing anything for the last 4 hours but cut the oldMufflers off, and come toFind out the mufflers they ordered within the first hour wasn’t even here, talk about poor communication and priorities! TOTAl WASTE OF TIME here at Midas Zephyrhills! Wouldn’t recommend unless you want a unreliable business that is not on top of they’re game, and waste your time and money!!!!

I had a problem with work done at the Fort Lauderdale location during an oil change.. just before driving up here.. oil pressure light reading “Turn Engine OFF!” Came on after a few hours of driving it. When I was able to get someone to look they quickly discovered the oil cap was incorrectly put on as it was cross threaded…****Jimmy - the manager at this location was awesome! He told me to bring the car there as soon as I can so they can take a look! & They ended up ordering a new oil plug & put in another new filter.

They’re completely clueless.I took my car in for an oil change on my day off (Monday). I get told I need that, new turn signal, new tires, transmission flush, fuel injector cleaning, air filter, this, that, everything. I get quoted for $830! I tell them the things that I can take care of- transmission, fuel injector, oil change, signal, and the filter- that’s $490.This is about 12, at 3 I go to check on my car and get told the part is coming from Tampa and will be here at 4:30. Okay fine, so I go home. At 6 they call me, I’m expecting my car to be done, nope. The part never showed up and now I have to leave it overnight (into Tuesday). I tell them okay but I need it to be done 9:30-10 because I work. Nope. It was done until 1 and I had to call off. On my way home, I go to use my signal and it’s still dead. I had to turn around and take it right back. They didn’t even bother to see if it was working properly.Wednesday I’m leaving work and three separate times I had to ATTEMPT to pull my car over because it wasn’t getting fuel to the engine. It was going no where. I take it back to them first thing the next day (Thursday) at 7:30 having to be at work at 10:30, I tell them what’s going on and that I need it to be fixed ASAP. It took an hour for them to even open the hood. And what a little beauty that was waiting underneath.A head gasket is blown and there is a bunch of coolant in my engine and my fans aren’t working to cool the car down. According to these gentlemen it happened all in the span of 24 hours. This is completely insane. With the amount of coolant in there, there is a 0% that it happened after I left. So after the $500 I just spent in there, I’m now expecting to pay them another $2000 because they MISSED my blown gasket.And the entire time the guy is telling my what going on, I’m trying to talk to him “sir I don’t underst” Couldn’t even finish my sentence. “I know you don’t understand ma’am it’s very confusing if you don’t know cars”. No sir, I’m not dumb. I know the words coming out of your mouth. What I don’t understand is how I brought it in here, left it for two days, and you MISSED this. That’s what I don’t understand. You didn’t even check to see if my turn signal was working, you really expect me to believe you looked at this and it was fine.Don’t waste your time. I don’t know if it’s that they have no idea what they’re doing or are just trying to take all of my money or maybe a healthy mix of both. On Monday when I walked in there, there was another woman in hysterics because they missed something in her car and caused the transmission to blow up. So as sad as it is, I know I’m not the only one.

Battery was draining. i suspected it was the radio install by the previous owner. so i paid over $300 to have the radio ripped out of the dash, the windows to stop working and the lighter to stop working.

This place is excellent, very helpful and friendly staff who helped me finance repairs on my truck, did an amazing job. Highly recommend this place :)

Awful Experience!I brought my car in to these guys yesterday and asked for a brake inspection. My pedal was sinking to the floor. I had previously gone to Toyota with the same issue and was given a reasonable quote. I am a man who firmly believes in garnering other quotes to be sure.Came here and immediately felt pressured. I was told that I needed back brake pads and back rotors. I told them the Dealership didnt recommend rotors, but this location at Midas told me they dont turn rotors. So, the quote I was given from here for my Master Cylinder and rear brakes far exceeded the dealership price.I ran out of here as fast as I could. I do not recommend this place cause if you come here, you must be rich! OVERPRICED!!!!!

Great staff and great mechanics

Not only did they not fix my car, they made it worse! I took my car in for a tire balance and rotation and an alignment. The guy behind the counter said I didn’t need an alignment and kept trying to sell me an oil change. My car pulls harder to the right than before and it shakes when I take off now.Also, I had just broken my foot about a week before I took my car in. When I came to pick it up, I waited patiently in the lobby while the guy behind the counter was making his golf reservations which took so long, the other guy that was doing nothing decided about twenty minutes in that he would help the lady with the cane (me). I asked where my car was and he said it was out back. I asked how I was supposed to get to it and he told me to go around back. I struggled with my cane to get out the door and hobbled all the way out back beyond the building, close to the street to get my car. My daughter saw me (she had taken me to get my car) and was furious that they didn’t bring my car to me.These guys are awful and they got paid anyway, which really pisses me off. I can’t manage my business that way or I would starve. I work hard for what I have and I don’t get to just sit around like these morons who I paid to fix my car that I depend on to do real work.

Wanted over $ 200.00 dollars for one axel of Brakes, went to their rival competitors and got both axles completed for $ 200.00 dollars

After getting a bunch of we dont do that, or itll be a few hundred bucks from pretty much everywhere local, a friend referred me to Midas to have my axelback exhaust installed on my 2019 Mustang. Install was less than $200 (right where I wanted it to be). I was quoted a time frame of 1hr 45min. It took less than an hour, and sounds awesome! Everyone was super friendly. The experience couldnt have been better.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! First, the man quoted me 119$ for my oil change. I get there and he tells me it will total with SHOP FEE AND LABOR (seriously!!) that it would be 149$ for my oil change. AN OIL CHANGE! Yes, I understand that my Jeep is diesel so 119$ ok I guess but 149!!! THEN, he tells me how I need to flush my coolant system, power steering fluid, air filter and (of course!) I need ALL new tires. For a meet 1300$ he can take care of it all!! Oh AND he can offer me a 0% interest for 6 months with Midas card. Unbelievable! Such crooks. I had my husband check everything and I DO NOT need tires or power steering fluid! Overall, Midas will NEVER EVER get another dime of my money!!

Interesting. My usual mechanic told me a week prior my tires are a little worn, but nothing serious. Tom, at Midas, told me they are smoked and needed replaced immediately. I couldnt help, but laugh as he started quickly pricing brand new tires greedy for an upsale when I came in for a simple patch. Now I remember why I stopped giving them business.

Give me for an oil change that is usually try to up-sell me a bunch of things that I really didnt need because I was going to be selling the car. I explained that... nice guys in and out in less than 😂30 minutes.

I came to have my front tire checked due to low pressure....all the desk personnel were pleasant,eager to help....even the mechanic to work on the tire was respectful, informative of a problem with the removal of lug nuts problem....there was a sense of conviviality, team work, peacefulness and they were busy......I felt well cared about.....they were not brusk, or stressed in appearance...it being a holiday Eve day....I would recommend them highly for service...it had a good atmosphere.....they were also good at having a plan b and c and the cost up front...their honesty was refreshing......GO MIDAS !!!!!!!!

They fixed a leak and serpentine belt. They did take a little longer then they said. The mechanic him self made me not want to go back. But the guys at the front desk were very nice.

Service manager and all staff were friendly. The problem with Trailblazer engine was diagnosed and parts installed in a matter of a few hours. Car is running great! Would highly recommend to family and friends. Happy to find a reliable automotive diagnostic team in Zephyrhills that is affordable and trustworthy.

I went in for a 100k mile tune up and needed brakes replaced on the rear of my vehicle. Jason Dobbs was extremely friendly and helpful. They werent high pressure and they were transparent through the whole process. They do a great job of LISTENING which seems to be a lost art. Very impressed with the work and service. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone.

I am making a review. I used to like them .I have spent 1500 dollars plus at this place over the past year and a half between brakes, tires, and oil changes. Never will I enter foot in this place. I made an appointment for an oil change at 11. I waited and 40 minutes later my car was still in the parking lot and not in the bay. Not acceptable. They lost my trust and business for good.

If u dont know about cars.. Dont go here. They will take advantage of you.. Customer picking up his own parts they order.. Much more disgusting things were done to my brother who has a mental disability.. And they surely took him for a ride. Guess they need a Christmas bonus.. I will be contacting corp.

Ive been taking my car here for about four years and theyre always friendly. They do whats needed to be done if they notice something wrong theyll advise you about but they dont pressure you to get it done here and now. Ive always been taking care of in a great timely manner. I can truly say I trust them with my car. Plus they always have great coupons deals online!

We bought a battery from this location late last year with a 2 year warranty. Today, our car died and our regular mechanic came out to see if we were ok because we panicked. Come to find out, Midass battery was under warranty so I called them. The manager was rude on the phone and told myself that I was unable to be helped at all. I was literally a 1/2 mile down the road and they refused to help me. So, I called my normal shop and they dropped everything they were doing to assist me on this 100 degree day. It was blistering hot and the manager and mechanic from my favorite shop was able to remove the battery for me and went back to Midas and exchange batteries. Even when I arrived in person at Midas they were mean and rude to me. They demanded I bring the car back to get my alternator check, after they didnt want to help me in the beginning. This will be the last time I ever come to Midas and I want everyone in town to know my story. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my 50 years of driving cars.

Excellent all around experience whenever I get work done with them. Theyre always friendly and easy to understand, and whenever they tell me what needs to be done or what it will cost I check it against other mechanics opinions, and Midas is always right on point! Theyve even told me what I can do to avoid them having to charge me for extra labor or parts. Im always so skeptical of mechanics, but these guys keep proving themselves reliable!

They will check your car all over to make sure its safe and working properly. If not they show you, up front, what needs fixed and prices.

These guys have always treated me honestly and fairly. Always friendly and kind. Today I went in with a bunch of dashboard lights on. They managed to figure out it was a loose gas cap and Subaru’s can throw up funny errors when that happens. They could have overcharge me, but didn’t. I appreciate an honest job well done!

The shop owner is a nice guy and the crew does good work. Plus they keep their waiting room clean, so thats pretty cool. Theres ten mechanics just around the corner, but this one I like the most.

COME ON MIDAS!!!! You guys are my go to guys and never had a complaint but when I get back home and see a nice little oil trail going up my driveway and find out my OIL PLUG WAS LOOSE!!!...which I tightened by myself....its cool though...take 5 might be the better option

I had my wifes car oil changed, brakes and rotors replaced and tires rotated. The Zephyrhills store did a very nice and quick job. The shop was clean and comfortable and very friendly. Why go anyplace else?

We were in a real jam. My son had just graduated from St. Leo University and we needed his truck repaired to get him and his belongings home to Ft Lauderdale. It was almost 3:30 pm on a Saturday when we found the Midas in Zephyrhills still open.Tom Truce may have been the most helpful person I ever encountered at an auto repair shop. After talking to him for 5 minutes I felt like I knew him my whole life.He assured us it would be fixed. He had his equally friendly crew get right on it. Repaired the sway bar and checked some leaking hoses. All was fixed in no time, and at a great price.Thanks to Tom and crew. You could have really stuck it to us, but instead you made a few friends.

Bad bad bad! Husband was given an estimate of $1600 to repair my AC. Took it to another garage and the diagnostic was not only incorrect, but all I needed was a compressor and it saved me $700. Ripoff alert!

Nice quiet place. All the mechanics are very professional and understand their job. This is the fourth time I have been here and I have never had a bad experience. Been to other mechanic shops around the area which I would not refer a goat too. But this place is top notch. Incompetent and Overpriced

The service was fine, but I went in for an oil change and they came up with a list of things to fix total of 1500. Said all 4 engine mounts needed replaced for instance. Second opinion found only one broken. Saved myself $600 by getting a second opinion. Certainly doesnt earn my trust or future business.

Waiting for over 30 mins to get a plug in a tire while three employees are just sitting around never again....

Since they have gotten new office staff the store is amazing Josh who is one of the 2 store managers is great took care of my drive time warranty work for me and went above and beyond by finding other problems with my car that needed to be fixed before my warranty was up thank you for your great service

Guys did some electrical wiring for me on short notice for a fair price, tech was willing to talk to me directly and when I inspected his work it was clear he went above and beyond while making connections and running the wires. Excellent experience.

This shop is very clean and the customers are well taken care of, had my brakes looked at a local dealer was told they need to be changed . Took a second opinion here at zephyrhills midas and realized i would have wasted my money. Got to love an honest repair shop . They are very few and far between.

I spoke to Josh (manager) an hour before they were about to close for the day. As soon as got there he had the tech take my vehicle right in. Got me in and out fast. Thanks Josh.

Never go here unless you enjoy being insanely over charged. Wanted to charge me about 3k for brakes arms and an alignment. Went here based off the customer service I got in Alabama will never return here.

Staff is very friendly, however, don’t go here if you don’t have money to waste needlessly. They will tell you things you “need” to have done ASAP only to find out it wasn’t as urgent as they made it out to be, and they are also very expensive. Go across the street and talk to Shawn and the guys at Ice Cold Air - they will take care of you every single time, and the repair guys Gareth & Nelson will not BS you just to make an extra buck.
