I must say that Eagle is a top notch auto repair business. I took my car in for some front end noise and they very vigilant about finding the source of the problem. When they had to keep my car longer than expected, they simply handed me the keys to a rental as to not inconvenience me at all. The really great thing is they did not keep racking up the $$$$ while they investigated the problem like other auto repair companies do. In the end, my suspension is tighter than it has ever been and drives better than new. Hats off to Scott and his team!!!

My ol 98GMC Yukon had some issues, the transmission gave up the ghost. Eagle Auto got me in and had my reclaimed transmission installed. Then I ran into some other issues that took a bit more to figure out, as parts are hard to get these days. In the end they figured it out, fixed my front brakes as well per my request. Pricing was fair and the service from Scott and the group was great. Convenient location and friendly service. I would trust them with my vehicle again no problem. Kudos to Eagle Auto!

10/10 service! My truck’s exhaust system had failed on my way to Virginia. After calling numerous mechanics, eagle automotive answered the call and was very accommodating in helping my family and I get back on the road as soon as possible. Not only did they fix my truck but they ensured I had a ride to conduct any errands I needed to do. Thank you very much for your help when no other mechanic was able to!!!

Easily the best experience I’ve had taking my car somewhere. Scott went above and beyond helping me get my car done. They diagnosed it and personally drove it to the dealership to get it fixed since it was under warranty, and also personally drove it and picked it up to the Tire Store for me because it needed two new tires. He definitely did not have to do that, but again went above and beyond typical customer service. They made my life so much easier by all the extra help! Really awesome customer service!

Probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at an auto shop. Easy to schedule an appointment, easy process to drop my car off the night before. Kept me informed throughout the day. Even let my husband come back to take a look at things before we went through with a major repair. Can say they now have our trust and our business as long as we live in Indy!

This is the place if you want your car maintained and repaired the right way for a fair price. They are quality mechanics and quality people. My only criticism, and this is a small thing, is that they’re so good that they’re always busy. They will get you in if your off the road, but you need to plan ahead a day or two for regular maintenance stuff. I’ve been using Eagle for at least 7-8 years and have NEVER had a bad experience.

Whether it’s an oil change, Preventative service, or break/fix - I’ve learned enough over the years before I found Eagle automotive to know that Matt and his team can be trusted and relied upon. The whole team, from scheduling to diagnostic to review/check-out, has been friendly and knowledgeable. Service was snappy and personable. They took longer to get the job done than I would have liked, but it was the holidays, and they were very transparent and did good work. They may push to replace things a bit early as well, but never tried to fleece or overcharge. I would trust them with my car again, overall.

I dropped off my car for its oil change and regularly scheduled service. Because of COVID, theyre only doing drop-offs. However, Scott arranged a ride for me back home after I dropped of the car. When it was ready, since I wouldnt have a ride to the shop, he offered to drop the car off at my home for me. It was super convenient, and didnt cost extra! They are very thorough and I love the diagnostic report that they emailed me, including pictures, so that I knew exactly what they were referring to when they called to explain everything to me. They may find things that you weren’t expecting when you went in, but I would rather have that than find out later after it’s too late with more damage and repairs being more costly, not to mention a danger. Our safely is their priority. They are providing you with this important information but are not pushy if you choose not to have all the items repaired.I have been going to Eagle Automotive for years and refer everyone I know. Weve always had fantastic experiences with the staff at Eagle Automotive. Everyone is friendly, courteous and professional. The crew is very thorough and the pdf report explaining their findings and recommendations is a godsend. Rather than having it explained over the phone (and trying to visualize it), the report was sent to me as a text message. I was able read the report and SEE images illustrating important aspects of their recommendations, all at my convenience.Once I did that, I was able to talk to Matt Baker, our service rep, about what needed to be done. He presented me with various scenarios (these need to be done vs. this can wait) and also talked to me about controlling the overall cost of the repairs. Overall, we found the cost very economical based on the work done and it was money well spent.We will always take our vehicles there for service. It is well worth the effort to visit the fine folks at Eagle Automotive.

I have been going to Eagle Automotive for the past 9 months. They have replaced my brakes and just recently did some extensive work on the gear set for my vehicle. They have always taken the time to explain what is wrong with the vehicle, my options, the pros and cons to each fix they are recommending, and have been very patient. They are very professional and communicate well. All their employees have been great to interact with. They recommend service needed on your vehicle, but I have not felt pressured to get that service. If you are looking for a place you can trust it is Eagle Automotive!

I had an appointment on November 6th for an oil change. It took an hour and 40 minutes to complete. Just 2 hours later, I had oil all over my garage and drive way and the low engine oil light was on. I called Eagle Automotive and talked to Scott. After about an hour and a half, he brought me a rental car and had my vehicle towed back to the shop. By this time, my kids missed all their evening activities. Scott called me the next day around 11:30 and said my car was ready and that it was only 2 quarts low (hello....it only holds 7 total...). He set me up with a noon appointment for November 9th with Hooiser Wash Solutions to come professionally clean up the mess left behind. They never showed up, called or anything. Nor did Eagle Automotive. Upon leaving requested feedback to Eagle Automotive, it was then that they called and said they would send out a different company to clean up their oil mess. On November 20th, Scott said in a morning phone call that he would pass my information on to a professional cleaner and that they would call me right away after he and I were off the phone. Ive never been contacted. In addition to all of this, just 3 days after my oil change, I had my low washer fluid come on. I was told by Eagle Automotive that they top this off at each oil change. Sloppy, incomplete & unprofessional. Never again.

Argumentative, overpriced, and poor workmanship. Expect to be overcharged or taken advantage of. Don’t be fooled by your initial interaction. They only want your money and your blind trust.

I have taken my truck to Eagle Automotive for service on two occasions, and in both cases the service was prompt, thorough and I have been very satisfied with the quality of the work done. Although I have recently moved to the other side of Indianapolis, I will continue to bring my vehicle(s) to Eagle...because you never leave a quality mechanic.

Eagle Automotive is by far the best auto shop and I knew it the first time I brought my car in by the way the employees interacted with all of the customers. They truly take the the time to get to know you and ensure you know exactly what they are looking at/fixing on your car by sending you detailed updates with pictures. My wife and I will only use Eagle Automotive going forward!

Pro: Their shop is very clean, professional/kind, does good repair work and has snacks. Con: I took my vehicle into Eagle and they came back with a $980 repair estimate. After getting a second option from another shop and Honda Dealer the maximum amount of the repair needed/required was only $208. Eagle also charged me $100 just to determine the $980 estimate. I believe Eagle does great work, they just might be repairing much more than is actually needed. Just beware you may be repairing much more than is necessary and will have a $100 diagnostic fee for them to estimate any repair.

I have been coming here for 5 years. Matt, Scott, and the entire staff truly understand what honest, caring, customer service is. They are never to busy to listen. They take in consideration what is priority when it comes to repairs and what can wait, and as a single mom with limited income, that is important. They are honest mechanics and do the job right the first time. They care about their clients and their business and it shows. I cannot say enough about them. They are true gems.

Quick, Fair, Very Detailed.Eagle was recommended by a few previous customers and being new to the area I gave them a try. Explained to them what I thought the problem was. They did a full inspection found my problem and listed a few other things they noticed needed attention (which we knew about). Inspected my car on Thursday had my car back Friday afternoon. Very Fair pricing, as I called around. Overall Very Happy and will keep using Eagle in the future.

They were great. They were honest about that they do and dont do with cars. They kept me up to date on the progress of my car the entire time. I will not take my car anywhere else ever. They are the BEST!

Update:Upon deeper discussion with Scott and Mike, they were very accommodating and helpful in finding some resolution to my sensor issue. Mike removed the labor from the original repair bill, and they will try to help me find a solution to the continuing sensor issues. In an extremely stressful situation in the best of times they were polite, helpful, and kind. Great service and resolution regardless of the on-going technical problems. Thank you!I recently bought a used Nissan Xterra from a dealer in southern Indiana and the vehicle had an issue with the ABS caused by a speed sensor that was corroded and they did not have time to replace it before I needed to pick up the vehicle. They discounted the amount that it should take to replace this part, but recommended that I have a reputable service shop run a diagnostic first to confirm the issue. This shop came highly recommended by the Zionsville moms group on Facebook. They confirmed the issue and quoted $840 to fix it. Long story short, they replaced the sensor and now are saying sorry this didnt fix the problem and we need several more days to try and figure out what it is now?They cant tell me how much it will cost to run the diagnostics again, or how many days, hours, etc. So, I need to pay $890 for a repair that didnt work so they can continue to charge me an unknown amount to try to find out what the problem actually is? They are certain it will cost me a lot more though. This is the shadiest most disingenuous response to a problem that I have ever heard. He wants to help me out though and would discount the current charges when he knows what the future charges will be. Or, I can take it to someone else as soon as I pay him the $890 for not solving the problem. WOW

After getting a extravagant quote from another auto location, I came to Eagle for a second opinion and they quickly and thoroughly examined my car and determined only the things I truly needed. Getting to speak with and question the people working on the actual car made the solutions sincere and tangible and made me feel more confident about the end decision. Team was able to get my car in same day for review prior to a large driving trip. Brakes were needed based on vague problem statement from me and their analysis. They were able to replace those at reasonable price and I picked up same day.

Very friendly staff. I had a battery replaced and the check engine light was still on. Technician gladly ran a diagnostics and determined the system just needed reset. Didn’t charge me for the service even though I had bought the battery somewhere else.

This place has been a life savior this past month. They are some of the most generous individuals that we have worked with in the auto industry. My girlfriends car died and we got it towed here and ever since then they have been nothing but kind. Although we did not get the car fixed with them since it did need alot of work the price that they quoted us was fair and reasonable.

I had a vehicle emergency as my truck started overheating early in the morning. I called Eagle Auto because they have worked on our vehicles for the past few years and Matt picked up even before the shop was open. He advised me on the best way to proceed and they fit my repair into their busy schedule in two days (which is amazing because they are very busy!). They suggested the appropriate repairs but gave me the option of what I wanted to do as some of the repairs were proactive with respect to a possible overheated engine. Cant recommend Eagle Automotive enough - they do great work but more importantly act with integrity.

Ive had nothing but good experiences at Eagle Automotive. The staff is friendly and professional. They have never pressured to buy add-on products or services. In fact they have recommended not to have some work done. Finally, I appreciate their computerized scheduling system providing automated reminders for appointments.

Great service! After taking my car to the dealership for an oil change, the dealer advised me to change my brake pads. I told Eagle that I wanted to change the pads and they informed me that there was plenty of life left in the pads. Saved me money in the process.

These guys were amazing! We were visiting from out of state and stranded near their shop. Our issue was misdiagnosed by a dummy in an auto zone parking lot. Scott took such good care of us. He gave us a complimentary loaner car for the day and made sure to have us up and running the same day. If we lived here we would recommend them to everyone we know.

I had an urgent situation with my car where the problem could have been over diagnosed and I would had no clue. The owner, Matt fit me in right away and carefully inspected my car while I waited. He kept me informed as the different parts were dissembled. He set expectations and gave me several options based on what the final diagnostics might reveal. In the end he was able to recondition some of the parts which didnt require replacement and performed only what the repair and preventative maintenance required. Other shops may have just diagnosed the issue and replaced everything, which would have fixed my car but unnecessarily increased my bill. Matt runs an extremely honest shop, I would recommend Eagle Automotive and Mike to any car owner in need.

Received Wow service today at Eagle Automotive. Car wouldnt start on Christmas Eve and had it towed to another Zionsville repair shop. When I called the other car repair shop on Monday to see how long it would take to for them to look at the vehicle they told me they didnt know if they would be able to look at it that week. I wasnt expecting instant service the day after a holiday weekend, but who can easily go without their vehicle for more than a week? So, I called Eagle Automotive and was told they could look at the car that day. So, I had the car towed from the other repair shop to Eagle Automotive and I am glad I did. They found and fixed the problem within just a few hours and I had my car back the same day. As a business owner, I make it a point to write reviews when I receive excellent service. I received excellent service and responsiveness at Eagle Automotive today and next time I need a car repair I will call them first.

Mixed review. Took my Denali to them to fix a brake line. Something I would normally do myself with about 2-3 hours of my time (front line) I needed to make an appointment for a Tuesday. Dropped truck off Monday night. They called me on Wednesday with a very inflated quote. Gave me a story about probably needing to replace the brake calipers, etc, etc, with all in for $1600. Told them I had replaced the calipers, and nothing wrong with them. Repair ended up being just under $1000 with a staggering $700 in labor, and was completed Friday afternoon. I will say the brakes work fine, and they washed itTL/DR Competent work, way over priced

In November 2017 it was discovered that I had a serious issue with the steering in my car. The gentlemen at Eagle quickly diagnosed and located the issues and immedately proivded me with options on how to approach. They took control of the sitaution and resolved with a combination of expert attention while doing all they could to keep the costs in line. Ultimatley they fixed a very large problem for almost $500.00 less than we first thought. In 2016, when I was being told I had a very costly repair ahead of me by another automotive care provider, Eagle stepped in and advised me that I only needed a new battery! Thus saving me a great deal of inconvenience and cost. Everyone in the building is extremely kind and udnerstanding, willing to answer questions and provide insight to any and all issues. I hope to never have to use any one else.
