Bought my glasses and sunglasses from here, and they where great. They where fast and friendly and made sure I got the best price, far better service then competitors.

Dr. Pierce is outstanding, this was my first appointment with her. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I defiantly will be retuning.

My initial checkup was incomplete as I was not checked for distance vision and was recommended with reading glasses. Reading glasses I got were not as per prescription. After ree I was recommended progressive glasses. They are billing me second time for glasses, without returning what they billed for first incorrect pair.

My exam was great the male doctor there was really good and I had great service..... until it came time to get my glasses... it has been almost a month and Ive been told repeatedly that my glasses will be theretommorrow the lady working the desk doesnt care about peoples problems or what they are going through not being able to see....i drive for a living and I need my glasses when I communicated this to the receptionist she said I understand but we are just waiting for the lab...unacceptable no attempt to make it right no attempt at anything. Save yourself the trouble and find another doctor... for your own sake... unless you can wait a month+.

The staff always seems to give off the vibe that they have better things to do. Called in to ask a few questions and the staff member was almost kicking me off the phone. Ethan is great though. He knows customer service.

Office staff are warm and receptive. Dr. Burkhart is excellent with my 16 year old. He explains things thoroughly to both of us so we are left with no questions. Love the office, services, Doctor, and Saturday hours!

Extremely expensive contacts fitting fee! Over $100 for just contacts fitting alone!
