If you see it and like it buy it or it might be gone. We bought a couch for our Florida room and a beautiful wing back for our living room. Exceptional quality of furniture and great prices compared to several of the other local ReStores. Recently saved thousands on my kitchen remodel as they had two brand new kitchen appliances I almost ordered new at Lowes but stumbled across on the Facebook marketplace. Will be back!! Staff was so helpful.

I was so excited to go over an hour and see a big habitat store. But when they say theyre all independently owned they mean it. Not even a bathroom to use! Nebraska sure has this store beat. Wouldnt let me hold my dog in(but I could walk her in on a leash...) wouldnt help me load a stove. No warranty. Told me the stove had never been installed. Big fib. If it doesnt work Ill probably lose it...I could have been warned about all that before I got there... I was sad. These places are usually my cup of tea! And with 8 rentals I buy a lot. Not here.

They have different stuff every time I go at a great price

I used to love this place. The prices have gotten so high on used and returned goods from hardware box stores. Why buy something at full price when you can get it new at the same price sometimes cheaper. The average house built by them cost 90,000. People have to pay for these houses that most volunteers build. This stuff is mostly given to them. A multi million dollar company that doesnt even have a restroom. Think and do research on those who are supposed to help others. Seems someone is helping their selves. Sorry, I wish I could have said something nicer.

Worst Habitat Restore in the USA. Warehouse is only half full. Products waiting outside to be priced. Because there is not enough room? Compared to other Restores this one is by far the worst. A real shame.

Used to be a lot less expensive. Still clean and friendly...just isnt affordable to fixed low income people.

I compared prices to home depot and lowes for some door locks they were missing parts..They wanted $60 home depot online wants 89.00.There was a vent fan for an attic with duct work $275 Also overpriced.I also looked at handbags.I will return for the Fantastic customer service with a smile. I hope after reading this email prices are adjusted accordingly.

I used to purchase stuff here all the time . Had very good prices till a couple years ago. Not sure what has happened. Prices have gone up and might as well purchase it from the big retailer. Because of something is missing at least you can return it.

I am a regular weekly customer with frequent shopper card. I have a $10. loyalty card credit for spending a lot. I wanted to make a purchase of approx 200 pieces of costume jewelry. The cashier was counting the jewelry while I was getting my cards out. She totaled it and said she did not know how to ring in the $10. credit. So she called Jenny . When Jenny came to the register she said in a very stern tone. I cant use my card because I did not show it before. I explained to her I did not know. She said very nasty there is a sign on the counter. I said I did not see it? Then she moved some newspapers that was on top of a sign, She was very nasty at that point. Saying you can use your card next time. I did not say anything. The cashier offered to re-ring the purchase. But, Jenny was still being nasty ranting and raving about the situation . So, I said forget it. I walked out with my son. She was nasty to me in front of my son and many other customers. The customers were also upset she was treating me that way.I came back to the store to get her name and the corporate phone number.. Jenny would not show her face when the cashier asked her to come. The cashier gave me an incorrect number and only told me that ladies name was Jenny... I told her I am a regular customer and they have lost my business I do not deserve to be treated like garbage. I am a person with disabling effects from a recent stroke. I believe she was nasty to me because my disability.. I called the corporate office and am still waiting on a call back. Unless she is fired for the way she treated me. I will never step foot into or give donation to Habitat store.

Been going here for years since they first opened in Dade City, now I wouldnt waste my time- ever.Drove 20 min. to the Z-hills location hoping for an exchange on an item my husband had gotten totaling a mere $8.50. Drill didnt work so figured it would be no problem, right? WRONG. No refunds I understood to begin with, but no exchanges! Items should be checked in store before being sold, with ITEM TESTED sticker like they used to do.What set me off was the rudeness of the lady behind the counter. It was really a talk to the hand moment! I was shut down completely after just mentioning the item!What happened to all the super friendly people that worked there over 2-5 yrs ago??Save your money & shop at the Hospice thrift stores, at least they are for a good cause!Restore has lost sight of what they stood for. Dont bother with this place, JUST. DONT. BOTHER.

Prices are too high!! I can buy most of the items for $5 more and have a return policy. I have loved this store for years! We started shopping in 2009 and built our house with 80% of our materials coming from this store. But because of the prices, we go once a month to check prices. Not sure where you get your prices from but you may want to seriously rethink the information.

The staff member I dealt with was very rude. I had a trailer full of items, a bedroom set, a tandem bike, many good items that could be sold and a profit made to support Habitats mission to build homes for those in need and employ people in the community. I can understand and respect if you don’t want to accept certain things, but you don’t have to be rude about it.

This is the most expensive Habitat for Humanity Ive ever been to in my life. Re modeling my own home I have never been to one that was this outrageously expensive I would not recommend but thats just me

They have a lot but the price is high on a lot of things. They need to check on that. But they do have a lot of things .go check them out.

After reading all the comments, we tried to give the benefit of doubt with this store. With respect that they have overhead and they buy a lot of bulk close outs from big box stores. A lot of their new products are new old stock (i.e a drilled powered sink snake, drill not included) was priced at 32.99 and was made in 1996. I would suggest they stop that practice as most of the items show volume in the store but has very little market value. Furthermore, we saw all the advertising on Facebook marketplace and that they had cabinets starting at $30. That was false advertising as there was not a single cabinet under $40. We will not be returning to this store.

Great place to donate slightly used home items so another family can use them for their remodeling project. All proceeds go to help the fantastic Habitat for Humanity charity. Great people here helping a great organization! Thank you also to the crews that do the home donation pickups, they visited our home and collected many large and unruly chandeliers. Thank you for your help and dedication!

Wow what “wonderful” customer service. My husband asked about a certain item and what was wrong with it as it had been there for months. The cashier said “it’s been here because a lot of people like YOU look at it. They all want it but they don’t have the money”.Can we say rude!! Don’t be making assumptions on everyone there madame. He could have bought it there and then. You just lost one large sale.

Most of the prices are way too high! Instead of asking people to reach out to you, how about LOWERING YOUR PRICES?!?!?!?!?! You cannot sell USED stuff that high! I know for a fact I can go ANYWHERE else cheaper! I can understand selling new stuff at a higher price but not used stuff!

I just saw a picture for 120.00! And a cigar box for 20.00! Looks more like high end antique store prices. I use to shop here because I can not afford New stores. I bought a metal bed frame that was wrapped up, but advertised as a complete set. I even double checked with the person at the register to make sure that was accurate. When I got home it was missing half of the pieces, but when I tried to return it I was told they dont do cash refunds and instead gave me gift cards (even though it was their error). When I went to redeem the gift cards I was told they no longer accept them. So they just stole money from me and wouldnt even apologize or admit they were wrong. Horrible service and I wont be spending any more money there.

I visit the local Reuse Stores everywhere I travel. This was first visit to the Zephyrhills Reuse Store. They prominently post at the entrance that will not help with loading, which creates a hardship for customers looking to buy and take out furniture who are by themselves. I was very interested in buying a glass cabinet, but without help getting it in my truck, i didnt purchase anything. I am sure they have lost sales because of this policy.

Not worth visiting. Just a bad all around store. Ive gone to two other habitat for humanity locations and they had much better prices and staff. The store just feels like an abandoned warehouse.

Very disappointed. My husband and I had a pickup scheduled for today, was told it would be late in the afternoon and we would get a call when they were on the way, so we had plenty of time to make sure someone was home. They showed up around 12 and we received no call before hand as we were told, so no one was home. No big deal, I called and explained the situation asking if someone would be able to come later in the day as they stated they would originally, I was told no it wouldn’t be until JULY 10th. It’s June 26th. We’ve already been waiting a week. It’s disappointing because in the past we have used other donation services, but now that we live in Zephyrhills I wanted to donate somewhere in the community. I understand you are usually given a window of time which is completely reasonable but we specifically asked for a phone call and a time of day so we can make sure we are home as our schedules don’t allow us to spend a whole weekday at home. At the very least I would have at least expected better customer service, Linda who I spoke with about the situation was unhelpful to say the least. I will be using other donation services from here on out, based on the other reviews it sounds like our furniture would have ended up overpriced anyway.

The worse customer service. The cashier stated the company fired all the previous employees for stealing store credits. If you have any (like me) dont even try to use it or you will be treated like a thief too. Prices are too high compared to Goodwill or Salvation Army.

The prices are ridiculous! They are supposed to be selling things to make money to help the less fortunate people. It is hard to make money when the prices are so high that nobody buys anything. There was several things I wanted but I wont pay the prices they put on the items.

The place has an assortment of items. Like every where else you got to know you prices so you dont spend to much on a used item.

This store is way over priced. Im not sure where they get their prices but Ive see items with the dollar tree store logo and its marked 2.00 dollars. Ive been to several Habbitat stores and they are all over priced. But this one is extreme. Not everything is over priced but a lot of house wares and linens. Ive seen spray paint cans 1/4 full with no cap marked 2 dollars when bran new its only 3.98. Next time Im going to take pictures and then go find the same thing at a retail store and compare the two. You all get most things donated and you support a good cause but why not give the people who dont qualify for a new home or that cant buy what your selling bran new a break as well. I know Im just one person but I will stop shopping there because I cant afford your prices. Ive also noticed on these reviews that you guys stop answering. Dont you see the pattern of all these reviews? Are we all wrong?

Went in a week or two ago. Staff was extremely rude to me. Also heard a man in the back area on a personal call making fun of a disabled man that was in the store. Prices are hit or miss.

An ok place to get off the wall used items I just wish theyd wouldnt try gouging the average consumer. Some of the things they have and are selling they are charging more money than Walmart charges for this stuff & it was actually donated to them so please stop trying to get rich and help the people the way Habitat for Humanity was originally intended for JUST SAYIN

A good place to get what you need for the house if you are in a budget

My husband and I went in on 7/21/17 and asked about the guitar and guitar strings that were there the day before and a woman in the front was so rude saying quote, Ive been here a month and a half and Ive never seen a guitar or the strings! Youre inthe wrong place! End quote.I myself almost went over that counter! She is going to come across someone who cares about nothing and be in trouble with them if her customer skills arent improved. Thats ridiculous! Also volunteers DO NOT AND SHOULD NOT follow customers around the store!

I asked where I could try on the several clothing items I had in my hands and the cashier shrugged. I said so you have no dressing room? the cashier said guess not. i said ok and put all my items back. They need a lesson in customer service. Will not be back.

I like this place but the prices have gone up. We bought a home in Dec 2014 we didnt have much to make it a home or the money to buy all new stuff. On one income raising two kids we needed this place. The prices have gone up lately. Everytime I go in now needing stuff for a project, they have what I need but I have to go without because I cant afford it. Where do you turn when you cant afford Habitat for Humanity???

Use to be a great store before the new management. Now over priced can get it new at home depot for a couple of dollors more and it will work. Purchased a mirrior a was told i could not open the box to check it out. But was told by clerk that it was not broken. Well it was. When i ask about returning it was told all sales are final. Was there today item did not have a price was told to wait while they get a price. Waited for 20 min and no respose from the two young kids that where working behind the registerI wounld not recommend this store. The new managment has sent this place into a death spiral

Very overpriced on most of the merchandise. Example- Saw a huffy bicycle today. Every inch of metal was rusted, two flat tires that were cracked and definitely would have to be replaced, the seat was split and ripped. The price was $25. Ridiculous. For under a hundred can buy a brand new one. Would wind up costing that much to fix up the crappy one! smh.

The prices were not the best I saw office desk for $367.00 and $229.94 I believe that high. And they were prices from other vendors on items and they cashier wanted ti charge me higher.

Creepy volunteer and lazy staff. Learned that they were closing an hour early AFTER I got my two small kids out of the van by a woman who said they had no employees. Because one person cant run that place for an hour or even long enough for a mom who just lugged her two kids, aged under three, out of their vehicle to look at a few things? Lazy. Lazy. Lazy.

Unbelievable, went there today with my daughters looking for a night table. Couldnt find what I was looking for but decided to purchase some small items (considering I drove 40 min from home to the store) and use one of my two $10 credit I got months ago. When showed to the cashier, the woman next to her said oh no, I cannot accept this, I cant honor this. When explained I got them because months ago, I made a purchase and the employees damaged before I took it home and instead of giving my money back I got the two cards. The cashier and the woman next to her stated they cannot honor my credit because the employees were stealing using the credits and ALL got fired. They were rude and made me feel in front of my daughters like I stole the cards and nothing Ill said or explain matter. Avoid this store at all means. Horrible customer service and items are more expensive than Goodwill or salvation army.

When looking for a piece of furniture that I can restore, this is the first place I look. Things change often so I often stop in just to see whats there.

Prices are a little better than last time I came but it is not worth the trip. People that work there seem to have a chip on their shoulder.
