Been going here for awhile. The employees are helpful and they have really nice eye testing equipment. It is a fairly good size store for glasses as well with many options to chose from.

Heather and Anthony were to of the best service reps I’ve seen in a while I love Anthony’s voice it is so soothing It kinda reminds me of a peaceful person. Heather is so funny and she is so awesome to be around! Love you guys you are amazing! Not to mention Dr. Weinberg was truly concerned about what we need and he answered our questions to the best of his ability. He was very helpful with finding out what was best for me. Thank you so much!

I had a great visit at Zionsville Eyecare today. Really efficient and thorough. Tyra did a great job with the preliminary testing and Dr Meret was outstanding. She explained things in a way I could understand, showed me images of my retina, took the time to answer my questions and never made me feel rushed. She then handed me off to Ed the Optician without any pressure and he did a good job of fitting and measuring me. I highly recommend!

I always get a very thorough exam. The office is so friendly and quick to provide you great service. I never have to wait long. People help you choose and fit you in your glasses and are just plain friendly.

I can always count on the staff and doctors to provide a pleasant time while getting my eyes checked. There is a variety of choices with frames too. If I need to have my glasses realigned or adjusted, they are happy to take care of me.

This place already has a ton of great reviews but I have to post one more. It’s always such a pleasure going to this eye office. Everyone is so genuinely kind, it makes my day every visit. Always a thorough exam, my doctor (Weinheimer) always remembers me and talks me through my exam, and the eyeglasses selection staff does an amazing job getting you frames you love. Seriously cannot recommend enough- couldn’t be better!

Overall my annual appointment was good, easy, and efficient. In particular, Renee was great! She helped me with picking out my new glasses, and in navigating insurance and payment options.

This was fist time going to Zionsville Eyecare and I was very impressed. Check-in was a breeze, the exam equipment was new and the staff was top notch so I felt like I was getting the best exam for my time.

Dr. Garn and staff are very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They take the time to meet my families needs and that’s why we have been returning for over 10 years.

First things first the eye appointment went amazing. The optometrist, Dr Clark did such an amazing job. He explained anything i asked and treated me with the utmost respect. When they take your glasses to test your prescription be sure they are in the same condition you gave them. I later needed to return because I believed they had scratched my lenses but couldnt prove it. I should have looked at them prior to me leaving and then it would have been easier to say something. I later needed to return and sympathize with them my concern of the scratches appearing after I had my appointment when I never touched them since that appointment. After some conversation Anthony, bless his heart, empathized with me. He went to management and they approved to replace me lenses. Their was no way to prove when the scratches happened but I know it happened at that appointment. They could have just as easily told me no and that their was no way to prove they did it. The optometrists did a good job, in 45 min I was done with full examination and glasses prescriptions. They told to wait for a sales person to complete my order. After 10min waiting I went to the front desk and they called the employee to work with me. I had my frame, so all I needed was the lenses order. The lady has taken the frame an disappeared for 15min. When she came back, she asked for $178. As I had a vision insurance coverage I asked her to explain how much did the co stage make. She said “well, not much” and disappeared for another 5 min. When she returned, she was still unable to explain, so she took another 5min round. The. She gave me something I finally understood, though still quite distant from something I’d call a professional service. I wanted to discuss crafting two pairs of lenses into two frames originally, as the doctor indicated I might have got a discount on that, but I did not dare as she did not answer basic questions. My wife sent me to the Eyecare as she had always had great experience with the service, but I was hugely disappointed.

Staff there are friendly and courteous. Dr. Weinheimer takes time to answer all questions. A great place!

Ive been going to Zionsville Eyecare for 26 years. I have always loved the doctors and support staff. I was a little nervous I couldnt get in to see my usual doctor (Dr Garn) for a long time this year, but was overdue for my annual exam and out of contacts, so I saw Dr Blank today. She was fantastic! Ive seen multiple doctors in the practice over the years, I started out seeing Dr Haines as a child. All of the doctors have been really great and care a lot about their patients. I have special needs due to Pseudotumor Cerebri and they make sure they are very thorough with my exams and Dr Garn has even contacted my neurologist and sent information to my neurologist when my optic nerves were in bad shape and I had splinter hemorrhages in my retinas as well as papilledema. I HIGHLY recommend Zionsville Eyecare to all! Thank you for being great providers to me for over 25 years now. I love they do special things to help the community as well. Most recently, they had the Day Of Giving and helped many with eye exams and glasses. Wonderful they always give back to the community! I appreciate companies and doctors who make that a priority.

I’ve been going here for decades and always had a great experience with everyone on staff. I want to highlight Connie for making such a genuine connection with me each visit, making me laugh, and spreading such joy. Her kindness had a positive impact on me today and I’m truly grateful!

Eyeglasses are sitting in a drawer. After 3 return visits which have to be scheduled in advance I was told by the service tech, guess you will just need to make some concessions. Admittedly my prescription is difficult, but the take it or leave it aditude doesnt do much for a paying customer. Will not be a repeat customer. Out of pocket was far to high to leave dissatisfied and waiting a whole year to get a new pair.

Such a very friendly and welcoming place. All those I saw were so professional and let me know what they were doing. Dr. Frazer was as she always is, very happy to see me and very careful to ask me questions to insure that she was aware of any new issues. She offered me advice and even gave me her contact info if I had questions. I really recommend the whole office.

I have been well pleased with Dr Matt Wineheimer and have recommended him to some of the new residents of Hoosier Village Retirement Village. His staff is courteous and efficient. I have another appointment pending in August.

I had a wonderful customer experience, which started with the friendly staff reading me for my appointments. The staff member that did all my initial testing upfront was it absolutely a joy to spend time with, she made me feel very comfortable, was very conversational and extremely knowledgeable. The physician that I work with was also kind and truly cared about putting me as the patient first. When I moved on to select my glasses my consultant was tremendous as well and really enabled me to make an educated decision without being overwhelmed by all the different choices that were there, which there are a ton, which is fantastic. Unless than two weeks I have gotten the email that my glasses are ready and I’m looking forward to picking them up. I would recommend Zionsville I care to anyone who is either getting glasses for the first time, needs their annual check up or is a seasoned veteran when it comes to I glassware or contacts. I would highly Recommend them to friends and family.

My new frames came in. I was called, and went right over. They took my glasses, went back and put the lenses in the new frames. Brought them out and said your ready to go. No time spent trying them on and making any final adjustments. So far though, they feel okay. Time will tell.

Excellent exam. More thorough than I’ve had in a long time. I have complicated vision issues. Grateful that they have very experienced Drs. Will give another review once the glasses are ready.Had to return 9/8/21 due to sudden changes in one eye. Sudden changes in the macula of one eye. Was brought in quickly, and have a referral to an Ophthalmologist to be seen shortly. Dr. Haines and Connie are an excellent team and make you very comfortable with their knowledge and care.

My glasses arrived about 2 weeks after measuring. They tried to reach me by phone but the number was not in service.So, they didn’t do anything to tell me. Finally, at 3 weeks, I phoned and they said the glasses were available. I went at least 7 days with no communication. This was poor customer service .

I enjoyed the staff and very pleasant and professional, met all my questions.

From the young lady who got me in today to the young lady who was my technician to the young lady who got me helped me pick out my frames and glasses, superb care. Plus, they are very thorough in the eye exam and competent. The docor and I were emailing about my prescription and she got back to me readily. I was at another eye care place for over 15 years, and often felt staff were inconvenienced by a call, or when I had to reorder contacts. So glad I made the switch. Highly recommend.
