Store rep Zac E was the only one working on a Tuesday evening around 6. He was doing a great job helping all of the customers. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We upgraded to new phones for 3 of our lines.

I arrived at 4:20 pm to replace my broken phone. The employee said I had to file a claim with the insurance company and the store couldn’t do anything. I explained I pay $5 a month for the “next” program and am eligible for an upgrade. The employee then told me there wasn’t enough time to do an upgrade. They need at least 45 minutes to do an upgrade and they close at 5pm. I left and called another location, that also closed at 5, and was told as long as I knew which phone I wanted it shouldn’t be an issue and to come in. So overall it was a frustrating experience.

The in-store experience was great, but the rep I worked with ended up adding 3 things to my bill without my knowledge: $8.99 of insurance, $6.01 of support (both of which I declined in store), and $5.00 for the NextUp program, which wasn’t discussed at all. He also didn’t tell me my trade-in credit wouldn’t start applying to the bill until the fourth month, another thing I found out from customer service on the phone later. The only reason I caught all this was because I’ve been screwed over by phone companies in the past, so I was watching for the next bill like a hawk.I could excuse one of these as an accident, but 4 issues? Either I got the worst rep in the world, AT&T’s retail policies are set up in a way to incentivize dishonest sales tactics, or some combination of the two.

Let me just say Travis the store manager is heaven sent! He was able to take care of us when 2 on-line reps and another AT&T store could not. I was in and out of the Zionsville store in record time and ZERO stress! They absolutely made my day! Did I mention there was no wait! I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Travis at this Zionsville AT&T store.

Horrid place, Prime Communications sent out thousands of current and former employees SSNs and DOBs and all other kinds of personal info out to a former employee, they swept it under the rug for months before it was uncovered by the media they still attempted to deny it. Akbar Mohamed is a terrible owner and a disgrace to this planet. Jake Norris is too.

My husband and I came over from Verizon, and we worked with Krissie M. She’s a the Michigan Rd location and also here at Zionsville, she went above and beyond for us, and I can’t express enough the gratitude we have for everything she did to make Christmas special for our girls. No one else would have tried as hard as she did to get the phones in time for Christmas. They absolutely loved them!! Thank you so much for your wonderful customer service and for the 3 days you spent to make this happen. AT&T you’ve got a very unique and special individual and you should feel proud to have her

We switched from T mobile to AT&T after moving back to Indiana. The original sales associate Casey we dealt with was very good. He unfortunately moved to the Brownsburg location. We have made additional visits to this location because the store promised us to remove activation fees and check into partial reimbursement of our T mobile bill due to it taking so long to get one of the phones. During these visits the store manager would not help us and was less than accommodating in the promises made to us. He stated that he couldnt help us because he was not the associate that assisted us. He was there and monitored the entire original transaction. Avoid this location!

This store has always been very helpful, they can’t solve all problems due to some system limitations but the staff has always been friendly and help when they can. They are always upfront about if they can help and if they can’t they will point you in the right direction to someone that can. Go AT&T!, don’t sweat the review below seems like someone was having a bad day lol

Disrespected and dismissed. This would leave any reasonable and comprehensive customer boiling and maybe even ready to find a new cell provider. My family has held a 7 person plan with AT&T for over 20 years. I would think this would warrant some sort of rapport worth acknowledgement and consideration. On the contrary, this was far from the case. A manager at the Whitestown branch, Travis, just couldn’t bring himself to work with us. Too much hassle, I suppose. While we were attempting to add a line to our plan, we ran into unexpected fees and needed them waived due to the fact that it only applied to new customers. Travis found it absolutely heinous of us to imply we were deserving of a phone call to corporate to verify our information. After much discussion and pulling of teeth, he made the call. During this he was given permission to access our plan and waive the unnecessary fee. He relayed to us that he still could not. We proceeded to call my grandfather (the main name attached to the plan) and asked Travis to explain it to him. A matter of seconds in to this call, Travis interrupted my grandfather to hand the phone back followed by the words, “I will not speak to this man. He’s being too unreasonable”. Literally no words describe the amount of confusion we felt, being that at no other point in time have we experienced this with AT&T. Between the blatant disrespect of Travis and flagrant chime-ins from his assistant. All of this occurred with us being the only present customers and it being a calm time of day. Furthermore, my father and grandfather solved the issue by calling corporate themselves and eventually visiting a corporate office. I love the service typically provided by AT&T and look forward to better customer service in the future. I would not recommend this location. Drive the extra 10 minutes to an Indy location.

While they were nice - they were useless. I had been hacked and went in for a new Sim card. He said he didnt have any, but said to go to the Traders Point store because they had 10. I asked if he would call (phone not working, so i couldnt call myself) and verify and he wouldnt do it, but guaranteed me that they were there. Once i got over to the Traders Point store, they did not have them. one phone call from him would have saved me a lot of driving around and frustration, but he couldnt be bothered.

Very pushy and rude. Talked me into getting something I didnt want then didnt have it in stock. Before even picking up the item told them I really dont want it and didnt appreciate being told wed prefer you order it from us knowing they didnt have what I wanted in stock. I cancelled the order and they still charged me the restocking fee for an item they didnt have in stock and I never touched or saw! Unless you literally cannot use a computer, always order new phones/items online. These stores must work on commission and are not with the extra money you pay!

If I could give a negative review I would. Rude service ... so much so that another customer commented that my wife and daughter must have made the sales agent mad. When I called afterward to let the store manager know, he said he appreciated the call but that I was wrong and that is not how it happened and that the other customer was just joking. No apology given. We have been AT&T customers for over 20 years ... unacceptable.

I have been here three times now because it is convenient. The first time was to replace my Note 7. The women did not know how to do it and wanted to charge me for things that ATT said were free. The last time, 2 days ago, i took my phone ( EDGE) in because the maps app was not working correctly. She didnt know how to fix it, read through the instructions on the phone, pushed some app buttons, and was completely lost. i finally took the phone back and will get it looked at somewhere else. On top of all this they are not even nice and give you the feeling you are interrupting their day.There is no reason to go to this store except to waste your time.

Rude and Incompetent. Went there to upgrade my phone and they disconnected another phone on my account, then said they could not fix it. Went to AT&T Store at Michigan Rd and 106th and they were great, fixed it right away. Save yourself some time and frustration and go to the store at Mich Rd and 106h.
