The store is nice and staff are great. The pharmacy is constantly late for timelines they give. They can never fill orders quickly and keep the drive thru line quick and the staff inside openly mocks customers where they can been seen and heard.Today, I went in and they were all laughing about being behind and asking a car to park because they were late again and they joked you dont have to go home but you cant stay in the drive thru ... When they were late. Awful awful store. Go to ANY other CVS

Used to be a good pharmacy.They never answer the phone when calling - always a 20+ minute wait.Today I went to get my prescription and waited for 45 minutes as the second car in the drive thru. When I got home they gave me one pill instead of two, and the girl that gave them to me told me she put my debit card in the bag with the prescriptions, when I got home my card is not in the bag. When I called they said they had two other debit cards but neither one was mine.

New pharmacist is Impossible to deal with. She is not loving her job and it shows. She refuses to check on perscriptions, she is argumentative and rude.Besides her sterling personality, she does not do well at the job either. I get Rx I cant open because of caps, I no longer can get my meds sent by mail because she does not believe that I live clorese enough.I have been using this CVS for 20 years, it was wonderful when Sammy worked there.I have transferred all my familys business to the CVS on Rt 54 and Morris Bridge. I have 15 Rxs and my wife has seeral as well. I will miss the 24hr availability but I cant even get my meds when I need them now.This CVS HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SUPPORT.

If I could give this place a 0, I would. I understand being short-staff, long lines, COVID vaccines, COVID testing, poor corporate ownership, etc. Each pharmacy is equipped with enough people to answer a phone and fill prescriptions, two things that are rarely, if ever done at this pharmacy. Each time I call, I am on hold for over 40 minutes regularly before even receiving a Hello this is CVS, can you please hold? Do you guys do this to all your patients? Asking for a friend. But if you are wondering why flocks of people are leaving your pharmacy....it is because of the service you are providing, not because you do not have enough help.

If I could give no stars I would! I was on vacation here from out of state when my son’s prescription ran out. While I still had a few pills, I went to this CVS to get the prescription transferred and filled. Two days later, they still hadn’t even contacted my pharmacy at home!!! I have never encountered such a poorly-managed pharmacy!

Worst pharmacy ever. If there was a zero that would be my choice. Needed to speak to someone and was on hold for 45 minutes. No one ever answered. Went to drive thru Sat for 30 min. They need to hire more staff. If I wasnt still ill from covid I would go elsewhere. October and open enrollment I will be changing my part D plan.

Awesome staff, its 1pm 5/29/2021, got the vax and all Im saying is, the professionalism of the pharmacy is top notch, calm and respectful, understanding and willing to listen, mostly forced lol. So many people have came in that were crazy and just rude, mentally off, coming in ready to cuss out and trying to destroy anyones day, its been easy smooth and entertaining experience here. Bless the customer service staffers of any business.

Not answering the calls!!!! If its going to be a long wait you need to let the customers know!!! Calling about a diabetic pricker, called in by my Dr. And I am pregnant... you guys are seriously the worst going to switch where I get my prescriptions!!!!

CVS on 54 confirmed that my prescription was available at this location, waited in line again and they told me 20 minutes, I said I’d come back in the morning - came back the next day they say they can’t take my PPO insurance so they’ll call it into Walgreens across the street. Walgreens sent me on another 3 hour goose chase. 🙄 How I cant get my simple prescription filled 24 hours later is beyond me. Sell your stocks now, because these places are going to go out of business with this level of service. They treat you like a number and don’t care how important it is for you to get your medication ASAP. I do NOT recommend getting prescriptions at either store chain nor will I be giving them any of my business ever again.

I stopped by the store to take photo, and I don’t like the service rendered, the staff was so rude . I said I need 4 copies of the photo but he insisted I will only need 2 . Where’ s the costumer’s right? I think the costumer is always right. I will not stop by that store again.

Can you post negative 5 for I am here in fla trying to find comfort at my dear friends home after the sudden death of my husbandI use cvs in my state of SC all the time, I have the same medication filled when I visit family in NJ,in NC yet the pharmacist here in zepherhills fl.said she will not fill my monthly MONTHLY Pain medication for even though I have all the proper paperwork, proper rx, proper identification .SHE OR HE will not fill it .I will be notifying my ins co, CVS home office and the media of the awful way this CVS STORE treats visitors to this town/stateI am mortified of the way I have been treated.I strongly recommend anyone

As I read other reviews there is are common problems. Pharmacy having rude staff, problem getting prescriptions filled, and not answering the phone. What is sad is the store managers dont have control of the Pharmacy yet they are the ones who get all the complaints. This is an everyday complaint with the Pharmacy. I was thrilled when I switched insurance so I could go back to Walgreens. Now I have to deal with them for my nephew. Same issues I had are still going on. Its such a shame because the store is nice. The Pharmacy is a big problem that is causing a loss in store revenue because we are leaving the store to go other places to fill our prescriptions. I have found out I can use a different Pharmacy that is the same distance away. Pretty bad that my boyfriend went down there drove right up to the window and asked the girl if they were ever going to answer the phone. The girl rolled her eyes and still wouldnt answer the phone. It took 3 days for an antibiotic for my 5 year old nephew. I know a new Pharmacy manager is supposed to come in but they need a new staff also for the Pharmacy department. I also made a complaint to customer services 800 number.

Lack of knowledge of the technician on otc generic medication also being told with two sick kids that the wait would be twenty minutes came back through drive thru thirty minutes later to be told that it had changed and would need to give them another hour for breathing meds and steroids there are at least thirty pharmacies in town try all the other 29 first

The retail portion of store #651 is wonderful, clean bright and friendly along with great sales and dollar off coupons. The pharmacy however is sorely lacking in the ability to fill a prescription in a timely ( let alone quick) manner whoever is in charge of hiring the pharmacist and pharmacy staff should reconsider their past choices..

I would much rather give a ZERO ! The pharmacy is terrible to work with. I went without my medication for 5 days all because CVS had my Gender incorrect . The Only way they were willing to help me or figure out the situation is by me telling them they had to call my Insurance company to figure out what was wrong. All they had to do was slow down & actually look at my account to see that the gender was clearly wrong. They do not care about their customers what so ever !

The pharmacy techs could learn some customer service skills and not be so rude and condescending. When someone that’s sick calls to find out why their prescription is taking so long to fill. 3 hours of waiting for someone that needs an inhaler to breathe is a lifetime ! You don’t need to be a jerk!

If I could give a negative I would. I have had several times now they say they do not have a medicine in stock and expect you to wait a week or two for them to fill it. I went to hospital with and eye injury. The hospital sent script to CVS and when I go to get it they are out of stock. So they tell me I CAN CALL WROUND TO OTHER Pharmacys and they will send it over. I said no you should be the one calling. I dont even know what the medicine is. Then they say, we will call the hospital and get different medicine for you that we have in stock. Then when I call to find out with they are doing they tell me they called the hospital and it was a fax number and that they will not try to get the right number or anything else. I reported it to CVS customer service and they said they do not have any special customer service in store. If store dont want to be bother then screw you. I WILL NEVER GO TO A CVS AGAIN!!

My son was given a new prescription for stomach issues. I took it to CVS pharmacy which my husband has used for many years. They partially filled the order as a 1&2/6 and when I went back for the rest they said they couldnt fill it. Long story short, many months passed were I was going back and fort between my sons Drs office and CVS pharmacy with no results. The CVS staff was dismissive and genuinely uninterested in helping me. I feel like with each shift they kept passing the buck to the next one. One day I went in and asked about it in person. The young tech behind the counter sneered and looked at me as though I had 3 heads and said they had gotten all of the orders from the Drs office but they dont have it in stock. Not only that, but the prescription that my son was taking for several months before the new was even prescribed was the month before I finally gave up on CVS also suddenly stopped being filled by CVS. My father-in-law had to pay $70 dollars just to get it for one month when it is free with his insurance. I am DISGUSTED with this pharmacy and I and my children will NEVER use them again. I am now a happy and well taken care of patron of X-tra Discount Drugs. There is only one main pharmacist and she does everything in her power to help solve any problems.

I will definitely change my pharmacy tomorrow morning! I had called my daughters prescription in right after work, they told me it will be ready in half an hour to two hours. My husband went to pick up the prescription 5 hours later and they told him it wasn’t ready that they had put it in for the next day. My daughter had asthma and needed her medicine. This wasn’t the first time this happen. I have two daughters with asthma and every time i go and pick up their prescription it’s never ready and we have to wait even more time. It’s ridiculous and unacceptable. I never been to a pharmacy that takes so long to fill a prescription. Even thought we live right next to the pharmacy I’m willing to drive miles more to just have my prescription on time.

December 5 @ 9:30 am I dropped off a prescription to be filled. Planning on picking it up after work. When I returned at 8:10 pm. I was told the prescription wasnt ready yet. When I asked why because they had more than 10 hours too fill it,. The girl said they are a little bit behind. I advised her they wasnt a little bit behind. They was more than 10 hours behind. I was tired, I hade just work 11 hours I was ready to get my medicine and go home she told me it would be about 15 minutes. Sorry but to me thats unacceptable for me to wait longer because they forgot to fill my medicine. Needless to say I left and went home. I was only sorry I didnt get the prescription back from her and take it to Walgreens. If I had thought of it thats exactly what I would have done.

This store wants to offer a flu shot, when the pharmacy is to busy to fill scrips they have had for 5 hours. Even after you go earlier in the day to get it. Drive and try again still not ready another hour. But they will sure stop to give shots. How about more staff??? Who pays for all the time and fuel wasted going back and forth. CVS you don’t care about your customers this happens every time I need meds.

Since Sam left the Pharmacy to open his place the service in CVS has gone down. Not friendly anymore, slow, and rude. I guess we will be following Sam to his pharmacy. Its amazing how just that one person made such a difference in our experience.

This is the BEST pharmacy I have ever been to! The staff is absolutely amazing. They make sure a person is noticed and addressed when walking up to a pharmacy counter, they are excellent at finding less expensive alternatives for medications when you are a self pay customer. I have always been treated exceptionally kind when visiting this CVS - I also have a friend who was from another county visit and commented on how many RXs they fill, how efficient they are as well as how wonderful their attitude was. Thank you CVS on Eiland for Outstanding service!

Alright so my cousin and I were waiting and waiting in the drive through and it took like, half an hour of just waiting. It was crazy, we were hoping to be in and out real quick, but no man, that didnt happen at all! I dont wanna give them any stars for real, especially cause one of the people that were taking our prescription wasnt all that nice. 0/10 bad show.

So my boyfriend and I get home from work on Halloween about 11 pm he start having an asthma attack (hes had many before) but his inhaler was out and Claritin-D helps. I still have my scary makeup on but o rush to CVS and the pharmacist refuses to sell me any tells me they are out, probably thinks Im using it for drugs. My boyfriend calls tells the pharmacist he is having an asthma attack and asks if they carry anything such as claritin-D to help, he says yes they do. Oh really, you do carry it because thats not what you told me. You were not only unhelpful but incredibly rude to me. My boyfriend cannot breathe and you couldnt help because you were to busy judging me, its sad what the world has come to.

I hate this store.I have called and while I was waiting for someone to come back to the phone I had enough time to drive to the other cvs on 301 and I handed them my phone.It took 20 minutes and still on hold.Now this has happened many times before.The girls have there click and they are in no way going to move any faster.And its not winter yet.They dont listen and by no way are they going to do any resurch to help you.Save yourself some heart ache and find another pharmacy.I did.

If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. Unhelpful and rude. I ask if they could contact my sons Dr to get the consent forms because I had done it 3x already. Dr said they were sent. I asked if they could contact Dr to make sure it was going to right place. I got a i dont know how to help you. Um excuse me my son depends on this medicine Im playing middle man between Dr and cvs... nope I switched to Walgreens today. No time to deal with the rude people there only 1 good pharmacist at cvs and thats the male one not the female one she has way to much attitude. Last time I attempted to switch they called to apologize gave them a 2nd chance. Never again.

I work for a doctors office and this specific location is probably the worst at answering their phones. Our patients complain about the staff and the staff is not pleasant when you do actually get ahold of them. It is ridiculous. I get everyone is busy but customer service is key and if you dont have it then you should probably switch professions.
