Just make sure you double-check your meds I had just gotten out of the hospital and and told them I didnt want some of the medicines and I told him which ones he named him and I told him which ones I didnt want well the meds I was going to pick up were only going to be $30 but he the pharmacist gave me all of them which I told him I didnt want my daughter picked up my meds and she she didnt know that he did thatplease double-check and yeah Im down $50 because of that so I am no longer at Walgreens Im at CVS now

Other than issues getting my Wal-phed I have to take every morning no other issues. They are always helpful. Call to check how your new meds are working. Keep me updated on my prescriptions if there is a delay. If I have an issue the pharmacist himself comes to aid in resolving it. Yes there has been some issues with a couple of the girls being rude, but I always ask if they are having a rough day. 9 times out of 10 they have had a bad day. Dont forget they are human too. Sometimes it is the customers who have been feeling bad, sick, in pain ect.. who have been nasty to them all day. But overall I have had good service with them.As for the store part never had problems there either. Usually well stocked and are convenient. Great prices on cokes.

Very unpolites staff work in the counters . Next to impossible to get through on the phone with. Got hung up on 10 times !

I havent been shopping here at all because they dont print a weekly ad and I dont have a computer to find it online. I only have my phone. I told them at the store and they said I could walk up and down the aisles and check out all the prices. Good luck on your new policy.

The staff is not very friendly. I went to pick up my online order and they were lost didnt know if they have it ready or not, the cashier didnt help at all, he saidthey might be in the photo department waiting me so I walked over that department saw my items purchase and so I grabbed them and walk to the exit, but another employee stopped me right away and said maam you need to stop right there and come back like I was a freaking robber stealing stuff. Sir this cashier said that it was over in that department and so I grabbed it,. I didnt know that I had to check out. Like what the hell, Im a the customer..SMH

Terrible customer service, disingenuous, and poor timeliness. My husband went out of his way to get these prescriptions filled, the pharmacists told him it would take a while because they had to wait for CVS to send the prescription over otherwise it would only be 15-20 minutes. My husband went to CVS to confirm they faxed over the prescription, and then back to Walgreens to confirm it’s been sent, they still gave him a 2 hour wait time, after 2 hours of killing time around town, he came back to pick up and they told him to wait another half hour. Time is money, they’re wasting my time, I’m done giving them my money. This is not the way to run business in this era. And certainly not a way to treat customers who rely on prescriptions in a timely manner.

Some of the rudest checkout personnel in town. I dont go there much since they have the slowest pharmacy around. Too little staff. Changed to CVS across the street. And when many of those people went to the new Zephyrhills Community Pharmacy, I went there. However, I still go to CVS from time to time since they sell more than just prescriptions. But today, August 7th at 3:00 PM had to go to Walgreens for something. The item I wanted was $16.99 but with a digital coupon it was $5 off. So I used my phone to clip the coupon and got confirmation. However, when I went to check out the register did not show the discount. I showed the phone to the checkout lady and she called her supervisor who could not have cared less. She said it was my fault. She looked in her book and sure enough it had the discount listed, but she was annoyed that it did not show up and I must have done something wrong. In most stores they would have apologized and would have overridden the cash register to give me the legitimate discount. Instead she insulted me and told me I should go to the parking lot to try to connect and clip the coupon again! Here in 95 degree weather! This is not the first time people have complained about the attitude in Walgreens. And I can tell you I will never go there again and will recommend that my friends and family switch. There are friendlier and better pharmacies in Zephyrhills, FL.

No one enforcing county mandate on masks. What’s the point of all the signs & everyone else wearing one if you’re going to allow people to check out without a mask on? If you’re looking for somewhere to hang out at without a mask & spread disease head on over to Walgreens.

My grandparents were doing their good deed for the day, buying teddy bears for all the kids in the pediatrics ward for advent health in Tampa. Jim, the store manager, added an extra discount and extra items to give to the kids as well! Genuinely an extremely nice guy!! First time meeting him, but his thoughtfulness made him shine! We need more people like him (and my loving grandparents 😊) in the world! Kiddos for giving this position to someone so well deserving!

I am here from MI to be with my 95 year old Gma and the staff here never cease to amaze me! See, I am visually impaired/blind and things are sometimes a little more difficult for me there has never been a moment where I have felt like an inconvenience to any of their staff when asking for help thank you Walgreens for making my time here easier!! Special shout out to Francis seriously an amazing good hearted caring woman you are so very appreciated

Whenever I go to the pharmacy and Crystal is working, she is always so rude cold, no greeting, and condescending. Also, Ive had her on the phone, same way. One time I didnt have enough money to pick up both of my scripts. When I said I only was going to get one, she said very rudely why not!! . She was obviously frustrated at me. What happened to customer service . Ive been a customer for a long time with Walgreens and all I as.k for is some common courtesy

Older Lady Closing Cashier was very rude I do understand were having a pandemic crisis but its a way to talk to customers and one thing I will not allow anyone to disrespect me in any type away I come to that location all the time because I ran a business next door never have I had a problem because Im use to everybody there but her so I politely left my stuff on the counter as we were exchanging words and walked out without purchasing good way to lose the store money I want go back

This store was 24 hours but reduced it hours which I found very disappointing. With that said, they do sometimes have some great deals, just make sure you sign up for on of points cards to save the most.

From out of town, my son, who has asthma was having issues and the pharmacist came out and was very helpful in making sure I got the right OTC medication for his needs. Clean store.

Horrible .Don’t use their Fed ex. The bald man is mean and hateful . The manager lady is horrific as well. It’s the worst Walgreens. I was treated like a street person . I won’t come here if my life depends on it .

Cant use store credit on items I wanted, theyre happy to take your money and if you return items after a certain amount of they give you store credit but limit what you can buy with the store credit ! Total bs Walgreens at 301 and Eiland has gone to hell in a hand in the past year and the store on sr54 and dead dairy Rd is even worse especially the little greasy haired witch of a ASM .

@SunflowerGirl776 SamGirl you are sooo right about Patrick. that man is rude not only to me but my drs as well. He makes up conflicting rules that change from one interaction to the next. Hes never tried to inquire about anything but my credibility or need for the medication my Dr wrote for me. Before my run ins with Patrick, this was my favorite Walgreens. Shame.

Reasonable winter wait times.

Horrible management, could not assist me instead the manager and attendant where petting a dog that their friends brought in the store, even had to go outside to find the manager at a later time to come back in to help but nothing but attitude. Overall horrible experience.

Half of my RXs go to Walgreens, half to CVS.. even when Im in the wrong location they are most helpful!
