This place is awesome… I can’t describe how professional they are and how good of a job they do.

I appreciated this location being open such extended hours and for getting me in so quickly when it turned out I had sidewall damage on a tire. The representative was really nice, but even he said they dont do much with small tires. It took them a while to even find the damage, then 4 days to get me my existing model of tire (even though it is a Goodyear), and I just noticed after feeling like the car has been driving a bit sluggish and checking the air pressure...that the new tire was mounted inside out (the outside I see says this side mount in very clearly). Now I will have to take more time off to go elsewhere to get this fixed. I still gave this place 4 stars because they were open late and nice, but if you get the opportunity, I would go elsewhere, even if youre a Goodyear customer.

I took my car here and had a bad experience . I took my car there because I wanted a “professional” shop to work on it but it turned out they broke some other parts of my car and had me pay for their mistake. After my warranty cover the cost of the work on it they charge me 2500$ for the parts they broke .. finally got my car back and it’s making weird noises that didn’t made before I took it to them .. so a day after pick up my car I call them back and told them about the situation and they answer was ( road noises) road noises after I get a new transmission put in ? I have warranty for the transmission but i don’t want to take my car there no more what if they broke more parts and make me pay for it.. well that’s what I get for dealing with “professional” good luck everyone

This place is amazing. Great quality work at a fair price. You can trust what they tell you. That they can work on your vehicle at night is huge bonus!

Staff was friendly but the shop quoted my fiancée, with out of state plates, $1500+ for a fuel pump that her car likely did not need.Long story short, the car WAS NOT running when it was dropped off. PFM added a few gallons of gas for diagnostic purposes because it was quite low. At that point we were informed that the car needed a new fuel pump (still assuming it did not run) for which we were quoted $1500+. The car is now 16 years old and is not worth a $1500+ fuel pump so we called other shops for estimates and received some quotes for half the price that PFM had quoted (Bob’s Garage in Westfield, $632 installed). We decided to tow the car from PFM back home for the time being (after we paid PFM $130 for the diagnostic). When the tow truck driver dropped the car off at the house he said to us “you know this car runs right?”. No sir, we were not at all aware that the car runs.... We filled the car with gas and it has been driven 250+ miles since without an issue.Though I understand the fuel pump could be going bad and that the problem may have been aggravated by low fuel (unlikely after running for over 250 miles but even so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt), we still should have been informed that the car DID in fact RUN (because surely the tow truck driver was not the first to find that it ran...) before putting $1500+ into a 16 year old car. Certainly makes one feel that PFM tried to take advantage of us. I hate leaving bad reviews but our situation lacked integrity on the part of the business and in our eyes certainly warrants one.

My daughters car stopped running and would not re-start. She took it to a shop her friend goes to and they quoted a crankshaft positioning sensor, some spark plugs and other stuff totaling over $950. My company just started going to PFM so I called the Manager Robin and got her car towed in for another opinion. Shortly after Chuck called and said Vic, your daughter ran out of gas!!! After feeling really stupid, I realized we could have really been screwed over. They will get well over $950 of service from me as I will be a returning customer now.

Im from Northern Indiana and my Cadillac had a coolant hose break. These guys were busy already, but took a few minutes, diagnosed the problem and even did a quick fix to get me back home safely. I cant say enough good things about them. They really went the extra mile for a stranger that lives too far away to be a regular customer. That says a lot about a business.Thanks guys!Dave Wilson

Pfm in Zionsville is amazing. They always take great care of our vehicles and are always honest with us. They always offer us a ride home so we can wait in our home which is so handy. Their hours are awesome and make our repairs speedy.

PFM Zionsville has always taken very good care of me. I had an older car, that was on it last leg and they helped me keep it running for as long as it could. Then with my new car, they helped me replace a flat tire that went out (luckily close to them). They are always friendly and work with you to get the best solution! I would recommend them and go back there if need.

I loved being able to get my oil changed so late in the day. Works great around a busy schedule I dropped it off before I went to dinner picked it up after dinner without a problem eight is great I sat in the waiting room for about five minutes waiting for my ride very clean very tidy and the staff is very nice

Honest.. My car randomly wouldnt start after a trip to costco. I had AAA tow me over to PFM to check it out (Since it was highly rated and I get a discount with AAA on labor). Within 3 hours they let me know what was wrong and gave me an estimate. It was ready by the next evening. My starter was bad and needed replacement. When I went in, I was told it would be $602. I researched and that was like $200-250 bucks more than the dealer would have done. So when I picked it up, I asked the guy about it and he investigated. He came back and told me that one of the guys had done the pricing wrong and he fixed it. My new total was $350, which is a very competitive (if not the lowest) bid on the work I could find. They also gave me a 12 month 12,000 mile guarantee on the work.... Im am very satisfied. Will/Would go to PFM again.

Our company will probably stop using this Company for working on our vehicles. They in the last month have forgotten to tighten the oil filter on our vehicle and then brought back a vehicle that was suppose to have the oil changed and was not. Would NOT recommend taking a vehicle here as it seems to be a rip off to me.

Definitely not professional much to be desired

Went in for an oil change and got my car back with the speedometer changed to km/hr. The guy who brought it back to me said he couldnt figure out how to turn the check engine light off (the light wasnt on in the first place) so I assume thats when they did it, but it was quite a shock when I looked down at the speedometer after I started driving. Hopefully they know more about whats going on inside the car than they do about the dashboard.

Diagnosed my trucks engine failure as a broken push rod that punched thru the oil pan, cylinder 3 or 4 were not sure. They never even removed the valve covers to diagnose the problem because the engine has over head cams (no push rods at all). No inspection done at all, just a guess and attempt at selling me a new motor and labor.

I brought my truck to PFM to do some preventative maintainance. They qouted me $300.00 to replace my turbo. I agreed and let them do the repair. When they called me to pick it up they told me that I really ought to get that oil leak fixed. (my truck had no leaks when I took it to them) It was a BAD leak and I had to fix it before I drove it anywhere. They charged an extra $600.00 to fix they oil leak that THEY caused. Then upon receiving the truck back and looking it over further I saw that they had also smashed my coolant resevoir ($381.27 just for the part). I did talk to John Neely and he refused to admit to any negligence on their part and told me at least the resevoir isnt leaking. In short; I took my truck in for a $300 upgrade and they caused $1200 in damage instead. But hey the turbo does work. They will never come within 500ft of my vehicles again

Paid way to much for 2 hoses. Won’t ever go back, not a happy customer.
