4 new tires. I had to take it back 3 times because 2 tires on separate days. No damage to the tires. Faulty values. While not necessarily the shops fault but the inconvenience of 40 minutes round trip. They could check the values and the seal better.
I bought in my car for an Oil Change and the mechanic forgot to put in splashguard. The car horn went out and when I started looking on how to replace horn. Bravo no splash panel at bottom. I call store and they asked me to bring it in to see if some left over panels fit (which makes me believe it is a common problem). I brought the car in and no left over panels fit. Since than i have been getting a run around by Store Manager Tanner. They keep calling me call tomorrow…we need to discuss and will call u back. No call back and I have called more than 5-6 times. One of the rudest service shop I have seen. I hope it can help others. I don’t plan to take my car to Firestone anymore (I have been a Firestone customer for 15+ yr).
Tanner took my car in first thing in the morning..heading to work. So far the customer service is exceptional. Im sure they will take care of my car.
Can’t believe it takes almost 12 hours to do a patch or put a new tire on. My spouse was on the way to work, when the tire blew. The car was towed to Firestone before they were open and was told we will have your car back by the end of today which is 7 pm their hours. If you don’t have a choice like us, you know, oh well but if you have a choice and can drive, I would go somewhere else.
I work at a professional shop and found my tires were dangerously worn. While I could change the tires myself, my shop did not have the ones I needed in stock. I called and the man on the phone gave me a quick and easy quote and saved a spot for me before the shop closed. They got my car in and fixed it up really quick and had me back home and safe in no time. Thanks to those 3 men who were working the closing shift 2/25/21! Thanks for keeping this lady safe and at ease with a quality attitude and quality workmanship
These guys are AMAZING! I had a tire that needed replaced and had already been to 3 different places. It is Friday night and I had quite a drive home, post a blizzard like snow. The manager, Tanner Bloss was very kind, even found my tire at half the price I had been quoted by places that DIDNT EVEN have the tire in-store! He and his team had me fixed up and safe in no time!! We had a warranty from Firestone since they worked on our SUV last December. We didn’t have an issue using the warranty. We brought in our SUV back couple weeks ago because the same issue still happening and obviously didn’t get fixed it. We picked it up the next day and of course didn’t get charged. Then, the same issue happened yesterday. We didn’t get charged, however, the person in front desk today, doesn’t even know if anyone or someone worked in our SUV. Every questions, my husband asks we got a response “I DON’T KNOW”. We didn’t even get a phone call that it is ready, we have to call and the guy said hey have called and left a voicemail which there isn’t. What bothers me, is the “I DON’T KNOW” response. I don’t write a negative review, but it is frustrating to not get an answer. It’s pathetic they don’t know if the car has been fixed or not, it’s crazy. It’s ok if it’s not fix, since they didn’t charged us. But just give us an straight answer. Because if they didn’t do anything, we’ll take it to the dealership. I DON’T KNOW.
I went in for a brake inspection and they quoted me at $1295 needing a new caliper and new pads and rotors on all 4. I then took it to my brother, a mechanic at a Dodge dealership, and he found that I did not need a new caliper (something Firestone was going to charge me $500+ for) and I did not need my front brakes done.
Super fast and very knowledgeable and friendly! Best Firestone in Central Indiana / Carmel for sure! I take all of my cars there and its always 100 percent complete and ready to drive. Appreciate their professional approach and follow up.
I scheduled an appointment online for the early morning and since my service was supposed to be quick, I had planned to just stay and wait. However once I arrived, I was told that they weren’t doing appointments, and that they would get to it when they could because they were very busy. So I was forced to find a ride home and wait all day for them to complete service on my car.I was called late in the afternoon by the shop informing me that they completed service but recommended an additional free inspection. I agreed and they let me know they would call when it was finished. I never received a call so I called a few minutes before they closed. The representative who answered indicated my car was not in the system and that I must have taken my car to a different store. After trying to convince him multiple times that I did in fact leave my car there, he was able to find it, saying service was completed, but I never received a call. I couldn’t make it there before they closed so I had to wait until the next day to pick it up.Overall, poor customer service and communication which lead to me spending a lot more time on this visit than I expected. I’ll go elsewhere for my next service.
Oh my goodness I LOVE this place. The gentlemen who work there are all super friendly and very helpful. Being a woman, most mechanic shops assume I know nothing about my own vehicle, and talk down to me.Funny story, I grew up helping and watching my grandpa build cars from the ground up as well as motorcycles. So I know more than what people think.Josh and Heath in particular talked to me like a normal person, didnt try and over explain anything. Took my concerns about my vehicle very seriously and answered every question I had.Also the discounts are out of this world! I couldnt believe it and luckily there was nothing seriously wrong with my car. I got a tuneup because it was needed and my fuel economy is WAY more than I am used to 53 mpg. Even switches between electric and engine way smoother, like cant even feel it now.I am telling you, if you want to be taken care of and treated like a person, go here! I cant say enough.💜💜💜💜

Worst service, after car diagnose they replaced the alternator and within 2 days i got the same issuse from car and i stuck middle of the trip.
The staff said I am saying we can get your vehicle inspected today when I was concerned with the queue ahead of me in the morning, but after a whole day waiting I got a phone call saying Sorry we cannot have it done today as we are overwhelmed, could we rearrange to early morning tomorrow . Well, I understand you are overwhelmed and cannot provide the service. BUT why not just accept that would be possible and leave that choice to me instead of being impatient and asserting the service can be done in the day. I would have to leave the area shortly, that was why I ask several times whether the inspection can be performed that day. After wasting a long day waiting, I would have to leave a negative review for such a bad experience. Thank you.

This location is awesome! Ive been a customer here (specifically) for a handful of years now, and my parents as well. The staff is always welcoming and friendly (Josh was so kind and helpful today!), the parking area and lobby are always clean. The interior renovation of the lobby looks great and provides ample seating while you watch TV or sip on some free coffee while you wait. On one occasion, my car was going to take a bit longer than anticipated and an employee actually drove me home! (I live within 4 miles of the store tho, so dont expect this much stellar-ness if you live further away.) I cannot think of anything negative to say about my visits to this location, and Ive done safety checks, oil changes, headlights, tire purchases... And more! I hope you have as awesome an experience with these great folks as I have and continue to have each visit!
Got a call from the very nice front desk lady Heather to tell me they don’t usually accept appointments at the time I requested, but they let me come anyway. I thought I needed a new tire but the guys at the shop were able to get it repaired (and change my oil) in right around forty min. As someone whose work schedule is not consistent and who works every other weekend, I am very happy that they not only fit me in during a time that actually worked for me, but that the repair took very little time (and didn’t cost much) itself. Will return.
Every person I spoke to at this location was so helpful and communicated very well with me. Especially a lady named Heather. She was so kind and understanding. Im thankful that when my car decided to die the closest Firestone was this location. Heather and her co-workers made a very stressful situation less stressful just by giving advice and being patient with me. Id definitely recommend this location.
Will NEVER EVER take a vehicle here again! Took my Jeep here 3 times for an issue, and they charged the fleet company for a bunch of work that they said was causing the issue!!! Told me to bring it back yesterday, and the car is now dead in my driveway, and I’ll have to pay to tow it somewhere, it WILL NIT BE HERE!

Three different appointments to look at why the car was rattling and having issues going from one gear to another. Reasons they said it was fixed; loose oil cap, the hood wasnt closed, nothing showed on the machine so it is not an issue. The car is still having the issue. This location maybe more of a tire/oil change shop then complete auto car.
Went in for air pressure check as my light came on. Tech said 1 tire was down to 12lbs so we looked and sure enough a piece of metal in the tire. I was then told that my tire was too old to be patched and it would be $700 for new tires. Told them I’d think about it and immediately called a different store. Not only could my tire be repaired but it didn’t cost me a dime!Used to take my vehicle to Firestone for everything, but they’ve lost my business. My treads are getting low so when the time comes I will be purchasing my tires from the store that didn’t assume I was a dumb female who wouldn’t do their research.
Simply, they took my money for an Oil change and didnt change the Oil. I went home, and discovered that there is no sticker that tells me when should i do the next change. So, I checked on the Oil and found it all black and burned. They didnt change the oil! When I went back to them, the guy in the front said that their conventional Oil is black in color. The manager came and offered to change the Oil. So, They change it and the first thing I did was checked the Oil color and guess what? It was not black!. No one even said sorry to me! and I am really disappointed with the way they treated me.
I had 2 blown tires from nails and had the car towed at 11 at night. Key and number left in the dropbox by the towing company. By mid day they had it fixed and it didn’t cost much.
I usually like Firestone, but today we were quoted 2 hrs to fix a flat tire. Okay. 9 hours (and an entire missed day of work) later they said it was ready and we had to go home and put the tire on ourselves. Wish the initial quote would have at least been accurate so we could have made alternate arrangements.
Great if you are getting new tires - they will fit you in on a moments notice. If you are coming in for maintenance or a diagnostic, expect less than stellar service. As an example, my husband dropped his car off a couple Sundays ago to have his winter tires put on and came back at the end of the day to pick it up (assuming it was done since no one bothered to call). When he got there, the attendant told him they didnt have time to look at it and asked if he could leave it so they could look at it on Monday... Ironically, the guy who dropped his car off the same time as my husband that morning to get new tires also picked his car up at the same time - his car was ready... I now use Firestone as a last resort.
I have had great experiences with this Firestone crew. The team is always friendly, dont try to add on unnecessary charges or services, and they honor discounts before I even ask about using my coupons. I highly recommend this location in particular, go as soon as they open if you dont have an appointment or make your appointment in advance. Kenny and TaijaRae are knowledgeable and personable - had great advice for purchasing a car in the near future.For Firestone in general - sign up for lifetime alignment if youre keeping your car long-term, its well worth the money! I also have the credit card which gets me a discount every time Im in there - but like I said, I never have to ask at this location, they are on it, they take care of you.
Went in for new tires. Took about 3 hours. They knew I was waiting in the lobby, literally 15 from the desk in full view of the counter. I got a call from a number I didnt recognize, and yup, it was one of them calling me from same desk.This employee informed me the lug nuts needed replacing because the COPPER was rusted and split on many of them.I had to inform gett that lug nuts arent made of copper. I did get to see them and they did need replacing, but not because of rust. A number did actually split. Then she asked if I still wanted the FREE alignment check....?Of course. When 4 new tires are installed the alignment should be checked.Then the original employee that checked me in and KNEW I was waiting CALLED ME AGAIN WHILE I WAS WITHIN 20 ft OF HIM!I have him a wave, he hung up and came over to tell me the rear needed aligning at a cost of about $200 (the lug nuts were also a tad over $200)In all the set of tires that I needed ended up costing a little over $1100.I had a coupon, but they did already charge the promotional cost ($10 off each tire).As I was asking about the coupon, we had gotten to the point of signing the screen for my charge card. The employee checking me out reached up, made a swipe on the signature line then pressed accept. I had not personally signed the charge card total screen.When I pointed out that I had not signed for the final total she misunderstood and kept talking about how the $40 was already discounted. I had to explain that I hadnt yet signed the final purchase agreement. Her solution was to have me sign the hard copy...I would have expected them to check the sitting area (only had 5 chairs) for someone they knew was waiting before calling, and, working in the type of store they do, to know that lug nuts arent made of copper, and that copper doesnt rust.To be fair, they were very nice, and I would use them again ( I have many times,) but this was an odd encounter.

Upsale after upsale after upsale. Delay after delay after delay. (took more than a day to get tires on). Even after repeatedly saying no to upsales, they continued to ask, over explain how great and necessary it is, question my intelligence or care for my vehicle when I say no, and tell me I need an alignment when I had one 2 weeks prior at my dealership. Very aggressive in upsales deals is an understatement. Had a great experience here once when I had a flat with the associate Josh, so I came back when I got another one and ended up needing to replace my tires. After working with the other associates I will never go back to the Zionsville Firestone. One of the main reasons I went here is because it was the only place open on Sunday. Bite the bullet and wait, I highly recommend you go absolutely anywhere else if you value your time and money.
Great and speedy service! I was very impressed with William and his staff for fitting me in and making sure I was taken great care of while waiting. I was told it would take about an hour to complete the service I was in for and that was very accurate. Would definitely recommend.

I called to make an appointment and was told to come in at 2:00 that same day. I waited 50 minutes just for them to pull my car into the garage. Before actually looking at my car, the staff began having an ice fight (from the storm happening outside) in the garage, around three cars including my own. When someone finally got around to looking at my car, I was told that my tire was blown instead of just the puncture to the tread that I brought it in with. I was told I needed to replace both front tires for “safety reasons.” I asked to have the spare put back on and the tire put back on the rim so that I could go. I was condescendingly told about the proper use of a spare and that I wasn’t making a safe choice. Once I got home I noticed they never put the tire back on the rim like they said they would. Frustrating experience all the way around.
Took my car into the shop to have it diagnosed and worked on while I went on a trip a few months ago. The crew here went above and beyond figuring out what was wrong with it and also looking to get me the best discounts they could when the problems (and thus the charges) came out to be far more than expected. They were very patient and efficient when working with me and understanding in talking to them when my parents got involved in the process considering I was out of state at the time. When the original issue reoccured a week after getting it fixed, the crew took responsibility for the continued problem, took it back in, inspected it again, and fixed the new problem free of charge.

They did a years worth of maintenance in one day, at a reasonable cost. Easy to deal with and they gave me a ride to work to boot. work included Honda timing belt change, and brakes/calipers and there was no delay for getting parts, etc..
My cars have been under lifetime warranty for alignment and rotation. Over the past 4 years I have receieved this service many times but today suddenly I need a receipt of my lifetime warranty purchase from 4 years ago to receive my PREVIOUSLY PAID FOR SERVICE WHICH IS SOMEHOW CONVENIENTLY MISSING FROM THEIR SYSTEM. They will cheat you and they have even hit the rear end of my car on something and returned it to me after an oil change (red scratch on the back of my silver car). Horrible service and I am very surprised they get new employees with their awful management.

If they would have given me a heads up on the crazy price, I would have put them on myself. This time I needed an oil change, new tires, and alignment check. I was prompt to my appointment, watched my car be put up on a lift....1 1/2 hrs later, it has not been touched. The people and service here has really become disappointing.UPDATE: I just listen to them check out a woman, who was not happy with them for putting a more expensive oil in her car. It was different than what she always put in her car (she was clearly a regular...asking for TJ). They advised her that regardless of her records, they put in the oil her car called for.2nd UPDATE: They finally went to check me out and I discovered they not only didnt do the tire alignment I requested on the phone when I ordered specific tires, but they also put a synthetic blend oil vs the full synthetic I requested AND have put in my car, at this location, for the last 2 years. Had a small oil leak after an oil change. The gasket on the oil plug was bad. They replaced the oil plug and put back in new oil at no charge. Exceptional service. 😀

I brought my vehicle in to have a tire looked at that was not holding air. I happened to be leaving work and noticed the tire was nearly flat. Luckily I made it to the shop and after walking in, a sales associate, Shirley, acknowledged me right away and listened to my needs. Right away she went out to assess not only the affected tire but the other three as well. After inspection it was determined that the tire could not be repaired and would need to be replaced. Furthermore my two front tires were in urgent need of replacement as well. After discussing options and pricing I quickly realized that due to financial constraints I would not be able to replace all three tires that morning. Shirley worked hard to give me all the discounts possible that were at her disposal, however it was just not feasible. She was very sympathetic to my situation and I appreciate her taking the time to listen and work with me. We decided to replace the affected tire and make a later appointment to replace the other tires. As it was a busy Saturday morning she asked if I would be able to drop the car off and come back later that day to pick it up. Unfortunately I was not in a position to do that so she said she would see what she could do about squeezing me in among their already busy morning of previously booked appointments. To my astonishment they were able to take care of the tire within little over an hour. Shirley even provided me with a discount for that tire as well as the future tires. I would like to thank the technician(s) that serviced my car as well but I do not remember a name(s). From start to finish I received professional and considerate service and am truly grateful. I would also like to mention that this is the second time in two years that this location has helped me out in a pinch. After receiving such great service twice I have decided to have my car serviced at this location for routine maintenance from now on. I cannot say enough how positive my experiences have been! Thanks Shirley and the team at Firestone, keep up the good work!!!!

I almost always go to Firestone for auto maintenance mainly because of convenience. I am usually happy with their work and their employees are helpful.
Customer service is less than ideal. I have been there twice now for service - once for a brake inspection & another time for new tires. Despite making appointments both times I had to wait 8+ hours for them to finish with my vehicle. I have a fleet vehicle and Firestone is the preferred service provider. I would not take my vehicle here if my company had a choice for other service providers.
Best service I have ever got on my vehicle. TJ and Elizabeth were so helpful, kind, and got my F150 serviced and with new tires in no time.

Nasty service advisor, poor communications. Tried to kick me out and told me to never come accused me of being rude because he didnt realize I went to car to ask my spouse for more details about the appointment we were suppose to have, didnt listen, interrupted, bullied and talked down to me. Never go there. I witnessed him doing same thing to man in front of me too.
Friendly service but almost 2 hours for a tire rotation is too long. Truck wasnt taken back for 45 minutes after appointment time.
Setting up an appointment means nothing to this shop. Hard to deal with and the workers are rude. Whenever my family takes a car there we are treated like we are taking their time from other jobs. Wont be returning after our last visit

Jim and tj went above and beyond, was in town on a soccer tournament and they provided a rental to get around town and even back home (2 hours away) until the right part came in, derrick (the technician) worked on it a half hour after they closed to get it done, wish they were local to me!
After a few terrible, I mean 3rd world country level of service experiences, once we met mutual terms, I can say they are alright
