This T-Mobile store was great. I tried another store and wasnt happy with the service/ product deal offered. Austin, Zach and the other guys were great to work with. They were friendly from the minute we walked in the door. It didnt take long to change phones either. If youre looking for fast, respectful, and great service, youll want to visit this store. Thanks guys.

I have been in this store twice and not one time have they acknowledged me. Both men were helping a customer. I totally understand businesses are short staffed but I didn’t get a “hello or I will be with you”. I was there for about 30 minutes and the phone rings and it got answered and the guy proceeded to walk the person on the phone through an issue and still no acknowledgement. A simple gesture to let me know you see me would have been nice. This location is close to my home, I guess I will try another location.

I never realized that I was invisible until I walked inside of this location. Not once did either of the employees acknowledge me or my wife (and she walked in before I did)On top of that, one of the employees took a phone call and still didnt give us the common decency of telling us that he will be right with us!!!!If it would have let me, I wouldnt even give this location 1 star! And this isnt the first time these same 2 guys treated us this way!!!!!

By far, the best experience I have ever had with a cell phone store associate. I worked with Zachary and he was so helpful. I view him as a friend that I will always go back to for any of my future needs. All in all, I will always recommend this place to anyone.

A newer store so theyre still working out some kinks. However, the staff is exceptional. Super friendly, patient, and helpful. I watched on staff member assist an elderly lady with her new smart phone. None of her issues seemed to be phone related just user related but he still assisted her with complete grace and patience.

I have had 2 bad experiences with this location, both of those are redeemed after my 3rd most recent visit. 3rd time is a charm I suppose. I went in and was helped quickly by Drew and Josh. They were able to help me pick the right phone for my needs, the right accessories, and get me back on my way quickly for a cell upgrade. Despite some technical challenges and Drews learning curve (he was only 2 weeks into the role), they were very helpful and professional throughout the experience. Despite my previous 1 star review, if the rest of the staff there were like Drew and Josh each time, would totally give it a 5 star.

They run a misleading radio ad saying theyll fix Samsung phones for $39 and we even call to see if we need an appointment and they had another chance to explain the offer. Get there and its only up to Note 8 and of course I have a Note 9. Ridiculous!!

They were able to answer all of my questions, get my a good deal on an upgrade, and I watched the manager deal with a difficult customer with rare professionalism. Highly recommend!

Customer service was very poor for me in this store. This includes one tech answering a text before answering a question in mid-conversation. I had an issue and was told by management that it was my fault for not understanding the store policy. I would drive to Texas before I would go back in this store. (New management in the store since this review. I am trying them out again and will update the review with new experience. First visit went very well)

I had a really bad experience adding a line to an existing account. We were stuck in there for 2 hours while the manager Kristen assured us that everything was okay. She constantly talked down to her coworker directly in front of my wife and I. By the time it was done I just wanted to get out of there and I regretted ever coming in. She assured me adding the third line wouldnt raise my bill much because the plan I was on was outdated and I was paying to much. So fast forward 2 weeks and I get my bill. It went from 2 lines at 135$ a month to 264$ for 3 lines. I came back to the store Friday where we spent another hour waiting for Shawn to fix the problem oy to be told that Id probably be on the hook for the money even though it was their mistake. He constantly got up and went to the back room and screamed at the sprint representative on the phone. It was the craziest thing Ive ever witnessed while buying something. So crazy that I video taped it with my phone. I left there Friday with nothing being resolved. Fast forward to today Sept 3rd. I call sprint directly and explain everything, they tell me that the Zionsville store started a whole different plan for my daughter and that basically I was paying for 2 separate plans. They fixed the mess and gave me a credit of 100$ to the account. Sprint corporate also had me email them the video that I made while at the store. I originally came here to save the extra 15 min drive to Michigan road. I highly recommend just driving right by this store and going some where else. Ive been with sprint for 15 years and until today I was convinced I was going to have to change carriers.

Just spent about an hour and 20 mins at this store trying to buy phones and actually switch our service to Sprint. We wanted to hand our money over more than you can imagine. This is 2nd Sprint store we have entered of late (we waited for 30 mins at the one on Mich Rd w/o anyone so much as saying a word to us). Most carriers would be rolling out the red carpet for a chance to steal a long time Verizon customer. Not Sprint. After that length of time, we left defeated, without phones, having experienced the greatest time suck of our lives. All while entertaining a 2 and 7 year old the whole time. We got there, and we were the only customers in the store. We thought it would be the ideal situation. Our girls could make as much noise as they wanted... We had both service reps trying to get this purchase/plan set... what could go wrong? Unfortunately, the senior member had only been there a few months, and he could not tell us anything definitively without calling someone for help or checking elsewhere online. We arent sure if it was a lack of sleep or just plain ineptness on his part. Every time he told us something; he would have to correct himself. We dont put any blame on the other rep who was completing his 4th day here. After going around and around, they finally ran our credit and were finalizing all the online forms. Unfortunately, they didnt close/tender the sale in time (not sure how...), and their computers locked up. They first said they would need to run our credit again, but they then rescinded that as well saying they could do something else instead. After telling us they could help get it completed over the phone with one of their reps, they failed yet again. We finally pulled the plug on the efforts after we could tell it was going to take another hour of our lives to have a possibility of closing this purchase. Our 2 year old was losing it, and her parents already had. We had been extremely patient the whole time, but we had to throw in the towel. We dont blame the gentlemen that were serving us. We blame whomever decided to leave untrained individuals to man this location. Save yourself a headache and the time. Our friendly PSA: DO NOT ENTER THIS STORE! And more so, do not switch to Sprint! They have some of the worst service weve ever experienced in our lives.
