Love this place! Stopped in for the first time today and it was so much bigger than I expected. A great place to hang with a friend or work for a few hours. It’s bright and cozy at the same time and the coffee was absolutely delicious!

We enjoyed delicious drinks and tasty breakfast offerings this morning, and our barista couldn’t have been more pleasant! The Mexican mochas were spot on, and the sweet chai was satisfying and warming. Our savory breakfast entrees were all freshly prepared and delicious. My favorite was the egglette, great flavors including pesto and tomato with a side of salsa. We were delighted with our meal and the service. Thanks!!

Update, 6-12-21, went from 4 starts to 2.Bad customer service, coffee tasting sour. Sad but luckily there are many other options in town.Another coffee shop in Ashland? 😱Yep! Classy interior seating, sidewalk seating also. The guy with the curly hair is great, professional, fast and personable. Good iced Americano, smooth, mellow and almost sweet. Good vibes.. Service was a little slow like someone else mentioned but I was not in a hurry so its cool. I will be back for the tomato bisque.

First visit. I ordered a latte and their breakfast. Breakfast served all day, so the Avocado toast, bacon and egg looked like a good idea.It was about 4:15 or so on a Wednesday afternoon. Anyway, the latte was nice, but the breakfast was horrible. The toast was slightly burnt and the amount of avocado on it was probably about 2 tsps. The bacon was wobbly and sitting in grease on my plate. The egg was the only thing that was done right. It was boiled so...THEN, a loud shrill, continuous whistle started. How is a customer supposed to enjoy anything? I cleared my table including 75% of my latte. I asked the counter person about the loud whistling that was happening. She said its their ovens turned off and cooling! So, wouldnt it be more considerate to wait till no customers are in your cafe ?? Its too bad they have such a cool space but everything was so bad. My suggestions are obvious for the next customers you want to keep. So, it was a bummer.

One of my favorite coffee spots in Southern Oregon. Staff is always friendly, attentive and most importantly— the coffee is good and strong. If in the wood for a bite, pastries and sandwiches aren’t too bad either! (They’re really good!). Go check it out!

Good coffee, good service but parking is not handicap friendly. Near the building there one handicap space and 9 spaces for electric cars.

Great place for breakfast-coffee and espresso drinks, breakfast sandwich and croissant with him and cheese. Menu with over a dozen options to choose from.

Servers are great, food and coffee are kind of meh; the worst part was watching all the entitled demanding boomer patrons harass the already very busy baristas and cooks.

My boyfriend and I were visiting Ashland on vacation. We sat outside for breakfast. It was lovely and I had an amazing white tea. My boyfriend had a delicious breakfast burrito. But the really incredible part was when we left... I forgot my designer backpack outside... WITH MY WALLET inside. One of the employees saw it and kept it safe for me until I realized I forgot it and came back! I can’t speak highly enough about them. THANK YOU!!

Good soul food for a cold day

Fantastic coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Ordered online and they texted us when it was ready - but warmed it when we walked through the door to make sure it was hot. Outdoor patio is also nice right next to the store.

My go to coffee shop. I love their matcha it’s definitely my favorite. Joe, Laurel, Katlyn and Stevie are amazing and always have something interesting to talk about and a cheerful attitude. The food is excellent and the people are even better.

Had a great cup of coffee and there was an Irish band that was practicing in the coffee shop. We had a great time listening to the musicians and warming up after a walk in the snow!

Nothing to see here. If you want average coffee and average ambience, but with a bank office in the same room, then this is the place for you!The coffee wasnt bad, and it was one of the places thats open earlier that is *not* Starbucks, but that doesnt make it special.

Wow! These guys have it nailed down! Excellent customer service that makes you feel at home. Wonderful food phenomenal tomato soup if youve never tried it you need to go. The coffee is made specially for you by wonderful people. I enjoyed this place three times and was able to visit and have wonderful company experience because the atmosphere was fantastic. Clean, affordable and quickly served. Will go out of the way to go here again!

My favorite place in Ashland for morning coffee or a quick lunch. Staff is exceptionally friendly and skilled. Food is wholesome with a wide range to choose from. Great atmosphere even though there is a bank sharing the space.

Wonderful experience.

Lady behind the counter could use a lesson on how to smile. And what is the deal with the cash register asking you to tip? We have to go up to the counter to order, we have to find our own seating with single patrons hogging up a table for four, then we are expected to clear our table. And this place still asks for a tip? The only redeeming value for this place is the cup of coffee is good and the conference room provided by Washington Federal is close.

Intetesting shared space with a bank. When I visited there was a group of folk musicians playing in the seating area that drove me out of there in minutes. Good coffee though.

Slow, disinterested service. Mediocre product. Espresso tastes overextracted, weak, and using poor quality beans in my opinion. There are other better coffee options in Jacksonville. This is a skippable stop.Nice patio during spring and fall. Interior ambience is decent but noisy and youll fight the local regulars for seating.Ive had both acceptable and bleak experiences here. No longer willing to roll the dice for a pricey, but mediocre beverage.

Waited 26 minutes for a little breakfast burrito, on a slow day when there was usually no line. Drinks are tasty and staff is nice, but I wouldve gone elsewhere had I known how incredibly slowly this place runs.

Very delicious place with lots of really tantalizing choices on the menu. We are local Ashland residence and we have a friend or two that works at this establishment and we do stop in periodically. Seems like a lot of regulars here.

Nice community gathering place, featuring excellent coffee and espresso drinks, some gluten-free foods, and helpful staff. The space joins with a communal lobby, and its pretty great for kiddos.

Most definitely the worse FLAT WHITE I have ever tasted. I wouldnt mind, but the barista told me he knew how to make it.

Wifi wasnt working and I was meeting a client for a meeting that required internet. Attentive staff tried to help but to no avail...had to bail to a more reliable WiFi location...

Good, but not great, coffee. Head to Re-mix, Case, Noble or Mix for Superior coffee. Fruit smoothies are Not made with real fruit....but some yucky sugar based syrup. Where are the real fresh bananas, strawberries, apples, raspberries, blueberries, grapes, peaches, etc. ? This valley in Known for its fruits and berries. Wake up Pony Expresso.One of the staff... Mariah ..was a Master at balancing efficiency, brisk service and a friendly engaging demeanor. Unfortunately Mariah is no longer with us. She also was a lead singer at Martinos Jazz night.

Pony Espresso uses Longbottom Coffee, roasted in Oregon. Its a comfortable place to get delicious coffee or espresso drinks and other treats.

The pastries and atmosphere are great, unfortunately they use Allen Bros coffee, which is just burnt garbage. The Baristas have a basic knowledge, but when it comes to really know the caffeine balance between different blends, or origins of coffee and certain characteristics to drinks they are lacking in. Probably will not be back, unless they switched roasters and really worked on the educational aspect.

Service is always friendly and the seating is comfortable with a cozy/unique environment that is nice to hang out in. Last time I was there though a group of musicians started playing fiddles, lovely music but my meeting got a bit drowned out.
